Even the recent issues are resolved positively, it doesnt mean the past issues (that are not resolved yet) would be forgotten. As you've said its not easy to rebuild the negative opinion (and I dont think its just an opinion because it has a basis and proof) so its understandable why gamblers are still not considering this site as trusted because it has a bad reputation. Those gamblers who still play on 1xbit are likely not aware of its reputation for not doing their own research.

I have read many complaints against this casino, and people are complaining of money being stolen from them without a way to get their money back, which is suspicious since it could be that they are selectively scamming. People should do some research before sending their money and playing there.

This would help clarify some things and I wonder why 1xbit ignores such a suggestion? For starters, members here are more likely to trust respectable forum members than paid shills.

Everyone should choose a gambling platform that suits him. The 1xBit negative opinion was built quite a long time ago and is not easy to rebuild it. I see a lot of assumptions and opinions on your part. You assume, for instance, that most complaints are made by cheaters, although there is no evidence of that and 1xBit has never revealed such information. Secondly, you claim that most of the complaints involve live betting on tennis or table tennis despite the fact that there is no such information either. Most complaints only contain the user ID and the amount scammed. Therefore, unless you work for their security department, you can't have that information.

From what I noticed in recent weeks, the activity of this type of account has decreased significantly. This may mean that 1xbit security team has improved the effectiveness of catching them and it is no longer profitable for them. there are gambling sites that have been on this forum for years and I haven't seen so many complaints, to be honest it's even hard to see a complaint, but in this thread there are so many complaints that it's not possible that all people are lying, that's clear. this site is the culprit, it is stealing people's money and they refuse to change and return people's money

One of my assumptions is that the vast majority of complaints that appear on Bitcointalk are made by few people who operate multi accounts and are continously trying to cheat 1xbit.
This assumption is due to the fact that the modus operandi is very similar:
- complaints refer to almost the same (you noticed it yourself)
- most of it is live betting on tennis or table tennis (I'm sure there are other possibilities as well, it's just the most popular sports for cheating)
- the way of writing the text is very similar (capital letters, grammar, arrangement of texts, preparation of screenshots in advance, very good knowledge about other complaints etc.)
- behavior in response to posts (for example, using very similar primitive insults)
- similar amounts of money (mostly between $500 - $800)
- spam - check history of posts of this accounts
Spam that they make everyday from around 10-15 accounts makes it seem like there are hundreds of complaints, and in fact, it's just the same complaints coming in over and over for months.

I think that some time ago, someone found a way to cheat 1xbit (later maybe sold that method to others). 1xbit has improved security and is now better at catching cheaters.
Note that when cheater is caught, his deposit is returned, so he don't really lose anything. He just sets up a new account and tries to cheat with this same money again, but anyway he can accuse bookmaker.. It makes that with every new account he can make new complaint.
The problem for the cheater is when 1xbit discovers that this is his new account and he already withdraw equivalent of deposit from his other account.
1xbit does not want to show evidence of how detected cheaters, so as not to simplify bypass security for them.
Scammers are angry that they have been caught and they don't even know how, so they attack 1xbit with complaints out of anger. (or maybe because they can not sell anymore their method of cheating)
These are just my assumptions, but after about 7 months of observing this thread, I am firmly convinced that I am close to the truth.

Edit. NOT ALL complaints are made by cheaters! However, in my opinion, most come from them.

Never forget that those who claims to be having their funds back are questionable accounts that cannot prove clearly about their claiming , meaning they might be another SHILL ACCOUNT from the team that only provided to make good sounds of this scam site.

there are some case that the team says they are returning the deposit amount  but of course none of us can confirm that.

Yes they are here to claim , but only few succeed.
