Example,
I put up a request as a student that I require help with my thesis or homework and that I'm willing to pay upto $10. A tutor will accept the request and do the work for me. Once he provides me with the work. Studypool takes it's commission out of the $10 and gives the rest to the tutor.
To become a tutor you need to be from an Ivy league or similar university or be a professor for at least 2 years.
I hope this was helpful.

Thanks for helping through this. Now I understand. Hope to join soon.
By the way, is it okay to make an account even you are not a student anymore?
We are all students. Some at university and others at life  Wink

No you need to signup at a student. Their main revenue source are students. Studypool earns 10% of all transaction on their site. When a tutor help you with homework, questions, essays, thesis, etc. Studypool takes 10% commission out of the pay. It's a reputable site.

Oh I'm so sorry, my wrong! You mean to say studypool is the one who will pay the student because helped by a tutor? I don't get the process, can you please elaborate your explanation for me to understand it clearly  and could you give me an example? thank you so much.

Where am I supposed to use the referral code? It didn't ask me to enter the referral code anywhere or it is this => https://www.studypool.com/site/referral/ShawnDud by any chance? :/

OP, you might have missed my comment. I still havn't got a reply to my message. I have already created an account but didn't verified it. I can only do it once I get the confirmation from me.

I've sent you a PM regarding it. Anyways you may just click the promotions tab on the left and enter the promo code.

It will always depends on someone's point of view. I like the idea to be done by self, they can try it using their not main account causing doubt.

By the way, upon signing up the user should choose "become a tutor" to be paid right? I just noticed that it is missing in the procedure provided.

I guess the quickest way to sacrifice your privacy and identity is to signup for this kind of service. How do you know this is not some kind of data collection service? Can you

really be that hard pressed for money? I do not think it is a good idea to do this... you might get $10 now, but you might get hacked tomorrow. Sorry OP but people need to

know that phishing sites and data collection sites does exist and they are a threat to your privacy. We cannot simply rely on a newbie account {possible sock puppet} validating

the legitimacy of the site.  Roll Eyes

Hi mate, I hope you are not referring to me as a "sock puppet"

I have posted links to the owners profiles on linkedin and they are also on bloomberg.. which would be a first if it was a phisihng or scam attempt.

I run my own security company. I do penetration testing and web security Offsec certified OSCP OSCE OSEE.

here is my threads and links.

I think this is just a guy trying to make some money for his study.. But by all means do checks by yourself.

Please note I am not affiliated with the OP or the site..

Thanks

Scottish Security..

Ps good luck op and i think you made the right choice upping the payout.. was rather low for the effort.

I got your point, very well said. Its very risky taking this kind of opportunity. Especially to those who are not aware of, the possibilities to hack their account.
Some here have tried already and no bad feedback yet saying this is legit.
But the question is, what if for the upcoming days?

I agree, the site seems legitimate so nothing to be worried. He just share and offers a promotion at the same time.
Its up to you if you want to grab this opportunity. If I could just verify my paypal account, I gonna try this one.

Even if the pay is increased, but you are asking for the personal information.
Please you should be careful while submitting this.

This guy dose not own the site.. he is only wanting referals.  Ive done much digging on this compnay and they are a reputable compnay but yes you are also right to say any personal info must be treated with care..

I think it's not okay, you need to verify first your paypal so that you have also your billing address. Studypool needs verified paypal to prevent self-referrals. I did some research about this company and they are legitimate. Smiley
Thank for the response. So I'm not yet qualified for this. Maybe I'll be back here once I verify my paypal account.
I tried to sign-up but it's not secured.
