Indeed that was a big win for mavericks since dirk is not around anymore, Porzingis is taken it from here and with the help of Luka. This playoff games are starting to get on fire. This is what we are waiting for, the games we have been excited to see for 3 months. Clippers need to make their own version of strategies to stop these two key players or else they will be added to those team that faced devastating defeat.

That for sure has an impact on the team considering his aggressiveness to go for offensive rebounds during the Game 1 that's a huge loss for them. I think it can take weeks as per Coach Rivers said and I don't think he'll able as well to play for the next game, we'll see that.

They still have Lou on them but that's just talking about the offense as a PG/SG they still need veteran PG like Beverly in the play.

I agree with that, they put Jackson and he provide offense instead, so without Beverley, things will be the same, Mavericks will continue to attack as they also dominate the paint with KP's length and Bovan.

This man is just special, he can be a triple double guy if he likes, sure that assist would also hit or average of 10 per game as he is a good facilitator, and he can generate points on himself too, and rebound, he is damn good. His talent and his basketball IQ is what made him special.

Luka Magic did it again and they've won against a defensive team like Clippers.
Their bench stepped up and KP didn't get ejected. If they will continue to play like this, there is a chance that the Battle of LA will not happen in the West Finals.
Maybe the injury of Beverley affected their defense. We know how good he is at defense.

Good that I placed my bet against the Mavs because I'm expecting for them to win this time since they only lost by 8 points without KP in Game 1.
I'd go with Mavs too with Game 3 but on the series, I think the Clippers will win in 7 games Cheesy

At the first half, Boban and KP helps them to have the big lead. We should not also forget the 3 point shots of Luka where the clippers having a hard time to guard him. Even though KP is a 7 footer, he has good shooting ability where he can shoot beyond 3 point area. On the other hand, Kawhi is doing good but he can't fully lift the team because Paul George is not doing good. Actually the field goal percentage of Paul George is so low in that game.

Yeah the game tied now to 1-1. I never expect that Dallas could win that game. It was a tie score in the 4th quarter and dallas settle the game on overtime period. Well, I guess this is NBA and most of the time surprises happen. However, in this match I still believe in Clippers. The team got higher chance to win compared to Dallas. Kawhi and Paul George is a good combination in their plays. And Kawhi has standing record on carrying a team for championship.

I don't understand why the term upset is being mostly used just because Magic defeats the Bucks and Blazers defeats the Lakers. Should be, we are surprised by the result but not an upset.

It's a series match and the Number 1 seed is not immune to being defeated. Should we apply this upset every game?

I'm not a fan of either Bucks and Lakers but the upset should just be mentioned if these 8th seeded teams will win their respective series.

Remember the famous 1st Seed Spurs vs 8th Seed Memphis? Grizzlies defeat the Spurs on Game 1 but no one called it as upset. After the series won by the Grizzlies, that's what we can be called an upset.

LOL, I was not able to see the entire game, but watching the highlights, I don't see JR Smith there, so maybe they need to play him so they have something to blame or maybe he could help the team to win. Lakers problem in that game was their awful 3 point shooting, JR should be the answer to that.
