Trust me , they are expect on this one , promising something that they will in the end cancelled , in the past they commonly says they will return the deposit of the alleged cheater in their site but eventually? accusing them more by saying they have won or withdrawn in the past the amount and that is more than enough to what they have deposited .

Deposited funds should be returned. It has nothing to do with alleged or confirmed breaches of Terms of Service.

1xbit are not going to return any stolen funds back to any customers because they have to pay participant of the signature campaign as well as perpetuate the cycle that allows them to continue scamming.

I agree with you partially, cause we will never be able to hear the other part of this dispute. I have never seen a casino or a bookie trying to whiten themselves by showing the proofs of a player breaking their rules. They simply say something like "There was a T&C rules breaking and all those things" like that. What we can see currently are the accusations of guys that show screenshots of their withdrawal blockages. But we know nothing about the reasons. And we will never know as I have already mentioned previously, that you would never meet a casino/bookie revealing such cases to the masses.

Actually mate it is not about Haters of 1xbit and about not reading the Positive reviews about the site , instead this is all about how they are handling the problem about the claims of many players here.

there is Only simple way that everything will be answered , and that is the team will show more proofs about their accusation to those players whom they said cheated in their site, because all they have is words but those victims has proofs and concrete evidence .

1xbit pays you $100 a week.  Unless that changes, I don't think any evidence would get you to openly admit that 1xbit is a scam casino.  And even then, you would probably need to be paid by someone else to post anything at all.  You are posting in this thread because they pay you.  Not because you actually believe they aren't a scam, or because you want to be a part of the community, or because you have an interest in gambling, you're here because 1xbit is paying you.  If they stopped paying you, you wouldn't post here anymore.  You don't care that you are helping a scam casino scam other people, we know this because you we see you try to discredit the people 1xbit scams.  You only care about the $100 a week 1xbit is paying you.  Pathetic.

I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. My point is that I can't really relate to what you wrote, because it's too general statement. I think if you could give a specific example and we will discuss it, then we would have a better picture of the situation.

I don't think 1xbit deserves all that negativity. Verification of my account took 4-5 days, but that's the only negative thing I can say about them.

1xbit are known scammers.

You should never have used their website. In future please carry out research on casinos and gaming/betting websites before sending your funds to them. 1xbit have a track record of not repaying funds to victims - that would defeat the object of them scamming. Unfortunately you will not have your funds returned to you.

The problem is that in this thread are struggling people who don't really have actual evidence as to which side is telling the truth. Such fight is pointless, because everything is based only on guesses, and it is impossible for either side to ever be convinced. In my opinion, this discussion will go on forever.

I think there may be a misunderstanding about "pending" accusations. 1xbit claims to have answered all issues on Bitcointalk. Without a specific example, that you are talking about, it's hard for me to comment, because maybe 1xbit answer was negative and the user does not agree. I think it would be best if you show some example, then we would have a better picture of the situation.

And yet, the people that defend them are almost exclusively being paid by 1xbit.  And, as far as I'm aware, none of them are regular players there.  

You have basically no experience dealing with 1xbit as a gambler, yet you're their most vocal defender, with nearly every single post you make on this forum is about 1xbit, and most of them are either defending 1xbit or attempting to discredit someone accusing them of scamming.

It is not true that 1xbit pays the people who defend them. There is no such requirement in signature campaign rules. Most of the people participating in the signature campaign do not talk about 1xbit at all.
