Hello everyone, I must open case here because 1xbit.com is biggest scam betting website on internet. They steal from people too easy and this scam must be stopped.
I deposited 240 usdt to account first time created on this website. Then bet on two games. First lost, and second won 214 usdt.
Tried to withdrawal, and then my account goes locked and cannot login. Then I sent email and they said stopping cooperation with me because violated terms? What terms? I did two bets, freaking two bets and you are telling me I have violated any terms? You are thief you know that? I will show to all people here the screenshots proof of my bets I did, and picture is before I did the bet, and after the bet won, so you are not giving me access to login to my account, and also not giving my money on my account.What is this? Is this any kind of illegal activity you are doing to all people who will win something there? Anyway I have never did any withdrawal money there and you not give me my money!
I have evidence pictures of my two bets, before win and after win of my second game. I have total 214 usdt and i can show everyone that this is very big thief of website.

The 1xbit scammers have used their Terms of Service which is an ambiguous wall of text that can be used to refuse paying out to winners or to close accounts and/or seize funds that players have deposited.

As for the 1xbit scammers being banned from the forum, it has been stated on many occasions in the past that scams are not moderated by staff therefore the onus falls upon members such as us to highlight the scam to warn others from becoming victims.

Wrong. If their business was actually running smoothly, why would they need to spend money and advertise their site in this forum through different campaigns? They wouldn't need to if that was the case.

The fact is, we cannot know if their business is running smoothly and if they are making profits. In their "honest review" campaign, they have already stopped paying for multiple reviews, and in their prediction games, they do not give cash prizes anymore. I think the red tags does nothing to the company because they are paying huge to the signature campaign participants. They are smoothly running business and making profits. People are seriously patronising them. So, they are not affected in anyway. Assuming they are affected, they would have stopped the campaign.
The red tag will only affect the reputation of the users that promote their business.

See how their profile is painted with red tags, by community members. Even after seeing so many tags, I wonder how the gamblers deposit their money on this website. 1Xbit doesn't seem to be worried about their profile tags, as they haven't made any changes to their activity yet. Because they are constantly getting new victims which is generating their revenue.

The Bitcointalk community has tagged 1xbit's profile and created flags to warn gamblers. Now it will be the responsibility of the gamblers to check the reputation of that website on Bitcointalk before making a deposit.

I read your previous scam accusation thread and 1xbit gave you a detailed answer. You are already lucky that they refund your original deposit despite of there findings(that has a point) which other user with same experience doesn't have full respond plus account lock. You can check there trust record for a long list of scam accusation for this same reason with multiple account involved. Of course you will never admit it and also you don't have a choice about there action because you agree on there ToS. Just be happy and avoid playing on this casino for your peace of mind.

Agreed. Anonymity in the crypto world is both a blessing and a curse due to different reasons. This is a site backed by powerful people(1xbet etc) and has successfully attracted big sponsors which is why it won't disappear anytime soon.

However, I am confident that their userbase has been constant declining over time thanks to the scam accusations against them in this forum and other sites which implies that they probably will have to shut down later on.

What scam happen by the mentioned user? Is the user scam any fund? You can see the reason of getting a negative tag. Always negative tag doesn't mean scam occurred. It may happen for various reason. Also, a scammer might be got scammed by someone else. In this case will you avoid that scam accusation as the person was also a scammer?
