A good win for the lakers much needed they really found a gem, tucker played well, especially that three-pointer that gives them the lead, got scared with Davis walking slowly, I hope he is alright and well, Drummond also have a good game, can't wait for LeBron to complete the team, good to hear Wesley is back, hope they will stay healthy.
Yes, and the breaks of the game, they got an important offensive rebound and then converted it to two points. And then THT with three's in the corner that sealed the game for them.

So they are back in 6 spot now, while Knicks drop from 4th to 6th in the West. They let this game slip away, leading by 10 with 7 minutes left. But as we all know that Lakers is in survival mode so really good win for the Lakers.

Lakers are fighting together to keep them in much better position.

That team efforts that they showed proved that once they are healthy and in good conditions they are capable of winning the game, most if LeBron already there playing with them.

Also a good win for the Golden State Warriors, they are not hitting their three point shot in the first two quarters. But it was complete turn around as they used this weapon to beat the Phoenix Suns.

Jordan Poole did the damage with his back to back 3's to push the Lakers closer and then Wiggins pouring in 38 points. Steph just needed 21 here, but it was a complete team effort, winning 4 in a row and separate themselves from Grizzles to the 8th spot in the West.

GSW survive and keep their place to the next round, though not sure yet but keeping the boost to keep playing more harder, great game for
Wiggins carrying the offense while support from Steph and the rest of the team really established the win.

Drummond getting 18 rebounds was nice. I think that’s the first time he’s dominated the boards since the trade to the Lakers. That’s what I’ve been waiting to see. When LeBron comes back they’re going to have a massive front line. I’m already hoping they can get CP3 and Derozan on the team next year with some magic…

It was an entertaining game, Warriors showed that they can beat even one of the best teams and they are successful in doing that. I like the Warriors in this game, everyone is contributing and it looks like they have a good momentum going to the elimination. I'm rooting for the Warriors now to advance in the playoffs, who's with me?

Lakers Knicks tonight! With the Hawks squeeking out a win against the wiz, the Knicks need to win another one at the staples center.  Randall has got to be great and rose need to keep up his resurgence.  Big game cmon knicks!!
This match is more important for the Lakers because they keep fighting for rank 6, and they need to win every game to avoid participating in a play-in tournament. For the Knicks, nothing will change after this match because even if the Knicks lose, they will still stay on rank 4.

But the Knicks should keep on winning as well, we don't like teams deliberately losing games, I think the Knicks will not give the Lakers a free pass here. They are riding on a momentum again and it's the first time that they are going in the playoffs for many years, so they wanted to keep that 4th spot against the Lakers.

@gagux123 - Westbrook still have that explosiveness, contrary to what his detractors are saying that he has slowed down because of age and injury and he is very suited to the playing style of Wizards.

A big shoutout to Russell Westbrook haters saying he achieved that record because of stat-padding.

Even a player will force to do a stat-padding, it's hard to do that triple-double every game intentionally.

Appreciate greatness. That record can't be broken for another 10 to 20 seasons I think. Smiley
Westbrook broke the record and made history in NBA. I am happy to have seen this, I also agree that this record could be broken perhaps in 20 years.

Could be, but if the game develops we might see someone broke it again.

I don't know why, but every time I see Wesbrook playing he reminds me of DRose a little bit when he played for the Bulls ... both were explosive, same height, fast, dunkers and made a huge difference in their team!

I agree with you DRose and Westbrook at their prime can't be stop specially driving inside, they can shift momentum and their guards will be at lost and those ankle breakers. But Westbrook stand the test of time, after his injury it seems that he is back to previous versions in Washington.

Yes definitely! I agree with you!

Although Russell Westbrook is 32 years old, he is still consistent in his games, and he can help Wizard

I think Russell Westbrook has athleticism similar to LeBron James, they are getting older but still playing well and being a reference in their respective teams

I am very sad for the injuries of DRose, if he was not injured so much and maintained the same performance that he had in Chicago, I have no doubt that he could be one of the greatest PG in NBA history, maybe top 10 (in my opinion)

I am passionate about game of Drose (prime) and Wesbrook, they are extremely explosive. I have never seen a PG in my life with their speed, jump and explosion.

