Check here https://www.curacao-egaming.com/public-and-players/authenticity . 1xBet.com has a license under Caecus N.V. 1xBet's other casinos are 1xBit, 1xStavka and many more. They have licenses all over the world. They are similar to Stake with huge partnerships.

These scammers have a popular casino that operates in every country in the world and many people confuse 1xbet with 1xbit and the scammers did it on purpose so that people create an account on 1xbit thinking that they are using 1xbet and will be robbed. At 1xbet they are not robbing people because they have local licenses so it is easy for governments to intervene. But to this day I have not seen people taking them to court accusing them of owning 1xbit, maybe people are afraid because these are big scammers powerful all over the world.
This casino is a new casino for me but every time I visit their thread, I only read bad reviews. So, it caught my attention and I decided to visit this website today, to understand what's happening and I wanna say that this website looks very legit, they have so many games and so many options but even from the first experience, I found something strange on this website:
1. 1xBit states that it has mobile apps but you can only download Android app, you can't download their iOS app. For me, this looks suspicious. I know that it's easy to create a downloadable APP for android users because you only need to upload an APK file and they can download app this way, PlayStore is not the only option but on iOS, they need to publish their app on AppStore. Since they don't have app published on App store, I believe this website has some problems that they don't admit.
2. 1xBit doesn't have a license. I can't find their license in website's footer. I also tries to look for it on other pages, including ToS but I couldn't find any information about their license. Seems, this is an unlicensed casino.

This is going to be a very unpopular post. First off, I'm not defending 1xBet/1xBit, since they have done things wrong. In reality, they are no different than any other huge book here. All of them have taken money for claimed multi-accounting or playing from a banned jurisdictions. The only reason that I have 1xBit rated "F" is the feedback here at BCT. Some people are saying that there is no affiliation between 1xBit and 1xBet. This is untrue since they are affiliated. 1xBet has regained their license in Curacao and they have licenses in other jurisdictions. 1xBet is huge, only behind Stake here. The percentage of scam accusations world wide against 1xBet are close to the same as Sportsbet or Stake. We have to look at the actual evidence of cases, not what people repeat.

But to this day I have not seen people taking them to court accusing them of owning 1xbit, maybe people are afraid because these are big scammers powerful all over the world.

People often don’t bother investing their time and money to take these matters to court, especially when it involves going up against giant scammers. It requires a significant amount of money to challenge them, which discourages most individuals.

I think only a few are willing to go against a casino, whether it’s legit or a scam. There’s usually little interest, especially if the amount involved is smaller than the potential costs of pursuing the case. This is exactly why 1xbit continues to scam, they know people won’t file a case against them.

That's the reason this scammers have confidence to continue on what they are currently doing since they know majority of people will not really bother to file a legal case to sue those online platforms. if there's certain changes will happen and those victims will step up the maybe they could do something to stop this criminals to- continue their scams online. Feel bad for people still falling from the schemes made by 1xbit.
Well, you are mistaken here, alot of victims of 1xbit have actually filed a lawsuit against the casino in previous times, but unfortunately, all the lawsuits weren't successful because no one knows the real faces of those behind the casino, and the casino also does not have any physical location, so it was impossible for the court to do much in this type of situation.

The only way by which anything can actually be done here is for the government to take down the 1xbit site, but such things don't happen easily, there will have to be a lot of reports, not just from average persons but also from highly placed and respected people in the society, with a massive reports, the government can decide to find out the platform hosting the site and ask that it be taken down forever, this is perhaps, the only way that 1xbit can cease to exist, it's disappointing to be honest, as this give the impression that this guys are immune to any kind of punishment for all their sins, but it's what it is and we just have to live with it and ensure our friends and loved ones are never victims here.

I don't know why people research always comes late, since if they just spend some time and effort to check first their reputation maybe they can avoid the same situation on what happen to that guy posting his reviews. We cannot rely so much on those reviewing sites since lots of them releasing a misleading reviews.

