but what I see is that it's the coaching staff problem, they know that the game plan of the Raptors are to trap Giannis but they didn't adjust, so they loss in the next 4 games after they were up 2-0.

It is Antetokounmpo's weakness and I do not think the coaching staff can do something about it in a short period of time. That same weakness was used against Greece in FIBA World this year. The good thing is that Giannis recognizes that weakness and working on it. You can see it in his attempts on the outside and 3 points shots.

It's a shame that we won't fit all of this interesting teams like young Suns and Kings or Melo's Blazers in the playoffs.

Too early to tell that.
Their standings from 6-12 in the West are not that far. We have a lot of games left and if they can defeat those who are near them then that list will have big changes.

Hell, even the Pelicans almost defeated the Lakers last time and I bet all the teams now wants to have a shot like that.
Even the betting line is unpredictable. I have been losing a lot of money for sudden upsets.

STANDINGS: [December 3, 13, 2019]

East:
1. Bucks 18-3
2. Raptors 15-4
3. Heat 14-5
4. Celtics 14-5
5. Sixers 15-6
6. Pacers 13-7
7. Nets 10-10
8. Magic 8-11
9. Hornets 8-14
10. Pistons 7-13
11. Bulls 7-14
12. Wizards 6-12
13. Cavaliers 5-14
14. Hawks 5-16
15. Knicks 4-17

West:
1. Lakers 17-3
2. Nuggets 13-4
3. Clippers 15-6
4. Mavericks 13-6
5. Rockets 13-6
6. Jazz 12-9
7. Timberwolves 10-9
8. Suns 9-10
9. Kings 8-11
10. Thunder 8-11
11. Blazers 8-12
12. Spurs 7-14
13. Grizzlies 6-14
14. Pelicans 6-14
15. Warriors 4-18

What to add here?

Giannis is doing the job in the right way. So is his whole team. Raptors without Kahwi are a small surprise for me. I didn't expect them to play that good this season. And probably the best and the most important teams in the East won't look any different at the end of the season than now.

And West? LeBron is doing amazing things but i think that after the All-Star break he will take his foot off the pedal, just thinking of the playoffs. That's what the Clippers are basically doing for the whole month. Mavericks are great and they can be the real deal in the postseason. It's a shame that we won't fit all of this interesting teams like young Suns and Kings or Melo's Blazers in the playoffs.

At the end of the day, practically everything turned upside down but the main features are still the same. West is strong and competitive as hell, while East has only a couple of teams that matters. Oh, the irony.

The Bucks now is leading the league in most wins this season. Though only up by 1 win against the Lakers, I think they have in the good position to be considered as top contender for the championship.
They are always been a contender for the championship, they had a chance to finally win in the East finals since it was Leonard who really kill their hopes last season, now they are stronger while the Raptors are playing less Leonard. I don't care about the standing of the Raptors now because it will be different comes playoffs time.

That is if they don't choke in the playoffs.
We will choke, they actually did not choke last playoffs, its just that the Raptors are the better team and in fact Raptors came up as the NBA Finals champion that time, so they are hoping this season will be their season to be in the Finals.

They did choke last season man. They were up 2-0 against the raptors and they throw that lead away in just four games in a row loading to the raptors 2-4. It's a big let out from the lead they have and the chance is there but they just couldn't finish.

Well, if that's how you see it, I will respect that, but what I see is that it's the coaching staff problem, they know that the game plan of the Raptors are to trap Giannis but they didn't adjust, so they loss in the next 4 games after they were up 2-0. it's not cool to remember what happened as I bet on the Bucks to win that series, it was the hype that made me think they can handle the Raptors but in the end I was wrong, that 2-0 I was already celebrating a bit, but was wrong.  Angry

Too bad and me too I bet at the Bucks that time knowing that the MVP was there playing in that team. That stint makes me doubt how they will deal with it in the playoffs.

I hear bad news here. a few days ago Memphis Grizzlies announced that Ja Morant will miss a few weeks because Ja Morant suffered a back strain when Grizzlies faced against Jazz on Friday. I hope he will be fine. Do you think that Ja will still lead ROTY when he returns guys?

