Depends on what "only take US payments" would mean. There are USD cards and I think that's all you need most of the time. Some cards require documents for address verification so be aware of that.
I meant address verification not just currency. Sites like Staples cancel orders when they detect the card is not from US and Jet.com verifies that the address is US before placing an order.

you can try uquid virtual bitcoin debit card
our card matching with AVS systems when you issue. all you need is create an virtual usd card ( country you can not choice US but you can choice any country not in this list )

if you still need support please contact us
I honestly don't understand what you are saying. Can I choose US as the card billing address or not? I already contacted your customer support an got an equally vague answer, telling me you don't know and I should try out.

I like e-coin/Wirex's card, I've been using it for the last 6 months or more, but I've dropped it just recently. The thing is I always have trouble going through their 2FA, it always ends up wrong when I'm sure I entered the right digits. And for the record it's the only service that I've had trouble with 2FA.

Currently with CryptoPay, and no problems as far as I'm concerned.

You're welcome, I'm just trying to help people be safe, given that the OP here hasn't been updated in months someone had to mention the news about Spectrocoin.

Honestly before your post I hadn't heard what was going on with Spectrocoin. Def needs to in the op since people are just 1 paging it for a card list without reading anyone's reviews Sad
OP not updated for some time maybe there should be a new red makes true on this issue see many bitcoin debit card user so that those who do not know about the good or bad news can see review.

Very nice list. Does anyone know if the Virtual Wirex or any other card would allow me to set a US address and purchase in websites that only take US payments, like Staples or Jet.com? I know they are not available for US residents, but from what I understand you put a custom address when making these cards, so maybe one accepts US address.

Thank you for the link. Def would be nice for that to be added to the op. I am sure quite a few people only read first page then skim.

OP here doesn't seem to be updating his list based on current developments. Spectrocoin is accused of stealing user funds and have since vanished from bitcointalk. So I'd advise users to stay away from Spectrocoin and in addition to not take what OP here is saying for granted. Here's what's going on with Spectrocoin btw.

is there any virtual bitcoin debit card provider that allows to unload the card and get back bitcoins in case the card does not work on the required website?

Yep, a lot of cards offers that service (check my signature, for example e-coin).
Unfortunately,E-coin does not support India

Are these 8 cards really major? Or is this just a biased review?

https://cointelegraph.com/news/8-major-bitcoin-debit-cards-how-private-and-anonymous-are-they
Most (if not all) of those cards are issued by the same couple of banks. There's virtually no difference at what those services are based on so I wouldn't say that you'd have to worry about how "major" they are. There are more important things to care about such as fees and the responsiveness of each service's support.

Still the best card I have so far..

Sadly it's only available to residents of certain American states.

Ya, I was lucky and was avail in my state. But so far love the card. Completely hassle free. Hope it continues to grow so others here in the states can use it. Not very many options for actual plastic here in the states.

I think it is unfortunate that some people are attacking others here.Sharing information is the point.

As far as the advertised exchange fee on landing page issue, of course that should be the rate you get loading your card. THAT IS THE POINT OF A DEBIT CARD.  From my personal experience, I see that both wagecan and spectrocoin hide their real (much lower) exchange rate until after you have bought the card. SLEAZY.
