First-round exit by Lebron James, what the heck.

Didn't see that coming, it was supposed to be easy by Lebron to make it in the first round, but this is different now, West had a lot of good teams and even if CP3 is not also at 100%, the suns already figured out their play and they play like a team, unlike the Lakers which are so predictable.

Lebron is getting older as well, he does not have the same type of strength he had back in Cleveland.

The start of this season Lakers still the heavy favorite but after so many injuries that happened to this team, they are now being eliminated at the first round, LeBron can't carry this team alone.

The help is not there both offensive and defensive really being dominated by the  Suns, Impressive performance from Booker he really leads his team to win.

Next round is another great match up, let see if Suns will continue their quest, good luck!

Lebron's dominance is over, he is really getting older like Kobe, soon he will retire but he is already a very accomplished man in the NBA, he will be a hall of Famer. Since this series is already over, we will now talk about the Suns vs Nuggets, I'm going with the Nuggets because of Jokic.

I'm looking forward to the next game tomorrow the Brooklyn Nets vs Milwaukee Bucks which is the match in the eastern conference and finally, we will see how strong the Nets are when facing one of the hardest team to beat in the league especially when their star player Giannis Antetokounmpo is in his ultimate prime. will he also get some easy win with the Nets or there will be intense games between these two teams that will lead them up to game 7?
And I would say that Bucks is a different team now, they've made changes and we can see Giannis doesn't need to score 30 or 40 points a game to bring them a win. So it will be a interesting game. And I'm thinking that they can still game one? Other than Nets big 3, I don't see anyone that can step up big time against the defense of Bucks.

Suns vs Nuggets, Yeah, I would say that Nuggets will have a slight advantage because of Jokic consistent game. Porter vs Booker, who's going to explode? Ayton vs Jokic, tough matchup for Ayton.

The nets have a lot of weapons, it's a team that is composed of a big 3 and no one can stop the big 3 at once, if they will double Durant, Irving and Harden will generate points. We will see how the defense of the Bucks will play against a superteam, of course, I'm betting on the Nets to win the series.

I agree with that, in fact, they are the favorites to win the series, this should be a great series as both teams are hungry to win. It's just a semi Finals but it looks like an ECF, now, I'm afraid that Giannis will be tested here as the big 3 of the Nets are already battle-tested, 2 of them had already won a championship while Harden has already gone in WCF 2 times already IIRC.

The team struggles due to injuries, surely this is not the Lakers best team, I think Kobe Shaq is better than the current roster, but if we are going to compare if AD and Lebron are 100% they can still argue who is the best, if the lakers are going to overcome this suns team and are healthy they still have a chance for a back to back but with the injuries by injuries i have now doubts if they can move to the second round.
Sincerely, this 2020/2021 Lakers team is relatively weak, because of the injuries of several players, but if all Lakers players were 100% healthy, I believe it would be one of the best teams in the NBA

That's a good question, I don't know if AD and LJ are competitive against the 2000s duo KB and Shaq, maybe if they were both in their prime they could beat this duo.
In my humble opinion I think, Magic Johnson and Kareen duo was the best the Lakers ever had.

I'm surprised  Shocked
And I never imagined the Lakers would lose to the Suns. I can't believe it, Booker practically carried the team on his back and he played very well
Magic and Kareem duo are better for me than either of the 2 duos that you shared. Sky Hook for the win Cheesy. Nahh but kidding aside, that is the only shot that cannot be blocked by any other player especially when it is being used by a tall player like Kareem.

Before the series starts, I already said that when LBJ and AD will be healthy all through out the game they can end this in 5-6 games but if one of them will be injured then the Suns will win and that really happened. The Lakers can't beat the Suns if one of their superstar is injured. It will be very hard for the Lakers team to fill the gap of the injured superstar, in this case its AD.

Lets move on. The Suns win with the help of Booker who is literally a shooting machine and the Point God who is still playing even though he has a shoulder injury. I will wait for the moves of the Lakers this off-season Smiley
Suns Vs. Nuggets who will win for you?? Any predictions?? If only Murray can play then I will go in Nuggets in 6 but since he isn't, I will go with Suns in 6-7 games Smiley

And Lakers trading Ball and Ingram? And retain Kuzma becomes they think he is a third option?

James eliminated in the first round, first time in his career, I'm expecting a big roster upgrade for the Lakers next season.
They did that huge gamble when they trade Ball and Ingram and let Kuzma stay and now they are facing the consequences of that gamble that they did. Unfortunately Kuzma can't be the third option of the team with how he is playing. Worse is he might be traded to other teams.

