Looks like the Clippers are for game 3 in the playoffs and if they can keep this up, they might as well get the win in their next game against the Phoenix Suns.
Still, Paul George has been at his ultimate best this season and that man wasn't kidding when he told the people to call him "Playoff P"
I'm still into that theory that they'll get down by 2 consecutive losses and win the series, still expecting it to be played by Clippers. He's shy away with few assist to get that triple-double but I think they can still defend their home court. Kawhi might be ruled out again by Game 4 but I guess they can win this without him yet, if he does that's a huge addition on both defense and offense but will still be skeptical.

The Suns win has no disparity on score and Clippers did the opposite and I'm confident that this series was for them. 0-2 deficit was perfectly executed again?

This always happen to them and seems they will do it again with Suns  but lets see how the game 2 goes since if they defeat them on game 2 then maybe we can confirm that this is another great run incoming to them, I guess faith decide this as Paul and Booker really  have a bad night these day. Provably they will revenge for game 3 so its so interesting to watch their next game.
Yeah, maybe they love to be down 0-2 and then make a comeback, but we can't compare teams.

Still the next game will be critical for the Clippers, they still on a need win basis. They can't relaxed, Playoff George should lead the team again, put Pat Beverly on Booker and make him work every shot. They wasn't able to used Ayton here as Zubac did a good job as compare to game 2. He also did contribute and so is Beverly and Reggie Jackson. Booker and Chris Paul just had a combine 30 points in this game. And I think this is the worst performance the duo had in this playoffs.

Winning streak is over for the Suns, the Clippers started hot in the second half and Booker and Chris Paul has a horrendous shooting night. Pat Beverly and Reggie Jackson hitting big baskets for the Clippers. While PG13 is very consistent and just redeem himself with a big win in game 3.
Yes, somehow, that streak should be over last game, if not for Paul George missing those crucial free throws and the Ayton alley-opp.  I guess it took for Paul to be back in Suns and Booker having a bad shooting night for the Clippers to win.

I like how they play defense on Booker here, and I'm sure he is affected by his nose injury still. Even though he doesn't want to admit it.
He is very tough defender, quick hands and has a good basketball IQ, you might find his defense dirty, but it's very effective as Booker is really frustrated in this game.

Devin Booker and Chris Paul shot horribly, as did Paul George and most of the Clippers. Once again, DeAndre Ayton was the bright spot for the Suns. They need to keep CP3 from shooting the ball and get that mask off of Booker if they want to win. I’d love to see Ayton get 15+ shots per game too. He deserves it the way he’s been playing.

On today's game, I'm picking Clippers to win ML, @1.98.

Good luck, hopefully they'll get Finally get a W.
This is a must win for them or else they will get swept by this young Suns team.

We know that Kawhi isn't playing because of his injury and CP3 is back but their back up point guard Cameron Payne has an ankle injury and Booker is still silent and now has 9 points. I always like how Beverley is playing in terms of defense. His defense really disrupts the playstyle of this players and we've seen it on Booker. I didn't bet but I will go for Clippers with this too if I put my bet because there is a high chance that they will do whatever they can just to win or else we will need another brooms Cheesy.
That's correct. Even CP3 is having a hard time getting out of the eyes of Beverley. He is pure when it comes to defense, the only problem is anger management which we saw just earlier. I'd let it go if I was him and just drop my body after Booker pushed him. That could've been 1 technical freethrow for him if he didn't slap his arms.
Clippers looking good, now the 4th quarter and I hope they can keep up the lead.

Seeing them struggle with the Hawks gives me hope that the Suns might be able to bring one home to Phoenix this year.

I'm with the Bucks on that series but I think it's unfair if we looked at Hawks as a team that won't give Bucks a hard game.

Not because they are HAWKS that composed of no All-Star or Superstars players, it means it will be an easy game for the Bucks.

Bucks struggle with the Hawks but it's just Game 1. Let's see if the Hawks will make it to the NBA Finals for the first time since 1961.

Hawks shocked everyone, now we are talking of a possible NBA Finals for Hawks against the Suns, but it's too early, if the Clippers will win tomorrow, then we might see that series be more interesting as it could also go in game 7 like the previous 2 games of the Clippers.

