The site is very well designed. That is for sure. I played a few times with a decent amount money and haven't had issues. Odds are decent and better than a lot of other retail sportsbooks.

There are definitely reputational issues. But I think that 1xBit has at least tried to solve them in recent times under new management. Hopefully this continues and all previous cases get settled.
