I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. I am still in lose, but what they are doing to me? Why do this to me and not allow me login and withdraw my money who left on my account low than my deposit?

Really,  this is the first time I am hearing that indeed if the offers odds difference of almost 0.27 is a big difference.

-But then what is the gsin of awarding big odds and big rewards to players without players being able to withdraw their winnings after all, thos is the big problem with this casino and their image has been dented for long.

Many gullible punters risk their hard earned money due to those high odds which is why they end up becoming victims later on. Some of them choose those high odds for the sake of arbitrage betting which seems lucrative at first glance.

There is a big difference sometimes which I have noticed on more than one occasion. For example, average odds for a market would be around 1.5 while 1xbit offers 1.82 which is a big difference.

This is how they slyly trap naive punters and stay in business.

Talking about odds on 1xbits compared to other casinos, even though I have not taken the time to check their odds offers, but I am sure there is not much difference and even if there is, it will be in a small fraction and that fraction can. Not compared to losing your entire balance and deposits.

By the way, it is not only about the alleged flexibility of 1xbit on asking for documents, that they just mentioned (which could be indeed used to lure into people into this place), but I have also seen newbies around here asking about casinos with odds like those on 1xbit.

I do not know who in their right mind would be willing to risk their gambling money just for higher odds, having more reputable and safe options.

You have to be careful not to get trapped by the sweet option of no kyc because thos casino is already having tons of unsettled cases and with newer ones popping up day in and day out.

I don't think that 1xbit is still thinking on how to improve their reputation. They don't really care about the scam accusations and also don't have plans to take care of it. The goodwill will never come because they know that even if they resolve all of the previous cases they have, This will not change the bad reputation they have for a very long time. They are just running their casino for the sake of getting profits and scamming people. Imagine that they spending more on advertisement rather than solving the previous accusation against them and solving and paying those victims. This ultimately show how greedy and ruthless the owners are.
 

The answer is Russia. Majority of these scammy gambling sites operate from Russia which is why it's tough to take them down even after finding out their whereabouts. What else can you expect from a country which is led by Putin.

If Russia took a more hardlined approach with scammers, most/all of these scammers would have gotten screwed royally.

Whatever happens, I don't think there will ever be good faith from 1xbit to resolve the cases they have made and at any time there will never be a return for what they have stolen from users who have lost money there.
I think it's only ordinary people who still want to believe and hope for 1xbit. It's even clear that they are committing fraud against every user who has ever used it.
The reputation and trust of 1xbit has been destroyed and in the eyes of gamblers they are just a casino full of harmful fraud so it will also be difficult for 1xbit to have even a little trust.
Since they already have such a bad reputation it is likely they will continue to perpetrate these scams in order to keep going and make a profit.

Goodwill from the casino? Seriously? This is 1xbit that we are talking about. They don't care about their reputation in this forum which is why they are unfazed by the rising scam accusations against them.

They rarely resolve complaints for various ulterior motives based on what I observed.

They are still promoting their casino using out there sites to attract the attention of people unfamiliar with the casino's reputation. This seems to increase the number of victims deceived by their service, not by what they promote. But actually, it's the people's fault because they don't look for more details about the casino so they seem stuck in the casino game. We don't know whether the case can be resolved or will continue to be like this but hopefully, there will be goodwill from the casino to solve it even though we don't know when the case will solve.

I just went through your post history and saw that since January 19, 2022, which is over 1 year ago, you have been fighting about this matter non-stop, with the ambition to never give up. But I believe this time is long enough for you to convince yourself that this casino doesn't care about returning your funds to you; they are already painted black here on this forum over all their atrocities and outside this forum. The advice I will give to you is to let go. I know it's hard, but that's the only thing for you to do right now. But you have learned from this incident; don't allow it to repeat itself again. Next time, just make proper reservations about a casino's review before you trust them with your funds. 

But it seems that this is not a matter of wanting to read reviews or not, but for every beginner or new gambler who wants to try betting at casino gambling, it is difficult for them to do research.
They only think of betting for fun, so it's only natural that many are still deceived by this gambling site.
I think this site also provides advertisements that are like exaggerations to attract gamblers out there to gamble on this site and make deposits.
I was close to getting on this site but I realized that the reputation I was reading was true.

In this case, they should do something, if the owners of 1xbit want to have a better vision, they should respond to these obvious accusations, but they should give them an answer so that they realize that stealing or fraud is an act that should not be allowed , and the who make posts supporting casinos should speak up because to remain silent about this is to become complicit. You are correct, and to add, they are advertising for not only newbies on this forum, but also for the guests, most especially, the types that do not usually have the time or dim it fit or important to carry out a simple research before registering, depositing and gambling on the casino of their choice.

I also have always imagined how possible this casino continue to promote their brand on this forum even after blacklisted as a scam casino and everyone avoiding them, this is what I've always imagined until I came to the realization above.
And it's rather unfortunate that some people, from time to time, will continue to fall into their trap, except for those that will always take out their time to read reviews before deciding to use the casino or not, cus I believe no body in their right senses will want to proceed to play on 1xbit after reading all the bad reviews on this forum and even outside this forum.

They are not affected with the accusation because they already know that they have bad reputation in this community. They are not marketing in this forum to get the attention of old forum users but rather they are tryinf to get the attention of newbies then hype with their visibility and maybe their promotions offer. For that case which is not been resolve for long time I guess its better to move on since its like impossible for this case to get a solution from their representatives.

scam site like this must not be played by any one specially from this forum as they still have advertising here in bitcointalk.

with 1xbit's reputation on forums, and many similar cases in the past. I doubt he will get his money back. how often he would contact support, but he would not get the expected results.

First, it's sad to say this, but just know that your balance is gone and to say you violated the term and conditions is a case that you may never win against this casino because there have been several similar cases and the players have never gotten anything from this casino and the team have refused to give public attention and answers to critical cases as this.
Let's hope they come around to clear up some things and make a valid statement if there will ever do that and from the screenshots, you shared as if the case or account was created in 2022 so this is a recent case.
