I want to ask people again to support my flag, since with a red card we can warn people better than the current yellow one.

Do you think that will change anything? They already have a few red cards and some people still support them (or are they all their alts).
There is no moderation policy regarding scams on this forum, so it seems the community cannot do anything more about them.

They don't have few red cards but Multiple lol and yes they care nothing about red tags because they cans till lure gamblers outside this forum and they are just playing the game here promoting their site even though we knew that they are luring small faction of gamblers from inside bitcointalk because of their shady activities .
they are spending big amount of funds paying their advertisers but giving them small amount of result lol.

So if any one of them or any other victim decided to take the 1xbit owner/operator to Court as a plaintiff, who do they list on the document as the defendant?

If sanalexios, joana266, SimpleMachin34, macedounius, dypper and countless others want to take the 1xbit owners to court
It will be hard to issue a paper 6 times for one person.

Sincerely,
1xBit team

1xbit_official is always trying to hied the real problem, and that is that they scam people.
I can guarantee that I have nothing to do with the other accounts that are mentioned.
Still waiting for 1xbit_official to credited the 550 mbtc to my balance. My bets won 100% fair, and they say I broke the rules.
They refuse to explain and just state that I broke the rules, and mark it as solved.
I hope my flag will get enough support so they get a red card.

Please support my flag:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=2839

1xbit_official refuses to solve my case, refuses to pay me, and refuses to tell what terms were violated.
Since when can a company accuse somebody of breaking the rules, and then not explain what was broken?
I want to ask people again to support my flag, since with a red card we can warn people better than the current yellow one.

I already explained 10 times why I made a new account on bitcointalk.
If people want to tag me, thats fine, That has nothing to do with my claim against 1xbit.

1xbit_offical writes that I broke the rules with my bets.
Where is the proof and explanation about that? If you write that I broke the rules, come with evidence or explanations. You never did.
WHy you don't post my betting history here so the community can easily judge if I broke the rules or not.
If it turns out that I broke the rules, you have my permission to keep the 550 mbtc.

Looks a fair and perfect solution, but 1xbit_official refuses to coorperate, while its easy to solve the case with that method.

I want to warn people not to deposit on this site. If you lose your bet, then everything is okay.
If you start winning, they will void your won bets.

We await the 1xbit forum representatives to post here....

Their forum representatives already posted here after your comment. They clearly don't care about their scammer ratings and accusations because thousands of people will still use their site anyways and thousands of dollars will be put into the owners crypto wallets.

They won't face any consequences for their sketchy business practices because the people that run the site are more anonymous than their users and the mods of this site won't ban their forum accounts either.

Notice how there is not a single known name or face of anyone that is running/working for 1xbit. They've brushed up on their OPSEC and have certainty done well in hiding their identities. They don't even have a legal entity set up for their bogus company. These guys are textbook reasons why anonymity is powerful.

I'm willing to bet multiple people run their forum account but either way, 1XBIT.com is here to stay and do business despite their horrible reputation and that's just how it is sometimes.

Goodnight, o_e_l_e_o 🌹
Even if the software was purchased (rented) from someone, it still does not explain the usage of identical verification meta tags. It would be like buying a used car and using the previous owner's driver’s license to drive it (there might be a better analogy, but I cannot think of one at this time).

Could it be likened to a man who rented a new apartment. On relocating from the old apartment to the new, he left behind his beddings, home appliances, his documents (identity documents inclusive) in the old apartment?. If there were few matching meta elements, we would have said it's a coincidence and maybe only to aid  search engines optimization. But in this case, it's almost verbatim.

Betting business is a risky one in nature, so it will be so damaging that one will not only undertake the risk of losing but also the risk of credibility of the casino owners incase of winning.

I do not think they are going to pay me, but at least others are warned with this flag.
We have already paid your deposits, you are not at loss.
More over, your flag is incorrect because the only contract made between you and 1xBit was fulfilled, and now you are the one who don't follow it. This contract is the ToS placed on the site.

Mega LOL. If we are the same person, you paid my deposited funds sum on which 1xbit account? Tell me more =)

No proofs?

What happened:
I have an issue with the 1xbit.com website. My account had a balance of over 190 mBTC (or 0.190 BTC) when I noticed it went to zero. I contacted support via chat and they told me not to worry that they were facing technical issues and they would fix the issues in my account right after that:
https://imgur.com/Fp2iGQy

After that I requested my account to be blocked until my funds be restored. I only got a message from Security department stating this:

"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I tried to contact support via live chat and e-mail numerous times, but they simply refuse to solve this issue. Also, I contacted the 1xbit_official account, in of one their recent topics they claimed that they would resolve any issues, but he is avoiding to answer what happened to my account and why didn't I got my deposits returned.
Security department refuses to answer me at all. I'm trying since june with no answers so far.