Is very rare to find a player with these characteristics.

It's a physical game and even if we say he is stats padding, it won't be easy.
To create an assist you have to be a better passer to make the receiver shoot the ball in the easiest way possible.
He doesn't force those guys to shoot, they are just open thanks to the perfect pass.

What I really like about him is his physical strength and agility. He can still have 40 minutes per game and you won't even see him too exhausted and walking on the floor. He just keeps on running, rebounding, and even attacking the paint.
All my respect for him for giving us the opportunity to witness greatness again.

Here's to all the gamblers out there who would dare to put a $100 for the Phoenix to win a championship, $2,000 is such a generous offer considering they ranked 2nd from the NBA power rankings.

Even they will clinch the 1st spot on the standings, a series match is much more difficult for them. Not degrading the much-improved Suns this season but I don't see them winning in a series match against the experienced teams.

But maybe I'm wrong. Who knows that they might surprise us. If others think that Phoenix Suns will nail the championship this season, definitely fine to put some bucks for them. I'm more of betting on Futures if there's already a head-to-head match, not too advanced like betting on a championship where playoffs aren't even started yet.

The Phoenix Suns currently sits at the 2nd spot just behind 2 wins from the Utah Jazz in the Wester Conference.
Do they got what it takes to win a championship?

What do you guys think about this?
Booker's first playoffs game. It is a risk betting for this team to win the championship especially for a team with only Chris Paul that could control the game if the rest are shaken up. I think that is why they are putting a higher prize in return.
There is a chance but it's low. Clippers, Nuggets, and Jazz will be their struggle once they meet them on the playoffs.
Those teams have players with playoffs and Finals experiences and will not even be bothered by the pressure.

Nets won, Bulls out and won't have a chance for the play-in tournament.

Nope.
I don't think that they have the capabilities to win the championship. On that team, only 4 of them have the playoff experience (Moore, Crowder, Craig and Paul) and most of them are inexperienced and we know that elimination and playoffs are completely different.

Now for those gamblers who want to risk their money into the Suns then now is your time to make your money x20 at least Cheesy. If you believe in them then gamble on them. I remember that I saw a post regarding a gambler putting $20,000 IIRC and he bet that the Hawks will win the championship. That is what you called gambling at its best Cheesy.

Having a double-double is hard already but creating a triple double. Only Russ can do that Smiley.

Many are hating him because of his way of playing but I think lets appreciate the things that he can do inside the court, his leadership to the team and what he can do for the team. He can play a few seasons more so his record of triple doubles will increase more. I don't think that this record will be broke even after 10 years. 20 years possible Cheesy.

For sure this will be a great game, Lakers in a needed win, but New York is on a streak right now.

D Rose has a good game, and the last time they meet, New York with a big win (but that was without AD), so it's going to be a close game, but I'm with the Knicks here to win.

@Oasisman - is that odd on Suns before the season started?

I watched Bucks versus Spurs game last night and it was incredible. Spurs are truly the most inconsistent team in the NBA, they are more consistent with the way they lose, but they are definitely inconsistent with how they will come out that day. Yesterday's game was clear from the start, they played so well and shot the ball so incredibly well as well, they destroyed Bucks in a huge blowout and I think it is definitely the same feeling when you watched Spurs back in the day.

However they are looking quite low on standings for now, they are at 10 and 2 games behind Grizzlies, I am afraid they are not going to actually have a chance with the play-in tournament and that is still fine, the team is young and they are adding and removing bits and pieces to make the team better, in 3-4 years they are going to be really great but they just need some time.

If the spurs will win in the play-in tournament, they will be in the playoffs. They just need to maintain a ranking of at least in the rank 10 and above. I guess they will end up either 9 or 10 spots only, but that's alright as they have a chance to qualify.