This will hurt his stats. Now Zion will have a chance once he got back.
RJ Barrett is still improving and he might also end up as ROTY but he needs to also keep his pace.
There are also rookies out there that had been contributing good for their team.
There is Paschal, Nunn and Herro.
Now I think Barrett is now looking at the stats of those names and might have an idea now if he really wanted that trophy.
just one week he won't play. I don't think his stats will be far behind those of other rookie players. I agree with you about RJ Barrett, this is his chance to increase his stats. and for Paschall, he also has the potential to have good stats because he has a pretty good playing time at GSW

They are dominating again the east side, though Sixers and Celtics are both improving together with Barneys who's holding the title.
Giannis needs to keep improving and keep adjusting with his teammates, he got the quality and being the previous MVP all eyes is on him.
Looking to see more good run from bucks, hope they'll be able to win the east side.
Giannis based on his stats now is already improving but they should play as a team in order for them to win.
Look at the Raptors, they don't have Leonard now and yet they are still holding a playoff spot at the current standing, why? because they have a great teamwork.

They have gained experience already in the Eastern Conference Finals and Gianis is growing more with his different styles of attacking the paint.
He have a good crossover now and also shooting threes just so his hesitation moves could also work.

They need defense though. It cannot be always offense which wins a championship. It won't do. Houston is one example of that.
Gianis may be great at protecting the paint but he still needs a lot of help from outside shooters.

I will bet for them to make it at another Eastern Conference Finals.

There is no hope for this team this season, they look like they already conceded in this regular season. lol..

Another big loss against the Bucks, they loss by 44 points and that does showed they are not competitive anymore.
They are in a 7 losing streak now and tied with the warriors in winning.

warriors 4-18, they are 4-17.

by the way, anyone here surprise on the standing of raptors now? because I am, can't believe they took the number 2 spot.

I think that there is no hope for Knicks in general, they are the worst managed franchise in last god knows how many years. They  really deserve someone who knows what he is doing, it is a shame to watch them like this. Then again, some of their fans are not much brighter either , I remember them booing when they chose to draft Porzingis...

Regarding Raptors, they were always good in regular season, even prior Kawhi joined them last season, so they just continues to be so after his departure. Their problem was playoff, they tend to choke, but who knows, maybe players got some of that winning metality from  Kawhi  so they go far in the playoffs.

Guys,

What do you think about

Wizards vs Clippers game tonight?

Clippers are the clear favorite, but I plan to play it on +8 @ 2.90.IMO it's worth the risk at that odds.

It would of been a clear one to load up on since at the half they are up 82 - 55 for the clippers! Shocked
When I turned it on I thought I was looking near the end of the second half when I saw la at 75 points. Lips sealed
They just tied their half time record scoring at 82 points when they scored this same amount of points back in march.

Yeah, Clippers beat the shht out of Wizards in Q2. Wizards tried and took Q3 and Hachimura even scored 30 points in that game. But still... it's was clear who's the better team.

I will try again tonight with

Philadelphia 76ers vs Utah Jazz

and a victory for Jazz @ 3.10

That's too risky, Jazz ain't playing well against the Raptors last night and now playing on a b2b against the sixers, I don't its a great bet.
Anyway, its your choice, and I don't know what would really win, but if I will bet on the Jazz I will take the points.

Jazz ML with that odds is pretty tempting but only if you still believe in them after they were down by like 40 points against the Raptors in the 1st half of their game.

The good bet of the night is the spread against the team playing the knicks.  Unfortunately this looks like another lost season for the knicks, they get hammered by decent teams.  The rest of the year bet against the knicks and in nfl bet against the giants.  Cant believe how bad the knicks have been for so long.

However, you should not bet against Kawhi and Paul George together in home court. I reckon wait for load management news hehehe. There might be one because they are playing the Bucks on the road after Portland.

If you have some kind of hatred for power teams then you might really want to bet against them.  Grin
One example is me betting against the Lakers team. I just really love being on the losing side and then a sudden win will happen.  Grin Bad habit of mine.

Clippers though is difficult to predict. They win against a high seed team and then lose against the low seed. One example is the Phoenix Suns.
Also, there are player absences that happens before the game starts, I don't really like that kind of method.
I don't want to be keeping up to date for every player just because they have a diarrhea.  Grin

I might go against the Clippers if they will give me a good advantage like a large addition to the score of the team they are against. (which mostly happens)

Clippers won again even with the handicap. It might not really be a good offer at all.

Next will be against Portland. This might a better chance for risking your money.
I might bet with Portland if they would put a good addition for them.
They are on a 3 game winning streak now and I think they still have the winning aura if they will face against the Clippers.
Melo is on fire now. It is just a slow start but he is gaining his phase. Double double against the Bulls.