Not shocked here with the Game 1 result between Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks. It's a series match and Game 1 is close. Atlanta Hawks does even have a chance to make it at Game 7. If they will able to win the series, that's what I will call a surprise to me. The Bucks will bounce back on that series. B. Lopez and K. Middleton, which play a big role in their series win against the Nets underperformed on that game so I'm expecting they will do some necessary adjustment next game.

On the other hand, Atlanta Hawks is really giving Trae Young the most shots. He just averages 50% FG on that floor but still makes it to 48 points. That's how he was trusted on the team as a main offensive scorer. His backups are also playing their respective roles at their best. I've said it before, a set of good role players is better than 2 or 3 superstars on a team.

Bucks @6. Cool

I’m shocked. I thought it would be Bucks in 4. Seeing them struggle with the Hawks gives me hope that the Suns might be able to bring one home to Phoenix this year. You’d have to go back to Charles Barkley vs Michael Jordan to get to the last time the Suns had the opportunity to bring home a chip. With no MJ in the way this time the odds are looking better and better.

I agree, this is a tough match up for either team, Giannis and Trae are their superstars, they are hard to guard, but in the end, the team that has more intensity and heart will prevail. It could go to Game 7.
We don't know yet if this series will reach game 7.
If bucks lose 2 home-court advantages, then things would change and the hawks could even bring back the curse of the Bucks which they are swept.

In the last minute, I decided to go with the Hawks ML yesterday:

That's sweet, you are like winning a lottery with that one, that kind of odds you'll get when the underdog is pretty much underestimated.

People are overreacting like Hawks are some magical team and Bucks sucks so bad. First of all Nets were leading as well and Bucks still managed to win that series, secondly Hawks is not magical, they won against Sixers as well, they are a good team that people are underrating and that's it, they were good all year and they are still good. This doesn't mean that Bucks will lose or Hawks will lose, it is a series and the game ended with just one three point difference and could have been closed.

People are reacting based on what they see, this is a game to game basis, it's a long series so anything can happen. But for now, if they continue to win, definitely you will hear people singing praises about Trae Young, just 22 like Luka but can take over the game and win under pressure.

Long story short this is a very close series, one side has superstar Giannis that can score inside and a very big threat, the otherside has Trae that can score and he can also distribute the ball well. So long story short we are talking about equal powers fighting and it will be close series, I am not expecting any team to win in 5 or something like that.

We saw a great game between Milwaukee Bucks and Atlanta Hawks last night. The result was really surprising to me. I was expecting Bucks to crush Hawks in the first leg. Giannis and J. Holiday were actually very good. Both of them made a double-double and Giannis was the most scorer of the team as usual.  Grin  But there was a really big threat against them: Trae Young. This guy's performance was just insane! He scored 48 points which was very crucial for the win. Hawks got what they wanted for sure. Now, Bucks will be even more under pressure. They should win at least one game before losing the court advantage.

By the way, some people were saying long time ago that Trae Young was overrated. Look what level he is at right now.  Cheesy

He looks overrated but he is a real deal, that's why we are wrong with our expectations because we already concluded that he is overrated. I think Simons is overrated, lol.. can't shoot FT and got a max deal, I think Trae Young deserves better and I can only imagine the big bonuses he will be receiving after their good run.

CP3 is probable in game 3.

I think CP3 is still not in good condition as he was reportedly under some covid-19 restrictions, so it's not really a big deal IMO.
The desperate Clipper team needs to win the game, regardless if CP3 will play or not.

Actually, Beverly did a great job in game 2 against Booker, hopefully, he'll continue doing it.

CLIPPERS should win here.

Will PHX gets 3-0 later? who's still waiting for Clippers to win their series?
It's possible, but it's unlikely since the Clippers are at home and play great basketball at home.
They have not lost 3 in a row in the playoffs, so I don't think they'll allow a mistake to happen in this game, it should be the Clippers' time to shine.

Well on the other side of the bracket, ATL is doing well and everyone loves Trae Young as he showed us what he can do.
He already showed that against the heavy favorites 76ers, he is doing it again and still proving to doubters what he can do.
