They are using a similar name, I don't understand why they are doing that when the original name of the site does not have a good reputation to gamblers, I'm talking about in this forum as we never know what their reputation in other forum but the evidence were clear and OP IIRC even admitted that they have done mistakes in the past as they came back to correct.

You can't teach old dog new tactics, these scammers know how to handle the complaints. The rigged casino and non-paying support team are the perfect combo for ripping gamblers, they can ask illogical stuff to prove the account ownership. On SBR forums, one gambler said the scammers changed the ToS before accepting withdrawal requests, they changed "1 account per house" to "1 account per family member". How unfair and fishy..

Contact the 1xbit representative on this forum, seems they posted recently too. You have to take care of your hand when you have it. Once it's cut, it's cut forever. Same applies to this case, where were you before that accident? I am really astonished, these people send their money to random strangers online, not only money but KYC documents too, idk what to say.
Well, contact them if it helps, open scam accusation (if it has any idea), if no response from them, then just forget this accident and continue your life as normal but take it as a lesson and be careful in future, you shouldn't put your hard-earned money into scammers pocket.

There is always that you can try to do, but 1xbit is not going to help you.
Once they give the reason that you frauded or violated, their decision is already final and in best case you get your deposit back.
I have seen many cases in 1xbit scam situations, and they never pay people. Unless the amount is like 10 mbtc, then you have a chance.
As soon as the money is decent, they just take it and they do not care about you.

People should really make at least some research first before making any deposits into bookies like this where you dont know that they do have some pending issues or accusations
about stealing funds, locking accounts issue and etc.. This isnt the first time on seeing 1xbit does have issue but there are lots more in addition to this.

I received the email from security. My account was closed for T&C violation. After that I didn't receive any answer.

It was closed by their side not my request. So yes I have the right to be refunded.

As what most community members believe, 1XBit is a shady business, there are lots of warnings you can read about 1XBit from this forum. Don't expect much that they'll resolve you current or even your future issues. IMO, I don't see 1XBit worth trusting.
