Very sad mate sorry for your loss it seems like you play this site without doing more research who is this casino. And for now this is a reminder and a lesson learn to you that before playing and make a deposit in any sites you need to do further research as this is the way that to avoid scams. Because in your situation I think you won't. Get your money back forever because the team didn't. Reply you and even leave a message be they logout your account. And this sites have many negative feed back like what you did.

Am pretty sure all of this is 100% true. Both 1xbit and 1xbet are probably being operated by some rich dudes in Russia who have great connections(Oligarchs etc) which would explain why their business hasn't sunk yet.

If punters themselves would actively avoid both of these sites completely, they would get screwed royally.

Another scam by 1xbit. Don't know how many more scams we will witness at 1xbit.

For you, if you do not know, 1xbit is a scam site and you will never get your money back from them. Yes, you may send emails to them and try to get the conversation running with them but unfortunately your case will never be resolved and 1xbit will never return your money.

Next time when you want to gamble on any site first make show that the site is legit, and it has good feedbacks otherwise you will lose your money as you have lost in this site.

I'm sorry if I have to tell you, but I don't think you will get your account or money back. As I can see, the problem has existed for several months now and 1xBit is not responding, which doesn't surprise me as the site is known for scams. You can make scam accusations on this board with your evidence, but unfortunately that doesn't get you your money back either. Either way it would support your post here. 

Hi all. If any security here I have problem with login to my account.
I sent email , nothing received back. I have deposit 600 usd in crypto in total and have in my account around 470 usd in crypto but you have been loged me out without reason and I cannot login.
It said incorrect username or password. Livechat told me to write on securrity email because of that but not responding and I still cannot login  months
help please

I think I have mentioned it here before and I also believe it has been stated before on other threads about the casino. It seems that the people who are actually in charge of 1xbet and 1xbit have their actual headquarters in the Russian federation.

It that is true (as it seems to be) it would make sense nobody has been able to get this casino closed, since Rusia does not usually work along western authorities about cyber crimes and security. That is why many hackers from Rusia can freely opperate from there. Of course, all these are just alledgations, based on stuff I have found around internet.

If I'm not making mistake, we all know that 1xbit is a scam casino, right? And as such, it has no license, right? And the only casino that can be sued in a court of law are casinos that have a license, right? And 1xbit is an online casino who has no physical presence, right?
So, with all been said if you think the answer to all these questions above is "YES", then that means what you just suggested is likely not to be possible due to these facts.

completely we don't know what's going on behind this platform. maybe you assume like it is the most appropriate course of action to go to the authorities or the police and get things done. but do we know what really happened behind it all?
anything can happen in this world, I mean it probably already exists but somehow there's a certain reason it's still going on.
I don't need to explain in detail you should understand my words and you will surely be able to conclude something that I mean.

None of us Know if there are no one who reported this to the police or the authority because there are even more victims that seeking their money from here and another so lets not assume there is none.

The interesting thing is that this casino is one of the longest-running casinos in the cryptocurrency market, and so far no one has reported them to the police or to the court. At least no one has ever confirmed this kind of actions or even said anything like that. After all, since there are so many victims here, so it would be easy for them to create a group and sue 1xbit. I wonder why no one has done this for so many years?

It's their ignorance and we can't do anything about it. They still want to try and prove it until they experienced being scam. There's not much advantage on playing on 1xbit and I don't know why people still choosing this casino over a good reputation casinos that is all over this forum. If they are attracted by the fake promotion, Why not try it on a new casino which is mostly safer than this proven and tested scam casino. Casino advertising here can't be stop unless members here refused to promote them but yeah there's a monetary value that is given to those who are promoting it and we can't control them since this is still an open forum for everyone. All we can do is to spread the awareness of this casino being a scam. There are so many victims and unfortunately most of them hasn't been or never will be resolved.

Look like no one want to believe that 1xbit is a scam casino unless and until they experience it with their hard earned money. How may times we have seen people ignoring the feedback and advices and they believe them when they themselves become victim of the scam.

I am afraid that he will not get his money back and also i feel sorry when i read such comments. 1xbit advertising should be stopped on this forum at least so people don't fall for this scam.

We know that not all do able to see or hover around into this forum and the rest or most of those victims are total noobs which arent that aware of this forum existence and the negative words that we do have against 1xbit.If they had just able to read it up then they might able to save up their asses on being scammed and lost their money.We've been keeping on telling alerts and advises and for those who are
really that mindful about their money before they would be depositing into such platforms then its not really that time consuming nor  does really cost you and arm and leg to make out some research
which it wouldnt be hard to find this place all along.It is really just a matter of effort and time to make out research and make up decisions basing into that.

This is generic and this has been what they sent to all their players who managed to win and like to withdraw and you are no exception, they expect all their players to lose and if they win you will get this message and no one it seems is exempted.
Your reasoning is valid but even if it is valid they will not listen to you, they just want your money, either from losing it or from scamming you, your experience is now added to their list of people they scammed, and you can open an accusation and warn people on playing on 1xbit that's the best that you can do, hoping will do you no good, its a lost cause.

The casino is run by scammers, so obviously they didn't expect you to even win anything. They wanted all the $560 to themselves. Their goal is so that they always win, and you never profit from their casino. Once you win, they will block your account, log you out and then say that violated their TOS which they never even specify by the way.

I you have not returned back my deposits and just close my account. Whats wrong?

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

because on this forum, especially this board, there are many pure and honest reviews from several trusted members here, and there's no need to doubt it.
so that the reviews or trust given by some trusted members here are real. so if someone who is good at choosing would prefer to look for reviews on this forum rather than on Trustpilot.
as @shasan wrote that there is some manipulation about buying positive reviews on some scam casino.

Sure, we can find a lot of information about gambling platforms here on the forum, specifically in this section, but (for obvious reasons) this forum and section focuses on those gambling platforms where people can deposit and withdraw with Bitcoin and altcoins.

There must be other casinos which are purely FIAT, I have seen some ads of those in TV before, in that aspect our gambling section cannot offer much of a source of investigation for newbies.

I just wished more people checked this board instead Trustpilot.
