If you missed the Anthony Edwards dunk tonight, do yourself a favor and look up the clip. They’re calling it the dunk if the year and while I think that might be a bit of a stretch, dude jumped really high and definitely got himself a new poster.
Holy crap!
That was one hell of a jump.
Did he just look at the surface of the rim before slamming it down?  Grin
It's like he had himself equipped with a jetpack.  Cheesy
C'mon Baynes at least help poor Watanabe to get up quickly from bad posterization.

Thanks for the reminder.  Wink
I was watching Clippers vs Jazz.

Don't know him, I think he is not popular but upon seeing his dunk highlights, I'm so amaze by what he did so far.

Here's the highlights I watched.

Maybe you are not watching his game, and I understand as usually a typical sports fan would mostly know players from a popular team like the Mavericks, Lakers, Bucks, Clippers, and GSW.

I hope he can joined the all star dunk contest.
That's for sure as fans love to see him.

😂😂😂😂😂 “Day Of The Dead” on Watanabe
Boy be like dunk competition already... I like the inputs from the rookies so far, they really adding great contributions from em team already.

Embiid had a nice night as well. Putting up a 50 piece BBQ chicken special. I don’t know if I’m in the Embiid for MVP camp, but it seems like he’s finally in decent playing shape for the first time in his career. If he can stay healthy and keep getting better he might finally be able to call himself the best big in the NBA.

Menh! 50 (career high), 17, 4...
Another player of the week in view or month

Bad night for the Pistons.
Grizzlies gave their all with defense and they prevented the Pistons from getting any offense for 6 minutes in the 4th quarter.
How bad was that? No field goals for a very long period of time.
They need a play maker. A good point guard that will suit chemistry with Jerami Grant.

Lebron is just 36 years old while our oldest active NBA player is 40 years old which is Udonis Haslem, they maybe are in different status but if Lebron stays healthy at 40, I guess he can still average a double digit per game, and knowing how Lebron is taking care of his body, there's no doubt he is still fit at that time.
I think Haslem isn't a good example for comparison because he is an active player only on "paper", and he hasn't played any game this season. I mean, Lebron would rather end his career than he would continue to play like a bench player.
Haslem is just a bench player, he almost got no minutes on the floor, Haslem has done lots of services already and it's true that he should retire, I'm pretty sure he will land a spot at the office in the heat team, guiding pf/c player in the rooster, giving the young player his spot is the best thing he could do for the team, since the last time I saw him he can't almost even run the floor back and forth.

Bucks seems not improving this season, the trades and acquisition of players might not help their team to improve, so they'll probably not gonna make it to the NBA Finals again and I'm afraid they might not able to make in the ECF, and I guess Giannis will not win MVP this season too.
Trades are meant to happen and they will have to live with it.
It's not a players decision but much like the management.

Yea, much like the management and few players with dominant say on how best the team structure should play.

Bucks vs OKC, what's your take in this game?

I'm surprised with the record of the Bucks upon looking at its stats, they are on a 5 losing streak, I guess this did not happen before.
What happened to this team? why are they struggling this hard?

Nets 109 vs 98 Lakers - February 18
It was a good surprise for me since Nets won the game but I can not see this team a serious candidate for the NBA ring right now. I agree that they need Anthony Davids becasue Gasol is just like a statue can't even defend nobody. We miss a good center on the team and it looks like A.Davis is going to be out for still some weeks. Lebron James was so alone...
We also have to highlight that Nets didn't have available Kevin Durant so we could say that they had compensated both teams.
Yep, that compensated for both teams. But a win is still a win. Although there's sort of lack on this match but still congratulations to Nets.

I hope that there's still a possibility that we may see this match with complete roster for both teams.

There's lacking on the Lakers which is Davis but Nets also don't have Durant, therefore it should be an even match, no excuses, Nets were the better team in that night and they simply dominated the depending champion.

The Kareem record will definitely be tough to catch. I’d love to see LeBron finish with 40K points and 10K rebounds and assists though. I think that would be a feat never to be broken again. Even if someone was good enough, the ability to avoid injury for so long is amazing.
Yeah, it'd be a great milestone for him, but 40k points look unreachable. Anyway, I guess James will easily pass Malone's record next season, considering that he scores an average of 25,9 points per game, but he needs more than 130 games with the same stats to break Kareem's record. I hope James will be able to do it before his contract ends.

I'm not worried if his contract will end because he will eventually get renewed as long as he is healthy and he still wants to play. James still looks like he is on his prime, his maturity in the floor is very evident, so 2 or 3 more seasons from now, I've no doubt that he will surpass that record.

He's 1991 points away to beat up Malone and 3,370 points for him to beat up Kareem and would be the top 1 in rank but this one will be possible indeed on 3-4 seasons on achieving this record.

He's getting old but his gameplays never fail to impress us in spite of maturity and as long he can able to protect himself on possible injury then he might able to reach out the peak.

Doesnt matter on how many season it takes yet im not seeing for him to retire too early and for sure he is trying to break out that record.

Actually the contract is not confidential since you can search his signed years and salary signed with Jazz, read this https://www.spotrac.com/nba/utah-jazz/Jordan-Clarkson-15398/  also he cannot decide for it since he signed a 4 year contract and its up to the Lakers now if they offer a good piece to use for this trade to be happen but I guess Utah won't allow this to happen.
I haven't found that. Thank you!
Maybe others would be surprised by these talks, it's just speculation that came to my mind because he's doing really good with the Jazz'. It's all about the opinion that we have because it's one of the best teams that he's with before.

Another big deal happened during the game last night, Lebron passed 35k scoring mark, that is incredibly how he can score so much even at his late stage career, dude is 36 years old and has been selected to all-star starters for 17th year in a row, I have never seen such a great longetivity from anyone, sure many players were good for many years but this dude is team changing, superstar that makes any team he goes to win a championship level of player at age 36 and we have rarely seen that from anyone.

By calculation there is 1911 points left, he could just average 20 for 1.5 more years and he will be getting that at age 37 or so. And for Kareems record which looks quite unbreakable even from here, he needs to play until he is 39 or even 40 depending on what he averages. This all of course depends on how he scored in the next 2-3 years and if he gets injured or not, dude could be all time scoring leader by age 38 if he keeps this pace up without ever dropping.

The Kareem record will definitely be tough to catch. I’d love to see LeBron finish with 40K points and 10K rebounds and assists though. I think that would be a feat never to be broken again. Even if someone was good enough, the ability to avoid injury for so long is amazing.
