Assuming that no more Mike Hearn incidents happen where hard forkers get pissed off and announce doom and gloom of Bitcoin after selling their coins, and assuming Bitcoin Crapssic doesn't win, yes we should have an ATH this year. If the Core devs don't win, everyone is going to sell because no one with a brain wants to be holding an asset that is run by a bunch of amateurs.

it is not just about the price you know. the year of bitcoin in my opinion is when it grows in popularity and therefore there would be more places that add bitcoin as one of the payment options.
and if the price goes up (which it probably would because of the popularity growth) that is just a perk.

I am not worried about bitcoin in 2016. I expect there to be some fluctuations in the value of bitcoins but overall, I think prices will slowly but surely recover. All the hype about Mike Hearn leaving isn't actually too big a deal in the big picture, if someone doesn't want to be involved with bitcoin, others will take over. In long run, it is pretty beneficial because now it is known that this individual wants nothing to do with bitcoin or contribute to it's positive development. With the whole Cryptsy ordeal, it is unfortunate and I am sorry for those lost coins on that exchange. This is unacceptable but every here and there, there seems to be a case of an exchange basically being in a state of faulty.
Yeah right .. Price bitcoin now being dropped drastically and no increase. I do not know about it why it happened, maybe if you knew could explain to me. But my akin definitely coming months prices will stabilize and rise continuously.

Bitcoin can achieve another level this year but we must cross the halving thas has generated expectation that made bitcoin get 30% value in short time,soo if at the end of the year bitcoin achieve 700 dollars it will be amazing.
it may be very good if the price bitcoin be $ 700 this year, but now bitcoin must reach the price of $ 500 before, otherwise, would be useless to say that this is the year bitcoin

Why not consider every new year to be the year of Bitcoin. I mean every year there could be something good as well as bad for Bitcoin, even by the end of 2015 we noticed a lot of improvements. I expect more to happen in 2016, and hence more in 2017 and so on. I'm hoping the entire block size debate is put to rest and a good engineering solution is formed and agreed to by the majority. I also am hoping for large firms to accept Bitcoin, whether it be Netflix or others. 
I was also hoping that way. I would also like bitcoin growing every year because it will be good for me.But lately bitcoin is declining, bitcoin prices are down a few percentage points continuously.
I do not know what happened, causing it but I hope the problem will be resolved and bitcoin prices rise again

You should not worry about that because it is just temporary. I have seen much worse than this and the price eventually go up again sooner or later. :-P

Definitely in 2016, bitcoin will get the attraction of half of the world population, by it's value and it's comparison with gold like digital gold or gold 2.0 . Halving is coming to do some magics.

You should not worry about that because it is just temporary. I have seen much worse than this and the price eventually go up again sooner or later. :-P

yah that always have been the case cuz we all believe in bitcoin, however from what i see in 2015, it makes me believe more in 2016. it is rising steadily now and it shows that the market for bitcoin is getting stronger day by day. so having that, 2016 is a possible year that btc will be great.
Every new year we are optimistic that that year will be all about bitcoin.

unpredictable,as ussualy,we can predict what happen on next month and next year of bitcoin,lets said this year is year of bitcoin,and lets see what price happen on this week,but we all think bitcoin price not make us not believe to bitcoin anymore,so many chace to make bitcoin more and more this year,lets hope the best.
