If Knicks and Hawks tie then the Knicks will be the higher seed. If just Miami and the Knicks tie Miami will be the higher seed.
And if they have all different records it will obviously lay in with highest wins. Going to be a fun last 4 days of the NBA

These last few games should be treated like playoff games by the Lakers in able to get back to that number 6 or 5 spots that if the Blazers and Mavericks will lose the remaining games but as you can see, they are giving their very best these fast few games and they are winning streak games here. The chances for the Lakers to regain their old spot is in jeopardy and they will likely play that "Play-in tournament" if things won't change for the Blazers and Mavericks.
We don't know what will be the outcome from those 2 remaining games but for sure all of them
will give everything in their hands to secure a much better position coming to the playoffs.
I would say that Lakers still have it and even they don't recover that spot they'll be bringing tough competitions to whoever
team they'll be facing on the playoffs.

That's good for the Blazers, meaning the Lakers will be in the play-in tournament and has to win it in order to earn a playoff spot.
I would back the Blazers to have a good chance in the top 6.. but they are up against tough teams which are the Nuggets and the Phoenix suns...Well, they beat the Jazz, so they have a chance on betting the other top-ranking team in the West.

Celtics keeps on leaving him alone. 
It's like they forgot that Love can also make outside shots and they paid bigtime for it. I really thought the Cavs will give that one to the Celtics but they prove me wrong. They are still putting efforts in their games even if they will not participate the playoffs. That's a good sign for the NBA.

Love probably lost interest in playing his best in a shitty team, he needs to be traded in a better team as he can still provide as long as he is healthy. This is the old Kevin Love that we saw, and because of that win, the Celtic's losing streak has been extended. He is Mr. double-double, this is his usual stats before the Cavaliers struggle as a team. It's good that they have snapped their losing streak, and Love proving again that he can still score and rebounds. So it's better for him to really move out an go to teams that has higher chance. Who knows, maybe he can still get a ring before he retires.

Trail Blazers won too. Lakers also did win. I thought Rockets will try to upset them as it was a close game. Could've been a bad loss for the gamblers out there, and a huge one with x10 the bet if the Rockets win it without spreads.
How come a bad team will just lose 2 points against a Lakers team that had superstars in their roster?

These guys are known names and yet they are having difficulties winning with a Rockets team that had been banged hard by others.
Lakers don't have that intensity anymore unlike last year with Howard and McGee around.

Kuzma has been playing very well here, he was consistent and his shooting percentage is very commendable. I thought Davis was playing, but I checked the scorecards after, he was not playing but still good for the Lakers that they won. The Lakers is still at number 7 spot as Mavericks and Blazers won their respective game also.

We just don't know if they could cover the spread if this Rockets team fights back and try to mess the close ranking that is happening in the 5th, 6th, and 7th seed. This is unchartered territory for the Lakers to have a 2 game winning streak and going for 3rd. Perhaps they have this kind of streak when Lebron was still playing healthy. Hopefully they can cover the spread as they are up by 10 points.
If Mavs lose this one against the Pelicans they will be at 40-30 and if Lakers win they will also be at 40-30. This will be a fight for a sweet spot and which team can take the day off or compete in the play-in tournament.

Kuzma had 23 big points, he was the top scorer here, and yes his inconsistency is a problem, so let's hope he will be consistent in the remaining games as that's the most needed games to be in a good spot, let his inconsistency play again once Lebron comes back.
Not bad for 33 minutes of playing but he should work for more. This time that Lebron is out, it's his time to show what he got. He should be like that even before with or without their superstars playing.
Schroder and Caruso are out so he really needs to step up and erase that inconsistency every game.
