Indeed.  I don't think many people will be betting on the Suns.  I don't think they have much of a chance at all unless Booker has an amazing shooting night and the rebound gods are shining on DeAndre Ayton.  Otherwise, the Lakers are just too big with too many good shooters, and they happen to have the best player in the world.  I think in the end it will come down to the Suns not having enough talent on the bench or enough size in the starting lineup.

I am hoping Westbrook is able to make it to the playoffs this year with a win today.  Not sure if I'll watch or not because, Indiana...  Pulling for Russ though.

At first i didn't believe you but i just checked it and Lakers are really favorites. Personally I think this is huge bookmakers' mistake and they will lose ton of money.

Can you enlighten us on why the Odds between the Lakers and Suns are a huge mistake? And why the bookmaker will take its toll of lossing tons of money because of this action? How was that possible?
If you're an NBA fan, you won't need to bother yourself checking the odds If it's correct or not because everyone knew who's the real underdogs between the Lakers and Suns.

In case you forget, the Lakers are the defending champs and they just added a strong center in Andre Drummond, the 6th man of the year Harell, and the second nominated as the 6th man of the year Schröder.

You know what's a huge mistake a bookmaker will make? Turning the odds around.  Cheesy

Bookmakers are not perfect but they often make mistakes as there's big money on the line.

Lakers are favorites to win in the series because overall they are the better team and the defending champion, at least that's what people think because if we based on the performance this season, it should be the Suns.

it's okay, odds are just here for us to bet, it doesn't really tell which team will win or lose.

Time to turn this one off. Great win for the Wizards. Westbrook has played like a man on a mission. Indiana just doesn’t have the athleticism to keep up with him.

Now that the playoff teams are all set, we can move forward to the best 40 days of the year. Lots of basketball and fun every day! Don’t forget to enjoy yourselves! Nachos, beer and playoff basketball are a great combination.

Don't forget to bet as well to make it more fun to watch those playoff games.

WB and Beal really put the pedal on the gas against Indiana, and now we should wait for the next important games, GSW vs Memphis, Curry is expected to also bring the team to the playoffs, could be another blow out home court game or Memphis showing themselves in the game to even take the W to advance.

After a bad game against the Celtics, they bounce back so strong and dominate the Pacers. What a game by team performance, this is not only about WB and Beal, it's a team effort overall. I like their chances now that they are already in the playoffs, they are the underdog but they will not easily fold.

And I would say that Wizards are underrated team, Most of the team they've face, maybe except against Boston, are having a hard time against Westbrook explosiveness, so it's a hard match up for any time.

So yes, love them to be the underdog, and far as the betting odds, they can easily cover the + spread most of the times. And I'm sure there are going to be NBA bettors who will go for them specially those very attractive odds.

The outcome for sure is more different if Klay is there to help. Just saying  Roll Eyes

Not just Thompson, but also Wiseman and Oubre. Warriors were missing half of the team. With those 3 players healthy they would smash Lakers in first half and play with reserves in the second. Lakers still play very bad. They will need to improve their game very fast. They have a week of time. Latter will already be to late.
Oh yeah, if Wiseman was there it will be a big threat for the Lakers. That kid can shoot everywhere when focused.
With what the Warriors have right now, they will need to just stretch it out.
Jordan Poole had been a great help for them. They need to heat him up in the first half to gain some confidence. He's as explosive as Steph if will have the chance to receive the ball most of the time.

Wizards will win this against the Pacers. Bradley Beal and Westbrook are in their zone already.
We could conclude now that they gave the last game to the Celtics to avoid the 1st round against the Nets.

Wizards won last games against Pacers, I see them one step ahead in this play-in match-up. If bench help Westbrook and Beal they have a good chance. We can say both teams like fast play and we see less defense, so this match can go over 233.5 points. As you can see in last games, scores were pretty high so you can even bet on over 237.5 points as well. Odds are pretty good for this bet, I picked it in Stake for 1.88 odds.

It's going good so far, we saw 118 points in first half. They just need to score 120 points in second half. There wasn't much defense just like their previous games. Westbrook, Hachimura and Robin Lopez found points for Wizards. Beal wasn't on his best form but he may be better in second half. Pacers starting five scored with the leadership of Brogdon but they couldn't get much bench support for scoring. Only Kelan Martin scored from bench. Bjorkgren should find a way to stop Wizards as their shooting percentage is not enough for them to win the game.

Lakers, or any team with Lebron on board is difficult to handle in a series match. Phoenix is doing great this season but I don't see them beating the Lakers in a head-to-head series match. Lakers in 6. Smiley

Well, everyone knew who has the higher chances of winning this series, even the sportsbook knew it.

