It is indeed big amount of btc you deposit there. I don't know if 1xbit will solved this problem as you are not the only one who deposited btc and did not able to get what they came for. Some of them are having problems withdrawing their btc. In your case, does the btc still there or you have withdraw it already?, I suggest you get your btc back until they solve the people faced in their site.
