Neo definitely has a bright future but as far as i know Chinese government didn’t approve or didn’t make a positive move. Tho ethereum is being supported by Russian government and Russia has a positive thought on crypto generally. So if you want to make a long term investment you should definitely choose ethereum.
All too, perhaps I will support NEO. In fact, both these coins need long-term investments, in order to obtain a good profit.
Agree that both these are great top coins so one must have both. NEO could outperform simply because of its much lower market cap.

If you can't choose between them, then go for both at 50/50 split. I have both ETH and NEO; I think they will both do well this year. NEO does probably offer greater potential returns, but at a greater risk - ETH is well established as the number one smart contract platform.
I'm not sure about my choice. In fact, both these coins are very promising, but nevertheless NEO looks an order higher, investors believe in it.
when you ask this question, of course most of people want keep altcoins for long time will choose ETH because ETH is more reliable than NEO, it is old but more popular than any other altcoins, so it is so convinient in making transctions but extremely safe and secure for us, in conlusion, choosing to hold an altcoins like ETH for long term is the better idea.
In the long term, ETH is the best choice on the altcoin market right now. I think NEO would be good when choosing it short 1-2 years. But for the long-term future, eth will have a long way to go to become the most popular coin with high efficiency.

I would choose NEO. As you predict NEO would reach $1K by this yearend though Eth will still have its own good growth. But comparing to the profit you would gain, NEO would yield you more than ETH. NEO would certainly require less investment than ETH. NEO has been mapping a good growth competing with Monero, Litecoin and Veritaseum. So yes, certainly you can take a step forward in investing in NEO to gain a good return this year or in upcoming years.
I think you'd better invest 2 ethereum. Ethereum is one of the top altcoins in which ethereum has the best quality of transactions. The price of ethereum was relatively stable. Already many large investors are interested in ethereum. They invest and trade, both large investors and small investors. Percentage wise you are going to get more return from NEO as its market cap is still very low in comparison to Ethereum. It is going to be too hard to pump a coin like Ethereum with its huge market cap and big money needs to be injected into it.
Almost the whole market is on the red so I think better to invest in ethereum. I would invest 50% in one and 50% in other.
Just share your capital. In fact, these two platforms are the most promising of all! They will grow very much and investors will work well for them.

Better divide it between two, 60% to NEO and 40% to Ethereum, NEO growth chances are more than Ethereum and for 2 years it can 4x-5x easily.

im sorry but im a ethereum believer,so i will be bias on this one,even if you had favorites neo on this point,but i will discourage you because of my believe in eth,neo cant reach $1000 what ever happnes that's impossible,because china is the only country that support this coin thoroughly,so just use commonsense,its only china will dictate about that neos future.not like ethereum its always have good future in the whole cryptocurrencies Is is better to hold 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO till 2020?

I would take 15 neo, because 15 neo coins can make x2 faster than 2 etherium coin , neo have less market cap.
Also neo is china based, so I will be a bit worried.