About Westbrook - no matter how impressive he is I don't think he will make the playoffs by himself (I expect Beal to choke). Putting aside that I am Pacers' fan my opinion is that they look more like a team than Wizards. Indiana also had much easier game against Charlotte and a day more to rest.

Lakers have recovered from their injury problem but the Warriors losing Wiseman and Oubre is a big problem since both are playing well this season. I don't know if they can beat Memphis though, but I have a feeling they'll lose.

Not that fully recovered mate.

Laker's main starters are still under the effect of their injuries. If you watch the game, they are playing poorly at most parts of the game. I even think Golden State Warriors will make an upset and I already expecting lots of critics against the Lakers after the game. They just make a rally after the half but overall, their FG % is poor and not on their usual. As I said, they are at their worst.

Just a few days ago, the Warriors beat the Memphis without Wiseman and Oubre. Although the cost is, Steph Curry is taking the heavy load as he was able to produce 46 big points. He was seen exhausted after that game. His teammates should step up or else, better luck next time.

If teams can't beat the Lakers at their worst, then that's a problem and a big threat to them. What if they played on their best.
In their recent win against Golden State Warriors, the Lakers are shooting worst and despite it, they able to turn the table.
Absolutely! The Lakers starters we're shooting a very poor fg % at the half.

Image source: NBA Buzz of Facebook.
During the 3rd quarter they were shooting 24% in the field, and still managed to cut the double digit lead into a 1 possession game at the end of the 3rd, and then managed to take the lead in the 4th.
But still I give credits for the GSW and Steph for giving a good fight against the defending champs. That was a good game like it was the NBA finals.

I like that prediction though but I like to see a really good match between the two. This is the best time for other teams to beat the Lakers as they are struggling a bit. I like betting in this kind of situation as we are seeing a very close match and that would result in very close odds, you know what I'm saying.

CP3 and the company should prepare for the Lakers, but if they will beat the Lakers, I would give my full respect to them as they deserve it for transforming from a shitty team to a great team. Coach Monty deserves the coach of the year award though and that will inspire them to play harder.

My poor Spurs lost Sad I mean they weren't that bad, they were horrible in the first quarter and we couldn't shoot anything, I do not know the field goal percentage for just first quarter but it felt like it was under 20% at some point but then Rudy Gay started to make a few at the end there. I believe this team could work hard and build a good future, with players like Dejounte, White, Keldon, Lonnie, Poeltl all of them are great players and they could make it to playoffs once again.

All we are lacking is offense, normally the league turned into three pointers so much but we are still missing them, nobody in today's NBA should have a clear shot from three and not take it, we have players that does that, it is like a team of Ben Simmons sometimes. Anyway, at least we are going to get a decent draft pick, with that maybe we could potentially draft someone that can help us with the three point problem? Hopefully it will be someone that can impact right away but Pop rarely plays rookies.

That was a good ending for the Lakers. But still kudos to Steph for having that 37 points on their match.

I hope that they'll win against the Grizzlies.

They fought a good fight and till the end Steph shos his awesomeness,

37 points agianst the Lakers and he really tried to win this game, every shot he made is really tough well contested.  But since it's
Chef Curry there's always high chance of possibilities to bank the shot,

Lakers win out of luck  Tongue LebRon and Davis lifts the lakers in the final quarter, that's how stars should react when the opposing team is playing big.

I was thinking the same that it was the game for GSW.

But still, Lakers did well to win that with 3 points lead while Steph showed what he can do. It's such a lovely friendship to see how sports they are at the end of the game.

Even match here, Brooks played very well and he is also one good defender, but maybe Poole and Toscano-Anderson can match him. The key difference here is Jonas Valančiūnas, we have seen the Warriors having a hard time against big guys in their last game, AD and Drummond.
Draymond will somehow work it out. He stopped AD on the first half but the 2nd was the bad time of their life.
I guess fatigue also hit him and he got so worked out with the ref calls against him. He needs some rest and who will be there to fill his position? None.
That is the Warriors weakness against any team in the NBA. They lack reserves to fill the holes if needed.
I may still bet for the Warriors here with a handicap.
I won betting for them with +3.5 today but came short for over 218.5. The game was too tight for an offensive run.

Draymond is their defensive minister, it's really tough for the warriors to defend the interior he needed to play lots of minutes and
rest just a little plus he also involve with their offensive set up.

I see your point, there are lots of new comers that this team needs to work on. The league already upgrades without the adjustments
it will be tough for them to continue.

The outcome for sure is more different if Klay is there to help. Just saying  Roll Eyes
