maybe since they expert and they were able to have some basis on having their speculations. However, crypto has a lot of surprises. So we have to expected the unexpected things to happen. This is not the first time that happens as we all know that bitcoin has gone also like this and most of the investors were surprised that timw where bitcoin market price reaches to 19k USD. who would have thought? It was a surprise.
Difficulties are observed in all cryptocurrencies. but as long as Ethereum is used as a platform to create new tokens, it will be in demand and the price will not fall. In 2018, according to some forecasts, Ethereum can grow in price at least 2-3 times, so that the prospects for this cryptocurrency are quite good.
Ethereum is the second valuable digital currency in crypto world. It's price increasing as years had past. It become more in demand because of it's uses...and because of demand increasing the ethereum price also increasing.

Im accumulating more ethereum now and I think it will follow how bitcoin moved last year, many tokens under ethereum are gaining value and ERC 20 tokens are being used in ICO's making it more widely used coin in the market next to bitcoin. I think it could hit the predicted price or even higher than $2500
which I see from yesterday's price of Ethereum prices started to improve and then I am sure in 2018 later Ethereum will rise to higher prices again and can last for a long time because I see someone say if the ETH officially dead
I suppose in the end of this year we will see price about $3000-$4000 for 1 ETH. A lot of market's markers and news tell us about that.

I really like ETH, and I believe it'll definitely see a huge price Spike by years end
many say at the end of 2018 the price of Ethereum will soar and can be profitable because it can be seen from a few weeks ago Ethereum continue up and up and some say if the year 2018 is a year Ethereum, not bitcoin because bitcoin has not been recovered

since mid-2017, I already believe in ethereum that has a smart contract platform, until now I still hold ethereum as a future investment. because I believe ethereum is growing every year. I very much doubt that the price for eth will be $ 2500 this year. The maximum that we will see is 1300-1500 $. If the price is above $ 2000 - I will be happy. 
Well, probably it can stay at the same point, because there is not that much potential to grow. Yet, the crypto system will always help Ethereum to survive here.
thats just prediction, everyone can speculate and in crypto nothing impossible all can be true like bitcoin, ethereum also have potential growing crazy and i think till end years ethereum can reach more than $1500

Any assumptions about the price will be incorrect. You can not know how much the etherium will cost in a year or at the end of this year. The crypto market is very unpredictable, and everything is possible.
