Paul George went off again tonight. He’s starting to look like pre-injury PG13 again. A shame he doesn’t have his sidekick out there with him, but at least he won’t tonight. He had to put up 32-9-7 on 5-8 from 3 point range but a win is a win no matter how hard the Clippers have to lean on him for it. It would be nice to see more wins coming from the Lakers/Clippers/Nets superteams.
Reggie Jackson provided some help at the end of the game giving them the 3 point lead. I thought it will be the same as what happened with the Lakers.
There sure are a lot of teams underestimating OKC but they are giving them the shock whenever the game starts. Clippers are on the brink of losing it if not for a good end run.
Then, there is Nicolas Batum again with his defensive moments. Bro, I really love putting bets in player props for this man with steals and blocks.
As the Nuggets went to a bad loss against the Grizzlies it reminded me to check about Jamal Murray. This is from October 12 news though.
“Just five months ago, I couldn’t lift my leg off the bed,” Murray said recently. “So, I’ve come a long way. But even when I do certain things, I’ve got to remind myself that I can’t do it to the speed or the level that I want to do it. … That’s just going to come with time. And I can’t rush time.”
“He’ll come back when he’s ready,” said Tim Connelly, the team’s president of basketball operations. “Not when we tell him, not a date on the calendar. Only he will know when he’s ready. And we’re at zero rush.”
https://www.nba.com/news/nuggets-must-continue-to-soldier-on-without-injured-jamal-murrayThe truth about mental problems after injuries. It sucks to be in that position.
