Since your case is under investigation, why don't you chill first and wait for the confirmation before exchanging words with another person. I think it is always worth trying to explain such situation. However, I am afraid that this is not the case here. The person who made this complaint is known on Bitcointalk as multiple cheater of bookmakers and person who work just to attack them. He uses different accounts for this. Read what is written in the screenshot in my previous post. There are opinions of trusted users about him in trust section of his other account. Everything should become clear to you.

The OP answering regularly and correct. And i think he have hundreds of messages to answer. And the most of them are the same. I also think that 1xbit have some algorithms to search cheaters that works automatically. So possible that you will be unbanned if you will connect with security and answer their questions.

No matter what’s the amount is , cheaters and violators shouldn’t be paid , let it be if 1$ also.
And yes i am not taking the side of 1xbit, if it would have been any other site, same statement I would have delivered.
Also 1xbit doesn’t randomly freezes account.
The user must have violated some sort of terms or somehow tried to cheat system (not sure).
So it’s always better to wait for the officials to look closely on the matter.

But in my case, I did not cheat and won fair. And many others won fair.
if somebody cheats, why 1xbit refuses to explain? If 1xbit explains what terms I broke with my bets, then the community could judge about it.

From what I can see there have been three or four complaints in last weeks. I would like to ask you what do you think, what is the percentage (this four issues) of all those players who use the casino and betting at 1xBit at that time?

1xbit does not see any rescue to save their reputation and cases anymore, so they just write that all the people who complain are the same person.

The reason they refuse to answer is because they hope the person or victim asking the questions will just get tired and stop asking. The 1xbit scammers have been following the same pattern of deception for a long time.
