Yeah, for sure, might he some sway odds in their favour. But they really need to get Klay play along and Curry to maintain his form and maybe defend his scoring title this year.
For sure they have improve a lot with a lot of changes. But just the same with other teams, hopefully Curry will remain healthy and lead GSW again. They still have a lot of guys that can play and bring the same intensity, but this is still Curry teams and he needs to lead the way for this young guys.
But its unfortunate that Klay status still unclear and it seems that we will never see him running on the court this pre-season since his still unclear although its good to see him shooting around in the practice but for sure GSW will never force him to play since he will provably end up his career if he get another serious injury if they force him. The only thing they can rely now is to strengthen their current line up and create a chemistry to the existing one at with their new addition.

^ Curry would be a vital player for GSW at this point. I don't know the status of Klay but I really hope that he can recover as soon as possible and be back on the court. I don't think Klay even if he returns will get the minutes he used to get, but it is no doubt that he is one of the best 3 point shooters in the league. What GSW has to do now is shape up their squad around Curry and Green will play an important role in this.

Speaking of the effect of 3-point shots today, I don't know if you remember this but just take a look back at how these 3 players thought of the same thing by positioning themselves outside the arc waiting for the ball (link). It's funny because anyone of them could have chosen an easy layup or an open dunk to tie and extend for an OT. Just an unbelievably dumb play Grin

I never seen that picture but I would have been heated if I was the coach.  I mean cmon that's elementary school in to realize fill the paint and lay it up.  Go to ot and fight it out.  I mean did the entire team lay on the under on this game  Grin

I like to see a showdown between Westbrook and Curry as these are players who are explosive enough when they play.
It's always nice to see a duel between top players. I would take a Steph with hot hands all day even if both players are "in the zone". Westbrook can bring all the triple doubles but it's still the better shooters that has a higher chance of carrying a team to victory. Curry isn't that far behind when we talk about handles, driving to the paint and finding an open man.

Curry vs WB showdown would be a fiery one and I'd definitely support Curry. I think that WB is a better in-box player where Curry is a better 3 point shooter. Curry has had a 42% 3point shooting compared to WB's 32.  Although Curry has averaged 32 points a game compared to WB's 22. Also, I feel like Curry is a better playmaker/passer than Westbrook but also I love watching WB drive into the box and finish with a dunk.

It does not look good for Lebron vs Curry match-up, lol. Although Lebron is the captain of the Lakers, I like to see a showdown between Westbrook and Curry as these are players who are explosive enough when they play. Of course, when Klay comes back (provided he is healthy), it will be a different story as the warriors will also become more competitive, but he will not be back soon.

Looking from their 2 previous games, I can say that GSW improves a lot,
not just outside but also inside looney and Bjelica is really helping they are adding threats when they have the ball inside.

If you noticed, the same design of offense is their defense still working for the Warriors,
I expect more good adjustment when Klay starts to play.

They are not the favorite for now, but when the season start and if they continue playing
like this and start a good winning streak, for sure odd will change for them.

Maybe there are some odds changes but it's just a minor change, bettors would always look at how effective Klay is when he comes back, and the regular season is not always a measure of how the team will perform in the playoffs. So, even if the Warriors are playing good basketball in the regular season, but they don't have the same Klay Thompson in the playoffs, I don't think they will be the favorites to win.

A more improve LA Lakers vs an undermanned GSW, I guess I know where to bet, as long as the line is good, I would go with the LA Lakers. Westbrook will have his first game in Lakers, uniform, I like to see him give a good showdown with Curry.
So it's Westbrook vs Curry now and not Lebron anymore.  Cheesy But when Klay comes back it will be a different story. For start we could go betting for the Lakers but the odds will be different once they are complete again.

Kidding aside, the absence of Murray with the team really affected the team by a lot. Yes we can say that Campazzo is a great point guard and a passer but the effect of Murray being out can be felt by the team. Right now, Murray is still in rehab and currently no timetable as per NBA but I hope that he will be back as soon as possible.
Same hope. I'd like to see how far the Nuggets could go if they will be in full health. Somehow they managed to beat the Portland Trail Blazers in round 1 and was defeated by the Suns at the next round. So what could've happened if Murray was playing. Answers will be in this year.

