It's very insulting for us, they keep posting their promotional banner and ignoring complaints, these scammers are heartless and do not show mercy, they are adding insult to injuries, I hope their account gets ban or their website gets hacked so they cannot continue scamming people.
Our actions are based on the community feedback. We see that there are people from this forum who play with us and have no issues - for those we post updates and news.
There are also players who might encounter issues while using our services - we solve their complaints if there were no rules violated. But even if the rules' violation took place - we refund deposited funds by recalculating odds 1:1.
