My experience with 1xbit.

I saw that they have a huge offer for sportsbetting and decided to try them.

Deposit was easy and fast.

Played there for a while until one day I couldn't log in to my account.
Opened my email and contacted them about my issue.
They replied with their generic response that I violated their ToS and they are stopping doing any business with me.
Then they allowed me to log back in.
They voided all my winning bets and then told me to withdraw the rest of my funds from the account.

This is my honest review of this betting platform.

Introduction to 1xbit: 1xbit is one of the biggest sport book and the first cryptocurrency sport  site. 1xbit is  a cryptocurrency sport site where betting and playing of live video games takes place. 1xbit is the most magnanimous when it comes to gambling.

Placed a few small-ish bets over the Olympics. Everything went smoothly.

I still wouldn't necessarily place a larger bet (anything larger than $100) right now until all cases are resolved, though. I like the efforts by 1xBit to try to correct their past wrongs but I can see that a lot of resolutions are still not in favour of the player necessarily.

Obviously, we don't know exactly what is happening to each case, but it would certainly be good to get more transparency - that should inspire a bit more trust and rescue the damaged reputation.

I like how the site looks and the wide range of functionalities. Especially the proprietary games that has been developed, I think they are quite unique and definitely brings a competitive edge to the business compared to others who just use third party slots/games.

However, I do wish that there is a bit more transparency in regards to the ongoing dispute resolutions.

For instance, perhaps let an escrow/mediator hold and resolve cases as they pop up. That would inspire a lot more trust in the business compared to the founders having sole rights to explaining the T&Cs.

Had a few punts on the site this week, odds were pretty good and there were nothing to complain about on the deposit & withdrawal end of things.

There are a few optimisation problems that I think need to be addressed, though. Firstly, the site takes an unbelievable amount of time to load for some reason, and my home internet is generally quite fast. Same thing with a bunch of games that I tried to play - 1XGames in particular took a long time to load, although the content in there once loaded were pretty good.

Not sure what is happening there but if admin can look into it that would be great.

If you are a gambling man or woman you must know that we have a few games around this time and I must admit 1xbit does have quite a large selection of games especially around this time where most leagues are on a break. I visited other crypto gambling sites to see what games they had available but non came close, with 1xbit  they are never short of games at any one time and that is both prematch and live games.

I commend the 1xbit website is easy to navigate and is user friendly. I am all for bitcoin adoption in the gambling and sports sector and so 1xbit does intrigue me. Not withstanding I think the company should do their best to address the issues on ground. 1xBit is a nicely designed site that has been around for a while now.

I think that they have tried to remain very competitive on the odds front and have expanded within other jurisdictions with affiliated sites like BK8.

Site can be a bit slow to load for me occasionally though. The welcome bonuses are quite tedious to claim and I would not recommend it.

In terms of their reputation, I think that it's certainly worth noting. I wouldn't play with too much money on this site until they clear their name, but I doubt that they are going to scam you for $50 if you do decide to put in a small amount. Definitely avoid for now for larger amounts.

My review of 1xBit

1xBit has been around for a while now and is probably one of the first major players in bitcoin sportsbook.

I personally really enjoy their site design and think that it is a lot easier on the eyes compared to other casinos/sportsbooks in this matter. I also like the fact that odds are always pretty competitive even for a proprietary sportsbook.

Hopefully, with the reputational issues, they are able to reverse course and come out stronger from this. I like the fact that they seem committed to resolving cases for previous players, although there are still some outstanding that needs to be considered.

Honest Review

1xBit has been around for quite a while now, pretty much from the early days of crypto. I played on this site quite extensively actually with their sportsbook, before the allegations started flooding in.

Deposit & withdrawals are quite fast at least back then, but I took a break from BTC and stopped playing there.

I think that the website design is fantastic, and it is really encouraging to see 1xBit coming out and resolving cases.