How many 3's did Boban shoot? I just witnessed two of them went in then my internet failed. That gave me a good laugh and he looks serious about shooting it all.

Pre-season games are going on but I'm disappointed not to see the main players of big teams in those games. But I understand of course that they don't want to cause those players to get injured right before the start of the new season. For example, we had a Lakers - Nets game a few days ago. But none of the players like Lebron, Durant, Harden and Irving played in this game. It was still a high-scoring game though. I'm just fully focused on the start of the season now.
It is okay. We just have to wait until the regular season comes within the next 2 weeks. They're all reserving what they've got for that season since all of them are preparing of it.
Just be patient and it's just a few sleeps away.

It is obvious that this superstars are not going to risk getting injured in pre-season that's why they are not playing. So it's ok, at least that is the main reason, and as fans we wanted to see them going full 80++ games.

But when the regular games starts, for sure, they are going to be in for the first minute of the game, it's important to say Lakers and Nets dictate the phase already and make the teams do the catch up for them.

Yup, just 12 more days and then we can watch the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors play on TNT.  It doesn't feel like it has been very long since that happened, but nevertheless I'm glad to have the NBA back.  Steph Curry vs Lebron James never disappoints either.  Although I'm expecting the Lakers to give them a pretty bad beatdown.  I haven't been following closely enough to know when exactly Klay will be back, but hopefully soon if he's not ready in 2 weeks.

I just hope that Coach Malone didn't say anything bad to the team after this play from his players Cheesy.
TBH, this is one of the dumbest plays that I've seen on the NBA. Maybe their reason is that it would be a better ending if they will shoot a three than going for a 2 Cheesy. Can we blame Steph Curry with this too because of what he did to the league Cheesy.

This Dunk looks like in the era of Vince Carter where players don't fail to give us what we are looking for in the NBA games. Man, he just doesn't care about how he will fall, it's all about how he dunks the ball to the ring. JOHN COLLINS has sent some good messages to their opponents in the upcoming season.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CUtZQs0tI7N/?utm_medium=copy_link&fbclid=IwAR2-_9PQvfptdWzQNTZIvjnC8WmZmgyfXPvGGcwlO_pASK_mjfFWIVf2-R8

It looks more of a prime Blake Griffin when he was still with the Clippers with a pass coming from Chris Paul. In any case the dunk really looks amazing, I remember one announcer will said, "dunking with no disregard to human life", Lol. John Collins can fly, and yes, this is a message on what is the next things to come with the Hawks, they have a high flyer. And Trae Young was very ecstatic about that crazy dunk.

He has some blood clot problem and that continuing the path of basketball might kill him. Heres a recent article from Wall Street Journal and how he's enjoying his life from now on. I've known Chris as a coder from past interviews I saw on TV and I wouldn't be surprised if that's the thing he's into right now. In regards to Aldridge I think his doctor wouldn't release him if he's not that capable of playing or he himself doubt his own body.
Thanks for this informations!
Hmm... I didn't know Bosh has a blood illness. I figured he has some heart problem, or something similar like Aldridge

I'm wondering, wouldn't there be an opportunity for Bosh to be medicated with some kind of anticoagulant? I don't know if this would be plausible, because if it were, the doctors would already treat him

To be honest, this was on MP Jr. the dude just literally waited at the corner 3 for a pass when he was the nearest man to the rim and could've gone for the layup, it was definitely a dumb play, everyone's taking threes by now, sure this may be the effect of 3-point shots today, but the game has changed, even if you're a big man, it is important to develop your shooting, it's not a bad thing though it leads to poor decisions like what we witnessed from these 3 nuggets players, they're actually good, not a nuggets fan but I saw them play for quite a while now, Campazzo is a great point guard, MPJ is a productive player along with Monte Morris.

If he had the chance to have more time on the NBA floor it feels like he'd might followed LeBron at that time just like Wade did at Cleveland but it didn't flourish as everyone expecting. Not only mentally but more like physically but I'm hoping he'd do some extensive rehabilitation so he bounce back again on the floor.

The fact that he retires already, I believe that sports is not good for him anymore, he need to relax and focus on other things, besides, money is not a problem if he was able to manage it as he has some good contract when he was still playing in the NBA.

The health issue was really serious.