They actually have a history of planning to redeem themselves by solving all the pending issue despite of having bad reputation for so many years here in the forum. Same case that they are still getting new customers outside the forum yet they still want to fixed their reputation here since the forum holds a record for their bad reputation.

I’m sure at some point they might plan to come back again especially now that Bitcoin is hype while many new casino is starting to advertise here again.

Bitcointalk is one of the best forum for promoting crypto casino. Time will come.
It's been a while, they left and they left this forum for good bud, 1xbit aren't coming back, and their attempt at redeeming their damaged and lost reputation was a very long time ago, over 2 years now if I am not mistaken, and that also was a stunt, they never meant it, it was only a tactics which they used to see if more people on this forum will fall victim to them as they expected alot of new people to think they have repented and then go ahead to deposit and play on the casino, I remember them even claiming to be under a new management back then, which was all a lie.

1xbit is not coming back to this forum as 1xbit, what I mean by this is, they will have to rebrand, or create a new casino entirly, so that users from this forum won't know it's them..

I just worry if people out there are not research before they gambling and choose this site. If they want to spend a little time to research, they will found that many bad news for this site. That can makes them aware and stay away from this site. They don't use this forum anymore but they found the other ways to promote their site. I wonder why those people not realize about the bad thing that already happened to other people.

...
On the last case of 1xbit signature campaign here in the forum, I have read through the case file and discovered that all the accounts that were tagged for promoting 1xbit were previously warned and given enough time to back out of the signature pointing out that promoting 1xbit is same as promoting scam here on Bitcoin talk and scam is one of the thing's that forum members frawn at seriously, this is why there was a lot of warnings before the red tags followed, and that proves that those that were tagged choose the p nuts they get paid to their forum reputation so at that gave forum members warning a def ear and going ahead to promote this scam casino, so not as if their were not aware of the operations of 1xbits as scams.
.

I was around (actually I was a newbie when that infamous casino still maintained their signature campaign) so I can serve as a witness to tell you effectively all people with a minimum of merit and reputation which decided to fill the application post in the thread of that signature campaign of the casino were contacted by members of this forum to warn them about the selective scam which was going on with that casino and the fact they were going to be red tagged if they decided to further pursue to join the campaign. I even recall the case of a very known user from the Italian section of the forum who applied for the campaign and people started to assume his account was hacked, in the end he simply applied for the signature campaign without noticing what he was applying to, he withdrew from it when he realized it was this shady casino.
Everyone back in the day had their chance not to get involved in the complex selective scam of this "service" and those who did, they did so disregarding the integrity of the forum and the integrity of their own accounts to do further business in the future.

The issue here is that they may even decided to come back on running a signature campaign and by this time, many newbies will not even bother to check on the tags on them, instead they will want to receive their offers as they are easily attracted to promotional offers.

Mostly, such thing could happen to newbies who do not even care or are aware of the system of trust and feedback here in the forum, but in your place I would give more credit to the intelligence and the reason of some newbies who are able to spot a scam when they see one and won't fall for them. Even if they tried to return to this forum and run their signature campaign, the result will be the same which made them stop from trying to come back for several months now: this community has grown up and it is not welcoming shady and scammy casinos, they all are rejected by both established and popular members and newbies (well informed) equally.

So, I am quite confident they won't be back here, if they did, they would try with a different name and branding, just to get caught red-handed again trying to scam gamblers

Metawin.com - Truly the best casino ever
We want to warn everyone about 1xBit Casino. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this casino for affiliates.

Here’s why:

- Their affiliate rules are extremely unfair. Even if your referred players deposit money, it doesn’t count unless they “play and bet actively.” The casino decides what qualifies as “active,” leaving affiliates without clear guidelines.
I think that this rule is very fair because casinos should pay you on affiliate deposits. Everyone can create an affiliate account, make their friends to deposit money and claim a bonus, which will only result in service abuse. So it's practical and logical that they pay you on users who deposited and played the game or made a bet. As far as I know, every casino has that rule.

- Withdrawals are blocked unless these specific and vague conditions are met, making it nearly impossible to access earned commissions.

