I checked their stats this regular season and I am seeing something great from it. Kyrie's having an average of 27.9 per game 5.9 assists, while James Harden, having 23.3 ppg, and 11.3 APG. Kevin Durant is having 29.5 ppg, 5.2 APG, considering the fact that he's missing a lot of games because of contact tracing. Is it me or it is just that James Harden is making more plays than their PG which is Kyrie or they are having that switch from making plays to making their shots.
Harden was always a good assist kind of guy, whereas kyrie was always a good scroing guy, so that does make sense. Kyrie Irvings highest assist number is 6.9 assists per game in 2018-2019 Celtics year, he was mainly under 6 assists every year before that as well but he has been scoring a lot more as well since he left Cavs too. Whereas Harden had 11+ assist per game years as well as have 3 seasons with 10+ assists per game and also this year is like that as well so this will be 4th year if he finishes this way.

Sure Harden is a great scorer and nobody denies that but he is also a great passer as well, he managed to have 17+ assist games many times if I remember correctly. Finally looking at how Kyrie is a good scorer, and how Durant is a great scorer, it makes sense that Harden will be the passer in them, dude at least could hit them with great passes compared to others just looking to score.

Or, Harden is just adjusting since KD and Kyrie is really fire power, give them the ball and they'll attack. It was nature with this two superstar to move the ball inside the basket before thinking of passing it to their teammates.

Good thing that Harden are capable on adjusting, he also have that capabilities being scoring champ but since he just added himself to this team, he's the one who needs to adjust with how he's teammates needs him, passing is not a problem as he knows how to find who's on the good place to shoot the ball.

That was a fun poll. Do you have any suggestions for new poll?

Nobody indeed was expecting the Utah Jazz to be at the top of every team in the NBA and as the first to reach the 20 wins.
Lakers just finished 2nd base on the poll.
I suggest the same poll, to who ever team gets to the 40th win first. I'm pretty sure the poll result will change this time.

and moving on I guess the Brooklyn Nets is a surprising team indeed Kyrie Irving is showing his prowess in making assist and coördination with his teammates, I am thinking that this team will make a change in the upcoming seasons to come.

With that roster, I really think they already made history as one of the best offensive teams and the worst defensive team in the league. For sure they will hit the playoffs but I don't think they will win the ECF. History is said to be repeating itself as LA Lakers being the defending champion and 76ers which might take that from them. What can you say about this? Danny Green might three-peat.

76ers are probably their biggest match up in the east, but it's too early, what if these 3 superstar in the Nets will blend perfectly, I think it will be hard for them to stop. Embiid is no doubt giving everything this season, we can see on his stats but 76ers hasn't prove anything yet in the playoffs, so I have a little double, regular season and playoffs are different and the big 3 of nets have a lot of playoff experience, 2 of them has become a champion.

but nobody can guessed it right (maybe 1 person who chose Other but I don't think so Grin) and Utah Jazz (20-5) is the first team that get 20 wins in the league.

Guess one more time! I cast my vote late. It was after Jazz won 2 times against Dallas. So on  January 27. So they had 14 wins by that time.

In the other game, Bucks trailed by 1 with 2.5 secs to go and they decided to give the ball to Giannis outside the 3point line instead of giving it to Middleton. Giannis takes a jumper and of course, misses. I don't know why Giannis is standing outside of 3 point line in the first place and what their plan was with just 2.5 secs remaining.

Edit: Lakers win 114 - 113 OKC
Very True! I've seen how hard they started the games and the pressure from OKC. I think the bubble changed the narrative 🤔, there ain't no overlooked side anymore and players keep improving on court.

We have 3 great games today that is only won by 1 point.

113--114 Lakers
124-125 Suns
117-118 Mavericks.

All these are great games to see, it looks like the old NBA is back where we see a thrilling game like this.

Hopefully we can see more of this entertaining games and congrats to the winners.

