1xbit did not solve anything. They just give scam arguments to continue scamming.
Their way of "solving" issues means they void all your won bets, steal your winnings and return the deposit.
Just a blatant scam, after 9 months, they stil not came up with any proof in my case and just write I violated the terms with the other accounts on the forum, which is a complete lie.

I'm glad you noticed that. I hope others will see it too. These message features you mentioned are very clearly visible in almost all posts. There are other similarities as well, but just that makes me suspect that there is one person behind it all. I don't have proof yet, but I'll will find it.

We should look deep and further here, the community is in full support of legit and reputable gambling sites, we only want reputable gambling sites, we are all winners if we support reputable sites, we don't want unresolved allegations we don't want false allegations but cmon 1XBIT has a lot of accusations in the scam section, let us call a spade a spade, not because they resolve one issue they are already clean, they should resolve all existing issues and even reach out to those members which are inactive but with existing accusations, let's be honest people are reading our posts and look up to us for the right information.

I fully agree with you! The 1xBit platform is visited by millions of players every month. As in any service that has such a large number of customers, errors or mistakes can occur. I calculated that there were 8 complaints during the last month. Most have already been resolved. Three or four were rejected due to violation of the rules. These three users are spamming this thread. It is clear to me that this is an organized action.

Yes, that is exactly how this scam site works. They accused me of multiple accounts, that I had cheated with it, but they refuse to give an explanation. And I am not the only victim.
They tell everybody unsportmanship with placed bets, so I proposed 1xbit to display all my bets here, then its very easy to judge if it was a cheat or not.
Of course 1xbit_official refuses to do so. if they will come with their "proof" then everybody sees they just scam everybody.

the problem is simple:

people create an account on this scam site, deposit money, earn and when it comes time to withdraw, they are prevented because the site always claims that people cheated and that is why they cannot withdraw what they have earned, so the site is pretending to be generous and telling the people who can withdraw only what is in their account that would be the money that is left after they lost and most of the time people do not withdraw anything because the site says it was the money they lost. What is questioned here Is why don't they return people's full deposit? Why don't they show evidence that the person cheated? it is not possible to have ten people complaining about the same problem and the site is the innocent one, it is clear that the site is a scam

It is clear from their activities that they are happy to do these things. A platform may not represent itself in such a bad way, but 1xbit is still promoting itself after doing these things and would continue to do so in the coming days until players stop playing on that website. If there are so many existing allegations against a company that they are still promoting themselves, then you must understand that they will not stop such activities any time soon. Because there are some people online who can be easily scammed by different platforms, you have already mentioned about them. It is because of these people that such bad and dirty websites are on the market

For any member of this forum to cite the 1xbit scammers is more true than the allegations made against them including those that have received replies stating their accounts were closed and funds seized because of breach of ToS without even elaborating which rules were broken.

These tactics have been employed by many exchanges and betting sites in order to selective scam innocent people. It is sad to see any member trying to defend a scam website.

If you think 1xbit is true, there would not be so much negative information about this gambling website. From the time I have been following them and seeing lots of unresolved issues being posted in this forum every day. Looking at 1xbit's profile, any member will be scared to see the amount of tags. Read last 5 pages and see that nothing changed. 2-3 players crying about scam, 1xbit correctly answers to others. I cant say something true about scam, but 1xbit position looks more true. Yet i think that discussing such troubles at this board don`t help to find the truth.

Honestly... I think it's time the mods finally lock this thread for now and get rid of all the advertising campaigns 1xbit has on this forum until they can resolve ALL their scam accusations.

IMO, the mods here should maybe also contact the owners of coinzilla, beermoneyforum and any other site that is advertising 1xbit and tell them to cease their campaigns and cite the various bitcointalk scam reports against them as reference.

1xbit is technically untouchable due to their anonymity but they still must face some sort of consequence for their sketchy business practices. Letting them freely promote their site here while simultaneously going to war with half the forum is dumb. Something must be done to stop this.

This thread has too much drama, Too much arguing, and too many accounts keep repeating themselves over and over and saying the same thing 8 other accounts already said.

Basically the conversations here are cycling around in a circle due to an endless repetition of statements and screenshots with no end in site.

Nothing is gained from any of this. Regardless of how many scam reports 1xbit has on bitcointalk, their reputation isn't harmed in the slightest because they still have a 6-7 figure userbase and they're still pocketing an equal or greater amount of figures yearly. There is simply not enough noise about 1xbit being a scam site to stop people from using the site. As Erdogan pointed out, the users claiming they're a scam site only represent a very small portion of their total userbase.

If 1xbit had 1,000,000 total users the portion of people claiming they're a scam would be ~0.0008% of the total userbase. This is nowhere near enough to expect any decline in their revenue or traffic.

And to anyone else still planning to sue 1xbit let me ask you this, in the real world when a user of facebook.com decides to sues Facebook, do they sue the Facebook.com website or Facebook, Inc the registered and legal entity that controls the website?

Do you guys know how silly you would look putting a website address down as the defendant? No-one will ever take your case seriously if you list a website address as the defendant with 0 names or entities attached. That case becomes a lost cause.

So will the people that still plan on suing 1xbit enlighten us and tell us specifically WHO are you planning to sue?

The internet is full of 1xbit scam. I see that I am not the only one who got scammed for a decent amount. They scammed me for 0.55 BTC but there are cases where the accounts are much bigger.
