This is obviously a lie on their part and, if they are lying about this, then they cannot be trusted about anything.

This is from their terms of use:

Quote
In accordance with the internal AML procedures the Company performs initial and ongoing personal identity verification procedures as provided by the level of risk of each User.
  • The company will ask you to provide the minimal information to confirm your identity.
  • The company will record and preserve all data and ID, as well as which methods of confirmation have been used and the results of verification procedures.
  • The company will check your personal data to match the list of persons suspected of terrorism, which is formed by the authorized state and independent authorities. A minimum set of identification data includes: the User's full name; date of birth (for individuals); residential address or registered address of the User;
  • sources of funds that you plan to Deposit into the account.
To verify and confirm the authenticity of the above-mentioned data, the Company may require the following documents:
passport or identification card, or other document equivalent that meets the following requirements:
  • passport or identification card, or other document equivalent that meets the following requirements: contains the name, date of birth and a photograph of the document holder;
  • issued by the national public authorities, a recently obtained receipt for the payment of utility bills (not older than 3 months) or other documents confirming the address of the User.
The company may also require other additional information, confirmed by relevant documents. In certain cases, the Company may also require not arised copies of documents from the User.

https://1xbit.com/information/rules/

You have cleverly manipulated this information, so you can not be trusted at all.

This is written before the text you quoted:

It is funny how they call themselves "Company" even though there are no details online about the actual company.

If a company decides to act anonymously, it is logical that there is no information about it. It would be stupid to give that information and claim that they are acting anonymously, don't you think?

Could you please clarify if that applies to players as well? Are you saying there is no KYC on 1xbit/1xbet platforms?

I'm not saying that, it is official statement of 1xBit support:

1xBit is based on the anonymity principle and do not require from player any info to process a withdrawal (even an email).

In this case, it means that you will not get the name of the 1xbit paltform owner (because is anonymous).
Now you can stop spamming and move on.

Could you please clarify if that applies to players as well? Are you saying there is no KYC on 1xbit/1xbet platforms?

1xbit is blatant scam and lie, do not deposit on this site.
When you win, they void all your bets and steal your winnings.
SCAM ALERT

1xbit steal 0.55 BTC from my account and refuses to provide evidence, because there is not any.
I want to warn everybody not to deposit here. If you lose, everything is ok.
When you win, they will write to you that you violate the terms and void all your wins and steal your balance

So everything you wrote is just guessing and you have no proof that 1xbit and 1xbet have anything in common except a similar name and software purchased from the same company, i.e. betb2b.
True, but this isn't the only common aspect between 1xbit and 1xbet. Check these links out.

I checked links and there is no proof only guessings. The only thing that is confirmed there is that 1xbit use software from betb2b as many other bookmakers and casinos.

In this case, it means that you will not get the name of the 1xbit paltform owner (because is anonymous).
Now you can stop spamming and move on.
You aren't really qualified to call him a spammer. Reflect on yourself first. Also, 1xbit will always stay anonymous obviously since they would get royally screwed by some victims if they reveal themselves.

He get an answer, is in it? Do you think I am a spammer?

If someone feels cheated by any website, he must report it to the appropriate law services (name of website is enough). As I wrote earlier, they have technical ways to find out who owns a website. If they found Ross Ulbricht, the founder of Silk Road, then everything else is a piece of cake.
Instead of posting walls of text and spam this thread with one and this same question, accept that this platform is operating anonymous.
You are talking as like as the owner of the website and you have taken part of a well known scammer. Those person who has has been scammed, amount might not be high and it is not easy to everybody to take legal action.

This person who is spamming this thread is talking about 0.55 BTC, so around $24000 right now. Is it little amount in your opinion?

Still waiting for a reply from 1xbit to my earlier question...

It looks like you missed the answer:

1xBit is based on the anonymity principle ...

Sincerely,
1xBit team

Explanation of the word "anonymity" from Wikipedia:

Quote
Anonymity - describes situations where the acting person's identity is unknown.

Source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anonymity

Instead of posting walls of text to deflect, can you give an answer to the question I asked?

What is the name of the owner/operate of the 1xbit website? This is deliberately not stated on the website but victims have a right to know who to take to Court in order to get their money back.

1xBit is based on the anonymity principle and do not require from player any info to process a withdrawal (even an email).
This is the main feature of 1xBit with the following pros and cons, which is promoted on most of the ad assets. If that's not the something a player look for - he is free to choose anything else he wants.

Sincerely,

You are giving an answer to a question I did not.

What has got to do with the name and address of the owner/operator of 1xbit being kept private so that victims cannot start litigation against them?

I don't think the only way for law enforcement agencies to find a website owner is to know his name. I'm sure they have technical ways to do this. Of course, they must first have a reason to use them.
If this website wants to remain anonymous, it's up to them. You received the answer and accept it.

If the complaints keep piling up then the victims will be taken seriously and law enforcement agencies will end up closing the website down.
Well, law enforcement agencies wouldn't take this case until there are no proofs in these accusations, right?

Sincerely,

I strongly believe that 1xbit and 1xbet, both of them operate under betb2b group and they aren't just random companies with software bought from them. I did some investigation and there are some decent information that I collected and will publish later.

Some years ago 1xbet (betb2b) decided to start operating in Tbilisi, Georgia. In Georgia, LTD 1X Bet is registered on person named: Mkrtich Burnusuzyan (Originally, Armenian). Official email in this declaration is - [email protected]

There is another company registered named - 1XBet-Georgia and there are some other companies too.

It's sad but there are some shady countries where these and similar scam companies can operate without problems.
