I liked ADA I think that the Ripple is a very specular coin A Ada at a given moment very much underestimated!)
Invest better in other promising coins. Cardano and Ripple are not the most reliable coins for investment. It is better to invest in ETH now than in these coins.
Ripple isn't a decentralized cryptocurrency. If I had to choose between the two I would prefer ADA Cardano.

I am not an expert of crypto coins. But I think the two are potential and reliable. But I do heared a lot about ripple and it increases rapidly. So I want to suggest ripple other than cardano.
I prefer 2000 Ripple, because I'm sure Ripple prices will increase faster than Cardano prices. therefore I prefer 2000 Ripple, because I'm sure Ripple will make me able to get profit compared to I invest in 5000 Cardano.
No one in the investment will tell you to buy a certain coin or when to sell a certain coin. It is up to you to make your own decisions.

5,000 Cardano for sure. Cardano is Etehreum 2.0. Ripple is a centralized overpriced bankers coin. I think Cardano is cutting edge and their Daedalus wallet is top notch. I can't think of one reason to buy Ripple over ADA.
I think both have awesome future, anyway, all things considered, utilize Ripple is path in front of ADA, all that you find in ADA only a whitepaper plan for future, they haven't done anything extraordinary for the publicity they made a couple of months prior, another hand Ripple is the genuine article. Regardless I have confidence in swells instead of cardanao, however the swell currently has a low cost and a not-inconsequential increment but rather the swell has a decent future and furthermore been in a high position some time back.
Give him half a Cardano and half a Ripple . Will be the best option in my opinion
Both are developing rapidly. XRP has very good news coming out day by day. Then i probably suggest you to invest in ripple if you are looking for long go.
I would not invest in Ripple because I do not trust this coin. It seems to me better to invest some of the money in Cardano and NEO.
Cardano is under development right now and this project has lot of use cases and as soon as the developers will build the final product the prices will moon. If I have to choose between Ripple and Cardano I will choose Cardano.

I also like ADA more than XRP many times. I would even choose a shitcoin instead of XRP. With me XRP is not cryptocurrency, I will never touch XRP and hope it will die, and ADA is the future of crypto, with what it promises and brings. Both of them are good coins, cardano has a lot of potential and mainnet will soon be launched ripple on the other hand has it is own mainnet already and it top 5 already. I will advice you keep both of them, give your friend some portion from both ripple and cardano coin.of course both are good, even both already become a popular coin right now. but if i should choice, i will suggest for Cardano (ada). Cardano still has a good potential in the future, even i believe that Cardano will become Ethereum competitor one day.

The project ripple seemed interesting to me. So, as I often use banks very much and its use there is very useful. Pleases the flexibility of the development team, which adapt to changes in the market. In the future, will almost all banks use them or they will create their own crypto currency that's interesting and remains relevant today. Still between these coins would choose a ripple than a cardano although it is also very promising in the coming year.

If you choose only these coins, then it seems to me that Cardano will be a more successful coin than Ripple. I think Both two coin are good but If I were you I choose the cardano because I love so much than ripple and I see cardano have more potentials than ripple or other option are that you can both buy two coins half of them for birthday this choice is better i think.
Choosing both wouldn't be that fun.Ripple should have a lot of investments, don't count it out though.
Both are good and they have really some good potential in upcoming days but the problem is ripple is not fully decentralised toke it's like semi-centralized .banks can overtake the manipulation of ripple.Still we can see some good spike in ripple cause the team is working hard to stablish there network worldwide.In other hand cardano is platform based token and they already in development status more than half and one year.so I think they gonna launch something big. So it will be better if you decide your money and invest in both
