People that are scammed by 1xbit: They are not going to help you.

I have observed this topic and nobody is helped. The only thing they do (if you are lucky) is to give you the deposit back.

But nowadays more and more they just prefer to write that users frauded, and confiscate the whole balance.

Funny thing to see is when these people lose a lot of money, there are no problems at all, and no terms are violated

I don't think that's true, you are the only gambling site that has the most number of complaints and accusations and it keeps coming, you don't need many complaint if you can address issues or complaints as it comes but you are ignoring many of them or delaying resolving the issues, gambling sites that wants to have a good reputation will not do that and will always fix the issue right away.

My account was closed by security for terms and conditions violation. They never refund me my deposits. They didn't said aswell that my funds were kept to pay the damages so I'm really being ignored.

I think it's pretty obvious at this point that they are just simply scamming their users, and they won't provide you or other users with proof of such violations that led them to freeze their accounts because they don't have any, hopefully negative trusts that was sent to this user is enough to keep new people away from this casino.

The fact that they're still continuing with their shitty business practice could mean they're still getting a few new users at least which is unfortunate, and instead of solving issues stated here in their last post they go as far as providing people with promo code and keep refusing to provide any proof to their claims.
