I do not know where to start with my problem on 1xbit and asking for help here on bitcointalk forum
I made a $ 760 deposit on my account 377087449 in crypto, and started playing. I was losing something, I was gaining something, but I had less than $ 760 in crypto on my account.
I urgently needed money to withdraw and I made a withdrawal. But the horror started when I squeezed to withdraw the money.
They were logged out of my account, and I could not log in with my username or email and password.

Then I contacted livechat, and they instructed me to send an email to security of 1xbit. I sent an email with my problem and with my proof that I have an account with pictures. After 5 hours, they replied: "We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions. ".
I could not believe that they wrote this to me, without any explanation. I tried to log in to my account again, but to no avail.

I then sent a message to Support of 1xbit, and they returned this: "Dear User, All information has been provided to you by our Security Department. Further messages on the same issue will be ignored."

Is this normal? So I have $ 730 in crypto on my account, how is it possible for them to stop cooperating with me without returning my deposited money? Is this a mistake or is it a total scam? Please help, I'm new here, I do not know what to do. This is my first 1xbit account and I'm betting there for the first time. I do not know what to do anymore, I'm crazy. Will I get my money back? Please help

All informations I sent to security and support and they don't wanat to help me. I asking just to withdraw my 730 usdt, it is smallest than my deposit of money. I am still in lose, but what they are doing to me? Why do this to me and not allow me login and withdraw my money who left on my account low than my deposit?

Sadly he is denial, and since we are talking about 140$, then I must assume that was money he needed and he should have not gambled in the first place, specially on a shady casino like this one.

One thing is to gamble some pocket money we are willing to lose, in order to try some unknown casino, but it is completely different to try an unknown/shady casino with money one is willing to beg for after 6 months of denial.

I feel bad for the situation of these victims.

You are waiting for only 6 months to get an answer from the site admin/moderator! But you will not get any update even if you wait for six years or more because they are scammers and they can reply to you until you will lose your fund. SO, if you still try to get response from them then you will not get anything and you will lose your time.                                                 

1xbit has a very massive advertisement out there a lot of websites that when we access it will appear advertisements from 1xbit so that is why there are still many who continue to play there or there are still many new users through the advertisements they do, it's just that are quite unfortunate They can be so easy to register and make a deposit at this casino without first finding out about their reputation but when they have experienced issues they can find this forum to post about their issues

it's easy, like when you first started crypto gambling and saw that 1xbit has different odds than the others. It catches your eye and without thinking twice, you just register there and start making deposits and bets.
same as people complaining here maybe they are also first time start crypto gambling and betting there and in the end they get scammed and complaining here.

1xbet that I know is also part of 1xbit. many talk about these two gambling sites.
but unfortunately I can't provide any evidence for the two sites because I never bet there.

you are correct and actually there is no need to prove who's helping because the main objective here is to let people in gambling understand and learn about how scam this site is and to not dare depositing and playing .
what I wanna say here is that at least for  we all knew? bitcointalk is partaking in that spread of news because it is clearer that even their advertising seems to be lessen in this forum because I only see few account that wears their signature.

none of the Official communication is answering people instead it is a computerized answer is what they getting and do you think people are stupid as you mentioned half year of claiming will not use all the tools available to take their money back?

Oh really? What is the benefit of you for advocating 1xbit? 1xbit is a proven scammer only those people will promote or try to promote if the person takes payment for promoting or the site employer/owner/admin/moderator only. And keep in mind that as many posts will be created by them it will be good for negative SEO. Cause people will be able to learn about their scamming when they will search.

That is the saddest part their since influencers didn't bother up to do some research before they promote that on their videos since many of their followers is at high risk losing their money for the platform they are promoting. And since the accusation against them still strong and many people not looking them as good casino then its really better to avoid. Public feedback is important since this will tell how bad the casino especially when it come to  genuine users.

Yes I leave in the same Nigeria too and I have seen a lot of adverts on tv and youtube about 1xbet and sometimes even music stars in Nigeria and content creators are. All their ambassadors, and at a point I always ask myself if 1xbet-1xbit are having a double standard in the operation that is to say making people believe that their legit and popular in real life but their online image is tinted in red resulting from their inability to settle players withdrawal.

That's the truth you just said, because here in Nigeria, I have seen lots of content creators promoting 1xbet as one of the best sport Booker on both Facebook and YouTube for the past few years now, but from what I was able to find on google is that both platforms are related and own by the same company, of which 1xbet is said to be a license sport booking site while 1xbit is it's casino which accepts crypto and yet has no license. 
But I strongly not advised anybody using any of them, as they stand a risk of being scammed

If the casino is a scam, why are players still playing? there is another casino called 1xbet and it is being promoted a lot, some friends are betting there and they say that they have done well, but how is it that this casino has a name so similar to this one? Is it the same casino? Those who are playing tell me that they discovered it on YouTube, there are many who have entered because there is a lot of publicity on facebook, what I don't know is if the casino has tried to scam them, it may be another, but not by name it suits me.

so chances are this site is still doing ads out there and there are scam victims looking to submit complaints about the scam on google. and when opening it on google it's possible for those who want to write their complaints to find this forum and try to create a new account and complain here.

What good is no KYC if the casino is going to scam you anyway?

I mean, you make a deposit, you stake and lose. All is fine. However, should you make a win, all of a sudden they will block your account and send you an email stating that you breached their terms and conditions. All your profits are gone just like that.

In other words, you can't profit out of 1xbit. All you will make are losses or at best get back your deposit in case of a win.

No easy way to know whether this thread and Bitcoin talk itself is helping people to be aware of the bad reputation of this casino and keep people away from it.
I would guess that it is compilation of other major gambling communities where people talk to each other and let the word spread among their members

An example is the reddit section of online gambling, which itself has almost 20K members. the poker subreddit has even more people.


Also, there is a chance those who have been scammed choose not to report it here, because whatever reason; depression, shame, etc.

The thing is, complainants are already aware of the fact that the chances to get redress from complaining are slim and at that, they will just move on and never border to raised complaints.

-And also, most newbies are getting more aware of the activities of scam casinos and at that, and their participation in those casinos becomes limited that may be the reason for the drastic drop in the number of complaints in recent times.
