This is the only message I got from Security, in June 2020:
"We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."
Explain me why I'm not allowed to withdraw my funds or my deposited funds please. Why am I different from the others?
Contact them in my behalf and explain it here to everyone knows why is my case different.
Just as you said before:
"If a betting participant commits fraudulent acts in relation to a betting company, the betting company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent acts by means of the betting company:
- betting cancellation;
- closing the client's account with a refund, but without taking into account the dishonest income received."
So I'm waiting for my deposited funds.
I'm waiting answer. Security doesn't answer me. Why am I different from the other cases? I'm just asking my deposited funds. Nothing else. 2 months ago you said you could help me getting my deposits returned or unblocking my account.