- AffiliateGuardDog has listed them under predatory programs, highlighting their unethical practices.

Stay cautious and think twice before promoting/playing 1xBit.
These are fair points. 1xBit as shady as it can be. I wonder why this website isn't confiscated to this day. They are no different from any criminal, they let people deposit money and don't let them to withdraw.

I think that the chances of them coming back with a signature  campaign is somehow minimal considering the way and manner the 1xbits team went away it quite difficult for them to come back here under the same brand, and even if their return with a signature campaign, I believe only those dead and worthless accounts will be promoting them without any self respect and reputation, carrying the tag of shame all over the forum and spamming the hel out of the gambling board because that is the only board they spam most during their previous signature campaign.

Ever since the 1xbits team went away, I haven't seen those red tagged members that promoted them being active again on any discussion, this is how bad it is, and when other forum members were warning this set of people at that time, that they should consider the reputation of their account after 1xbit campaign, but then there did not buy I to those advice a d went on promoting this scammers for pee nuts.

But now the reality is on them that their account is ruined forever all because of greed and short term pleasure at that time.

You are right, the new year is coming, and the price of Bitcoin is skyrocketing now. So maybe they will bring a signature campaign again in the forum. It is true that they do not maintain quality standards like other casinos to accept participants for their campaign. Because they know no green trusted account on the forum will accept their signature. In fact, the most surprising thing is that these days you can see their advertisements almost everywhere. They advertise on various apps, banners, players' t-shirts, and even on international sports grounds. No one anywhere speaks out against their scams, even the government helps them advertise instead of banning them Huh

Here’s why:

- Their affiliate rules are extremely unfair. Even if your referred players deposit money, it doesn’t count unless they “play and bet actively.” The casino decides what qualifies as “active,” leaving affiliates without clear guidelines.
There is a rule in affiliate marketing and other bonuses that States clearly that the casinos have the sole right to pay the gambler any amount of total earn bonuses and rewards as long as their are the one making the payment their decide how much a gambler get at the end of the day, so for sure this is why we have to keep telling gambler and affiliate markers to read and understand the terms of service of a casino before engaging with them, and for some reason those scam casinos like 1xbits have fund a way to use this term to manipulate the total earn rewards for each affiliate collectors and that why their pay close attention to the issues of how much total wager that you downline wagered within the month and divided and paid in whatever percentage their deem fit for you at the end of the month.
Quote
- Withdrawals are blocked unless these specific and vague conditions are met, making it nearly impossible to access earned commissions.
Certainly no scammers allow you to withdraw your money from their platform, this is their known practice, and infact their way of collecting your money and not allowing you to get a penny from them at the end of the day, this is the reason why we have constantly warned members here to stay clear from this casino and whichever other casino that are related and affiliated to them because their mondus of operation is fraud and blocking gambler accounts when their make huge winning is most evidently practiced all the time.

Whether they don't care or not is not the issue. The point is that we are giving them free advertising every time we comment, even if it is to say that it is a scam.
How the heck is negative criticism considered free advertising? This doesn't make any sense at all. If anything, their reputation keeps going down the gutter within this forum thanks to these threads staying active.

Also, it's easier for curious gamblers to find these active threads in google's top search results helping them avoid these scam sites more easily.
Absolutely and correctly said bud, criticizing a scam casino here on the forum is not a free advertisement, except people don't read any more.
But if actually people read before deciding to choose a casino based on what they have read concerning the casino, there is no way any one in their right senses will still want to choose 1xbit after reading all the negative things and stuffs being said about them here.

As a matter of fact, this thread being open here is a demarketing for 1xbit casino, it's a nightmare to their business and plan, but I guess the reason they left without closing or locking this thread is because it's of no use, because if they had locked it, another user would have open3d another thread same very day..

And keeping this thread updated by commenting here at all times is actually helpful to new gamblers looking for a casino to play on, they can easily find this thread, read the content here and know that 1xbit is not a casino to choose.