Yeah, games like this keep the suspense real. No easy pizzy for no smart baller.

2 back to back OT games between OKC and Lakers. From the looks of it, it seems like another OT win for the Lakers. LeBron's clutch 3 pointer tied the game to bring it into overtime. Dort had a free 3 for the win, but he missed it.

We are almost half of this season, so teams have really blend very well specially those who have a lot of players being acquired before the start. And they have been developing, so expect many more high scoring but close games in the next coming days.

So yes, the NBA is back, adjusted well in the bubble, in the West, it's only 7 games separating the 1st spot  Jazz against the 8th seeded Warriors, and only a few games separating from 2-7.

I'm happy to see that Warriors are already in the top 8 in the west, my excitement was gone when Thompson was announce out this season but here they are, they are sticking around and showed how good they are as a team. Curry is a real superstar because as of now, I can say that he has been carrying this team with his impressive performance in every game.

I hope that they'll continue to improve their chemistry, and Curry can't be injured this season, otherwise, hope is over.
Curry has a lot of good games this season, and that is enough for them to survived 8th in the West. They have a lot of things to improve though, as we all know that they have a lot of young talents in their roster. Probably need at least a season or two of experimenting the right combination. And when Thompson is ready maybe they can contend again in the finals.
No doubt , even with good performance and games won, they still need the service of Klay, not only he is a threat outside, Steph and Klay are deadly when they are both in the game, GSW has lots of option, also Klay can set a play for his teammates, and Steph loads are lessened make them fresh in the 4th quarter thats the luxury of having klay healthy.

The most interesting game for me of the 3 was the suns vs Bucks, I'm just amazed how improved the Suns this season, they can give a tough game to the best teams in the NBA and even win. How bad the decision of the rockets to trade Chris Paul for Westbrook, they just destroy a championship team instead of just adding one star.

Booker and Paul make for a good backcourt. Ayton has also been developing nicely and is capable of a big game here and there. I’m not surprised the Suns are doing well, especially after their undefeated run in the bubble to end last season.

Chris Paul wanted away from Harden and Westbrook wanted to play with Harden. The trade was really more about making all the stars happy then it was about improving any one team.

That 3 pointers made by Lebron in the last minute of the 4th quarter were their key to won the game as it forced them to go to the OT to compete furthermore with the young team OKC. now they finally got the 20 wins.

Honestly, if this kind of Lakers will get to the playoff without AD, I think they won't survive the 1st round since they are having a hard time getting the lead in the earliest quarter. thankfully they keep pushing and finally won this match. I wanted to see them compete with another team without AD since these last two games were only VS OKC, if they will get another win with that, then I'll change my opinion regarding playoffs.

Question:   First Team to get 20 Wins?
Lakers   - 18 (64.3%)
Sixers   - 3 (10.7%)
Celtics   - 0 (0%)
Suns   - 1 (3.6%)
Clippers   - 5 (17.9%)
Bucks   - 0 (0%)

Total Voters: 28

Thanks to 28 voters but nobody can guessed it right (maybe 1 person who chose Other but I don't think so Grin) and Utah Jazz (20-5) is the first team that get 20 wins in the league.
Lakers was also really close, they are 19-6. Both teams had 5 games winning streak.

That was a fun poll. Do you have any suggestions for new poll?

I didn't make the vote, I should have vote for Lakers but I think they are not the team that could make a 20 win first, and because I can not make it out what may be the team that may landed a 20 win first so moving on.

The Nuggets need a lot of their roleplayers stepping up for them to achieve a championship.
They crushed the Cavs now with a large lead.
3rd stringer's game almost 1 whole of the 4th quarter.
They need to keep playing at that kind of level. Both in defense and offensive end.

Mavs on the other hand gained another win on a crucial game against the Hawks.
Tim was on fire and Brunson contributes a lot to the 4th quarter offensive spree.
They are now on the 12th spot. More wins to come.