The Suns gave LBJ his first 1st round series. I might be wrong with this or there might be some who will be against me but this "might" be the start of the career downfall of LBJ unless he will be paired with 2 all-stars. LBJ and AD are a good duo but AD is very delicate, he is prone to injuries and in fact he got so many injuries this season. Give LBJ 2 all-stars on his side and he will put Lakers in the championship column next year.

Now that this happened to the Lakers, LeBron might again use his "GM Card". You know what I mean right Cheesy.

When I said Phoenix will eliminate Lakers some people were laughing with one saying "Lakers are the defending champions so they are the best team". I just want to ask him if they are still the best team?
Congrats to all teams that made it to semifinals. The series upcoming are great and I expect at least one to go to 7 game.

Congrats to you, I do hope that you bet your $500 to a sportbookies regarding the Suns vs Phoenix as they are the underdog and it could have won you 2.x with the Suns odd.

Again, the same story, same call we have been seeing, no help coming from the bench, LBJ getting old and I think he is not fully healed from his last injury, he even admitted himself that he can't go back full and healthy. And sorry to see Davis getting injured again, yes this is a very important game for them and he risk it. Sorry Lakers nation.

Game tomorrow, Dallas vs LA Clippers, I'm going Dallas here to end the series in 6 games and advance.

Kyle Kuzma has a difficult decision next year:

Down just by 12 and they are in the momentum, Kuzma throw that wild shot, LMAO.

The Lakers are done.
This might be the end of the LeBron era. A first round exit is such a devastating career record for LeBron as the defending champ, and this for sure will hurt his legacy. I personally didn't expect this to happen, but kodus to Booker, Cp3, and the whole Phoenix squad. Well deserved win against the defending champ. The AD injury isnt enough reason . The Lakers have no match with the Suns plain and simple.

I don't think so. Lebron still looks great, but I guess he didn't have enough time to adapt after injury, and he also didn't get enough help from teammates during the last two games. Anyway, congrats to the Suns. It was a great performance by Booker, considering that he destroyed the Lakers in the first quarter.

The Lakers look terrible. I feel like this game is over five minutes into it. With Anthony Davis out for the rest of the game it doesn’t look good for the defending champions. I feel bad for LeBron James, it looks like his teammates don’t even want to be out on the floor right now. I think this game might be over already as you can see the Lakers have been mentally destroyed. The rest of this game is going to be hard to watch I have a feeling. Gotta give credit to the Suns. They came out on fire.

It’s still early in the first quarter so anything can happen. I’d be surprised if this isn’t a blowout from the body language I’m seeing already though.

LAKERS 19 SUNS 47 2Q (as of typing)

Looks like the end of the road for the Lakers. Booker is on fire and the Lakers have no answer to it. Anthony Davis still plays even with injury but there's still more season to him. It's a good decision for him to take an early exit rather than take the risks of being injured more.

Everything can happen until there's a time but knowing Suns they can protect that large lead.
CP3 only needs to start the engine for the Suns and they could go wild, like Booker with 7/8 at 3 point lane.
I don't think AD will be going back. That's it for him if he still wants to have babies in the future.

Nuggets on the other hand did what they are good at. Defense. With Lillard having an off-night unlike Game 5 it's easy to focus the defense with Melo and McCollum.
Trail Blazers' problem was foul trouble and this is not new. Nurkic and Powell got 5 with a lot of minutes in the 4th quarter.
We can almost tell it's the Suns they will be up against if the Lakers won't have a good run.
Ayton vs Jokic? Exciting!

Yea looks like they are already waving the flag never thought that this will happen with the lakers an early exit in the first round, injury really tore this team apart, when you think they are 100% ready someone will just go down and leave the game, I hope they can still make it but with the huge margin and with paul on the other side, they might take advantage of the time.
They came out flat in the first quarter, and allowing Booker to have 3's and then we have AD aggravating that groin injury. And we don't know if Lebron has still some steam to carry the team just like he did in the past with the Cavs.

They are down 20 points, they are having a hard time scoring points and all they do is shoot outside. While the Suns playing both inside and outside. It will be a big task to overcome the deficit.

You guys, what do you think is the key of the Blazers to win here?

The key is to improve their defense, don't get into foul trouble early especially the big guy Nurkic as we've seen him being a weakness when he is in foul trouble, I guess he has fouled out twice in the series already, that games they lost because he did not finish the game.

Jokic is very smart, so as the Denver Nuggets coaching staff, they are targeting the Blazers's weakness, so they should adjust.
Allow some points if possible so Nurkic could stay, besides they can take care of the offense, so it should not be a problem.

But they can't still find the answer to Jokic, he has two fouls in the first quarter and didn't score a point until the second, but it's fourth quarter now and has 32 points. And they are down just by 4 points although Portland leads in the early part of the third by Nuggets storms back.

Last 4 minutes, we need Damian time, another OT game again?
