Below is my honest experience with 1xBit -
Website -
Pros : It's easy to sign up and they offer widest markets I could ever find. I also like the UI, it's clean and tidy. It's the 2nd UI I like besides Bet365, you can find your matches easily. Besides, they offer you bonus point after you place a bet, which you can use to redeem free bets.
Cons : They support less and less country now, I believe many people have to use VPN/proxy in order to continue using their website. It's not clear whether they accept people to use VPN/proxy to access their website or not. They should make this clear, as bettors will be worried that they will be refused payout because they use VPN/proxy.
Also, the optimization of their mobile website is not good. It's a batter/memory eating monster, if you have an older version of phone you will find it hard to load the website.

Payment -
Pros : They support most cryptos among all the sites I use. Their deposit/withdrawal is quite fast, for BTC deposits it normally only requires 1 confirmation, and withdrawals are usually done within 10mins. Also, there's no fee for deposit/withdrawal, which is a huge advantage. Besides this, they also allow you to deposit/withdraw in different crypto, which means you can deposit ETH to your BTC account, or withdraw ETH from your BTC account, with their conversion rate.
Cons : Sometimes there's a delay on deposit/withdrawal, there were several times that my deposit was delayed for hours and withdrawal was delayed for over 48hrs. They only tell me there's a technical problem, though the problem was resolved in the end, but I was not offered any compensation. They have to do their best to prevent this kind problem from happening, and sometimes offer their customer compensation if there's a huge error, otherwise bettors will lose confidence in them. Because many bettors only make their deposit when they're planning to bet on a match that's starting soon, if there's a delay on deposit they won't be able to place the bet in time. Besides, crypto is not like fiat, it's a fast-pacing stuff and price swift all the time. If bettors are planning to exchanging their crypto to fiat after withdrawal and there's a delay, they could lose money on it.
Another problem is, They don't allow you to exchange funds between different crypto account at the moment. Which means if someone predict the price of BTC will drop tomorrow, so he wants to change his crypto to ETH first, but there's a match in his accumulator starting tomorrow. He will then have to withdraw his BTC in ETH first, then deposit ETH to his ETH betting account again, which is not straightforward and the better also lose money on transaction and conversion fees. They should consider adding a function to allow people to exchange funds between their accounts.

Customer support -
Pro : They offer live chat and email support, and you can usually get a fast response from them.
Cons : Their live chat support act like a robot most of the time. If you have problem with general questions like betting rules etc, they will search for the answer for you and give you a fast response. However, if you have a more specific problem, like issue with payment etc, they usually cannot help and will only give you robotic response or ask you to send them an email.
Also, their support is not efficient on solving problems, for a simple deposit issue it could take them hours or days to get the issue resolved. When you're betting with a big website you'd expect the problem will be resolved much faster.
Besides, as their support agents are not good at solving problems, they should consider to open a channel where people can make a complaint or speak with a more experienced manager directly, so their issue can be reviewed in a more professional way.

Issues -
As many of others have mentioned in this thread, many people have experienced problem on payments. I cannot comment for each one of them and I'm not trying to defend for 1xbet, but tbh, in an objective view, it's actually pretty common we hear people have problem with bookies regarding payouts. Some people are doing stuff like arbitrage, courtsiding, value betting, bonus hunting, even match fixing etc, they're technically not illegal but hated by the bookies, bookies usually have rules to exclude those players, and will give them a hard time to get their winnings. So maybe 1xbit is just doing it with a mafia way to not to pay out all of those players, without giving a specific reason to public.
For my personal experience, I had problem with 1xBet (which actually stole money from my account), before I decided to give it a try on 1xbit (though they declined to be the same company). I'm not gonna lie, but I was actually quite scared when I just started using it. However, I realized that during the past few years, I don't know they changed a boss or applied a new tactic, complaints against them were actually becoming much lower recently, I don't have significant problem with 1xbit till now and I hope they keep it this way.
Besides the problem with delayed deposit/withdrawal I mentioned above, the only problem I had recently was a bet settling issue. Their support was not helpful, luckily after I contacted their contact on Bitcointalk forum, they were able to resolved the issue for me. However, it still took days for the issue to be resolved, which caused me to missed half of the French Open season. I was expecting they will offer me some kind of compensation for the issue, but it was not the case, which is a bit disappointed.

Conclusion -
1xBit offer wide range of market and deposit/withdrawal options, which is a huge advantage. Besides, they offer bonus point for each bet, which is quite attractive.
Though there are people complaining about 1xBit, personally I think 1xBit is thriving to improve and is going toward the right direction. I hope they will keep it this way and I will continue betting with them until otherwise.
