Support is not responsible, does nothing. This service seems to be finished. 3 days I can not log into your account. Support has done nothing to solve this problem.

our server admin is working on it, we're sorry for the delay but because we need to reinstall some server modules we had to schedule this to be done at a safe time in case of data loss, so we take backups

What else to expect? You promised 24 hours. then another 24 hours. It took 3 days, and the problem is not solved.

im sorry for the continued delays, we expected to fix the issue sooner but the issue with the delayed payments took priority first, and a lot of time was spent sending out manual payments built up in the system that were stuck

we hope to get this fixed for you in the next day so but hopefully a lot sooner

could be some browser addon or plugin that can be disturbing the withdraw, or just keep trying until it works