So far as I have seen, all users that gets their accounts closed by Security, gets their deposit sum refunded. I got nothing so far.

More over, your flag is incorrect because the only contract made between you and 1xBit was fulfilled, and now you are the one who don't follow it. This contract is the ToS placed on the site.

Also, you didn't show proof of withdrawal for some reason, or any other proof except for deposit made.
There is no fact that could prove us wrong, and anyone supporting that flag should have exactly the same flag on their profile.

And let us investigate something in the end.

sanalexios, joana266, SimpleMachin34, macedounius, dypper, kontrakwel, konabel - the same person

- All the accounts has the same local time.
- Most of them registered after a month after another
- All of them and only them supported the new flag created by one of them, the flag itself was created just a few hours ago.
- All of them support current flag and left a reply on our trust page.
- All of them have similar English and BB-code skills.
- Most of them are active on forum in the same days.
- Most of them complain about gambling addiction.
- Most of them use the same image hostings and other external services like gmail.
- None of them have shown a single proof, except proof of payment (once).
- The connection between Joana and dypper is confirmed here -> click

All the accusers participated in the contests of 1xBit, where the reward was sent to 1xBit wallets and couldn't be withdrawn without a deposit made:
SimpleMachine34
dypper
sanalexios
macedounius
Joana226

except for his main account, he tries to keep it clean, and thus created a new one once the previous got tagged. (we all lose our main account, usual thing, right?)

These are just points we found after a brief investigation of the accounts, we are pretty sure this list could be updated with some more.
In addition, would a person agree to take deposit-required reward from a company he accuses of stealing the funds?

If sanalexios, joana266, SimpleMachin34, macedounius, dypper and countless others want to take the 1xbit owners to court

I'm not a web developer and I don't know much about programming, but if you have access to this code, then everyone have access it. Or have you found it in a way that is not normally available?
If everyone has access to this code, then anyone can use it too. Well, unless it is protected in some way and what is common for all this gambling platforms is the fact that someone sell them same code, or the main owner give a permission to use it by others..

As you yourself stated, you don't really know much about web development and programming, so don't talk nonsense.  Wink

Even if the software was purchased (rented) from someone, it still does not explain the usage of identical verification meta tags. It would be like buying a used car and using the previous owner's driver’s license to drive it (there might be a better analogy, but I cannot think of one at this time). Basically, these specific meta tags are used by Google, Yandex, Microsoft, and other services to authenticate domain ownership, and have absolutely nothing to do with software running on those websites.

Quote from: google
Verification is the process of proving that you own the site that you claim to own. We need to confirm ownership because once you are verified for a site, then you have access to its private Google Search data, and can affect how Google Search crawls the site.

Complete information about site verification is available in the Google Search Console help center.

In addition, I would like to mention that there are other casinos that use 1xBET software and are associated with 1XCorp in some way, but do not use their verification meta tags, which may indicate that they are managed by different companies - which supports my argument even more.

As for their clones, Kawbet is another one connected to the same team even though the 1xbit forum account denied this by saying they shared the same developer at one stage before going their separate ways  Roll Eyes

Anyone in the web developing can confirm what verification meta tags are used for. These meta tags are also found on all other 1xBET clones and mirror sites.

Thank you for the excellent post and images.

I tried to articulate the 1xbit owner/operator has deliberately not listed their name and address on their website which is intended by them to make it difficult for victims to sue them.

As for their clones, Kawbet is another one connected to the same team even though the 1xbit forum account denied this by saying they shared the same developer at one stage before going their separate ways  Roll Eyes

The website does not make it clear and is actively hiding the name and address of the owner/operator of the 1xbit website.

As I have already mentioned, I think it is quite apparent who is the owner/operator of the 1xbit website.

@1xbit_official, can you explain, for example, why 1xbet.com and 1xbit.com websites share identical verification meta tags in their source code?

Anyone in the web developing can confirm what verification meta tags are used for. These meta tags are also found on all other 1xBET clones and mirror sites.

1xbit.com is being accused of scam severally. Though the scam might have happened in the past. If 1xbit.com has actually gotten a new management, it is important to note that it is same brand. All 1xbit.com needed to do is to treat the scam accusations step by step and resolve all before opening a campaign. The money used in sponsoring campaign is enough to settle old debts and clear your name. Then they can now activate serious advertisement.

In the post above yours, you can find a link to the place where you can find a list of resolved complaints.
As it happens in real life, not all users are satisfied with the way complaints have been resolved. Either way, over 6 BTC was paid out.
Do your own investigation and form your own opinion, not like the sock puppets that come here repeating empty words just to write enough posts for the signature campaign they are in.
