The average joe isn't gonna go into mining....they will setup bitcoin accounts just like they do paypal (coinbase super easy). These influx of new users/money will drive the price of BTC UP

It's already happening, the stock market in China is going down the drain, and Bitcoin has been up 30 dollars since I checked it a couple of days ago. I remember this happened exactly the same when China started raising their capital control levels, after the XT trolls did some damage to the price, the price started claiming up again as China collapsed. Great stuff.

yeah at least we could go back to touch $1000 as when in 2013, or can be more than $1000 and make a new record in 2016

Despite the "nominal" price of bitcoin, bitcoin is here to stay. In my opinion 2016 will be another great year for Bitcoin.

I am really hoping that this year will be awesome as in 2015.
It was not a good start but at the end we came at 400 dollars in 2015.
For this year I am hoping at 800 dollars. And that can be stable.

Just some of it I think we will see a rocket in the sky this year.
The most interesting thing is after halving we will see what will happen to bitcoin.

I believe any year would be a good year for bitcoin. As long as it keeps on growing the way that it has been, it will become a good year.

Halving is coming up this year which will probably happen near the summer, so this will probably be one of the biggest year for bitcoin.

This year will be the best of it. We will achieve so much in this year and the price will probably go up a lot more than ever before.

Yes if it happened there government can legalize bitcoin.
But I also do not know what government policies there. I hope this year can be legalized bitcoin worldwide

Well, BTC is up some $11 (to $442 or so), probably due to China problems, the Shanghai stock index went down another 7% (after a 7% drop a couple of days or so ago).

China CLOSED their stock market (tonight, Weds. in the USA).

If some Chinese start getting worried about their corrupt stock exchange and move to BTC, ah....

Yes I also feel bitcoin now more advanced. Now many people are interested in bitcoin, it is proof that bitcoin became known crowds of people.
Bitcoin exchange rate to the currency also increased dramatically in my area, it's also one proof that bitcoin has grown again from now
