I'm not able to withdraw and now i´m not able to claim!!! i hope you solve that and put the satoshis i was suposed to have claimed on my balance and let me withdraw it.

After Fixing the withdraw problem, i hope they make one withdraw per day for each user ..
that wont be fair for high level investors... a higher withdrawal limit would fix this.

Yeah I don't know how you guys are getting it to work, I tried another 20 times over the past hour or so and its still not working. Any special thing I have to do guys that got it to work ??

@sifter, we are patient, but when we request huge withdraw amounts and we opened a ticket, we hope to get it processed asap , at least for paid plans.
I have websites and I know if something goes wrong we have to "avoid" sleeping to make users satisfied.

If you see a blank screen after hitting the withdraw button, please just try again if you balance is not deducted from your account. It can be due to the server load so try it again in 10-15 minutes.
There's not much need to submit a ticket for this unless the balance got deducted and somehow you didn't receive any bitcoins then we'll investigate. we get too many tickets about this issue even though we have the message posted on the withdraw page already. and we have to spend a lot of time replying to many of these tickets.

We have been getting hit even harder recently since we've grown quite much in membership this past week i guess the word really got out
as stated already, we are working on a solution which we plan to have deployed within 2 days after we completed internally testing it
please be patient, we appreciate it
Some things you can try if you are having a hard time withdrawing:

You can also try using a different address or try withdrawing a different amount.
The other thing we have seen helps is try using a different address or even different wallet service, and avoid any multi-sig wallet.
DO NOTE WE ARE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. We are already working on a solution which will be deployed in about 1 week on Oct 23-25.

There's no recaptcha for withdrawals.

great news we may be able to deploy our withdrawal fix sooner than expected
in the next 2-3 days it should be live. we've begun internal testing already and it seems to be much better than blocktrail API
withdraws are actually instant (takes 2-3 seconds to load) and haven't experienced lost of payments or anything like that yet
we continue to test and complete the integration in 2-3 days
for now we ask everyone to be patient while we work on this thanks
