We can assume that this year, second half of year, and first quarter of next will be crucial for btc price. If we speculate that on halving with naturally price go up, then massive sell will come to price will go down, then when things cool down a little price is up again.

We dont know the future if what will happen in bitcoin but i already the good things in bitcoin here and i think this year is aniversary of bitcoin because there is event like blockhalving..If more people come into bitcoin it will naturally create more awareness around bitcoin. But I don't see 2017 be any more turbulent as 2016. Apart from the halving a lot of things have already happen and that means 2016 was turbulent.

I agree with that. The price of rose more than 80% in the last 9 months. That is already a good achievement.
It's a more than impressive increase for sure. However, people that have bought themselves into Bitcoin right now, don't care a single bit about how much growth we have realized so far. They only care about the increase that will happen from the levels they bought at.
I don't know if it is the year for bitcoin because it all depends on many parameters, such as the global economic situation, people's trust in banks and fiat currencies and also on all the whales that have been hoarding bitcoin for years and when they decide to offload.

they were lucky when buying bitcoin at a low price, because they have full confidence in bitcoin. do not care about price fluctuations, because they know that it will always achieve the highest price in the end.

Thanks for this encouraging words, then I do believe that 2017 is going to be innovative and amazing year again for bitcoin. Because if these important or famous people are the one who are going to advertise and introduce bitcoin to a lot of audience then for sure that is going to have big impact in the economy and the demand of bitcoin is going to increase for sure.

Im going to predict again based on the website i read earlier bitcoin for me will be increase it price it self and there gonna be more investors you gonna use bitcoin and everyday or every week has a new investor thats why bitcoin price will be increase soon
There's so much predictions and only a few of the speculations are actually really good because it's back with plausible data and statistics unlike others who only go by the words. I'll be going against my words, but there are actually a lot of positive speculations for the next year, which is why I'll be holding out my coins and see what will happen. It's something quite right. because I see that in the next few years are a time when many people start using bitcoin or already know the bitcoin. so definitely there is a wave of later growth of the bitcoin or waves use bitcoin massively
I do not think that will happen all of a sudden in 2017. It will happen slowly and gradually like it did in the past few years.
Will 2017 year be year of bitcoin nobody knows. From what you took such information? I think it will be possible to call a year as year of bitcoin if bitcoin will be admited as currencies in the most countries. For now even not so much people even heard about bitcoins. So I very doubt about 2017 year.
