They scamming alot.
Just have been scammed.
I spend over 7000 DOLLARS on this website and they  treat me like crazy.
I win one stupid game tennis and every time when I stake high, i make video and pictures of it. I place a bet with 422 USDT on 1.71 ODD and I recorded it.
They block my login after my win. Ok I sent email, they back to me they stop cooperation with me. stopping cooperatioon with me when i lost 7000 dollars on this website, and win only one game and they make. It is not the end.
I login to my account and what to see, my game is win with 1.17 odds?!? (haha). I am so freaking out, this is not real what are they doing.
I spend 7K dollars and they doing this to me? And I wrote to livechat the situation, and they wrote me this:
"The bookmaker reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or odds on certain selections as well as to limit or raise the maximum stake or odds for certain customers without any notification or giving reasons."
Hey, I spend 7 000 DOLLARS on this casino ,and stupid bot livechat automatic bot telling me they can limit maximum stake or odds, on already placed bet. Not normal, i dont have anymore comments on this casino, just writing you to be carefull with this. If I spend 7 000 dollars and they treat me like this, what with other people? So if they want , if you win some odd, they can change the odd when they wants hahaha ...

what annoys me the most in this casino is that they are able to ignore all customers who complain and nothing happens to the owners of this casino, it seems that this problem is something invisible, I don't know why you can't accept that they still keep doing it this to so many people and no one has carried them to the police

it is sometimes not the laziness instead they are easily to trust site , and of course their Noobness brings them to become a victim.

I myself wanted to learn of each casino that i am looking to deposit and play , and also making my deep research and trying to ask this forum from time to time .

Unfortunately you're right. People who dont know this forum and lazy to make a research about the reputation of this site are likely the ones to fall into playing for not being aware. The fact that this casino is still existing despite of the unresolved issues just shows their marketing strategy to promote their site in different platforms are still effective. Because it can attract naive gamblers or should I say the newbies who can be easily convince.

I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. I am still in lose, but what they are doing to me? Why do this to me and not allow me login and withdraw my money who left on my account low than my deposit?

If you can't show it on the blockchain, it's like it didn't even happen.
This casino has a history of shady business practices. There are so many red flags. Therefore, your word alone, as a newbie on this forum, is not enough for people to believe you.

Therad has never been updated with concrete evidence that your issue has been resolved. Could you please share the TXID confirming that you successfully withdrew 0.5BTC from the 1xbit platform?

1xbit paid all my withdrawals very quickly ( in 30 minutes). I will make a new withdrawal tuesday, when my open bets are settled.
I am sure they will process this one as well quickly for me. They only limit me a bit with betting limits,  but thats not unreasonable and happens at all bookmakers.

Its like doubling the effort to advertise there casino since by here their reputation is totally bad that's why they came across different channels to market their casino and feel bad for newbies which didn't know that bitcointalk exist play at their casino since for sure what other encounter bad to them might happen also the new gamblers so hopefully many will do their research first to avoid any scamming activities made by this casino.

Thats true. It will be futile to spend huge money for promotion if the reputation of the site is not good. Because gamblers are wise now to not risk their money on a shady site. Hence they should resolved first the past and current accusations against their site. If they manage to do so then there's a chance to for their casino to look different but I doubt if they even have plan to do that.

It is true that 1xbit are spending a lot of money on promotion, but their reputation is not increasing. The main reason for this is that they are cheating their customers and on the other hand are spending money on marketing. If a crypto gambler does a little research on 1xbit in this forum then that gambler will never play in 1xbit again because he will get a clear idea about this website. So 1xbit should deal with unresolved issues, if the reputation is not clear then it will not be profitable to spend huge amount of money like this.

1xbit has been putting a lot of time and money into promotions lately. I don't read any complaints about the campaigns. And it's also quiet with other things on the forum. Maybe more people should test this site out before they only have negative criticism. It's nice to see 1xbit being innovative and announcing more and more promotions on the website. I am considering testing this promotion on the site soon. And then I'll post my findings here.

let say it again: I have no doubt that they can pay honestly for advertising. But it doesn't matter. Criminals and mafia also often pay to their subordinades, but they still criminals. The same with 1xbit.

The main problem is that they scam their customers. And this is weird that you can't understand this. But again, it's obvious that you will try to justify them, because you're already ret tagged and you have nothing to do if you left their campaign.
