Clippers have Leonard and Paul George, while Rockets have Westbrooka and Harden.
However, they Rockets don't have Lou Willams which might be a difference maker of the game.

After winning the NBA title in 2016, Cavaliers didn't choke on their next 2 finals appearance but Warriors are just too much for them to handle. It's a choke if they were able to take the lead on that 2 series but on that 9 meetings against the Warriors last 2017 and 2018 NBA finals, Cavaliers only managed to win once. I don't know why it called choke by others.

Anyways, if you are planning to put a bet on Lakers in the NBA futures, you must do it now while still, the odds can still consider as decent for a dominant team. Expect lower odds for them while the season is progressing if they were able to maintain their good Win-Loss record.

I've also noticed his average playing time was way lessen compared when he was on Cleveland Cavaliers. This does mean that every part of the Lakers' squad is doing well in their respective roles. A good way for him not to push too much while in Season compared to what he did when he perfectly played the whole 82 season games and 22 playoffs+Finals games last 2017-18 with an average of 36 minutes per game. That was a very tiring thing to do.

You should take note that Lebron James won the NBA Finals in 2016 with an injured Cleveland Cavaliers. Most of the time their big three in the series wasn't complete with Kevin Love and Kyrie having injuries of their own Lebron still managed to win the game and got back from a 3-1 lead in the finals which surely does say that he is no ordinary star player but a very good one. With things looking out I think that Lebron has the team he wanted and he waited for at least a season for this to happen and I think he and the Lakers have a good chance of taking the championship home.

With AD and the rest of the Lakers today, the chance is much higher than the last Cavs where Irving left them and choke out losing with the powerhouse Warriors. If you'll going to analyze aside from injuries where it will really hurts the team, but as long as Lebron will play demanding the ball and create the play either for him or for his teammates the chance of going back to the finals is still possible for this 35 yrs old monster.

I am still rooting for a different team rather than the Lakers.
Clippers is there and so is the Dallas. I am betting on those two.

Even without Kuzma, Davis is more important to play as he is a big reason for the Lakers success this season.

Like what you have said it's hard to predict since both teams are good and have super stars who can lift the team to win. Lebron will be playing without Davis once again though it's not sure yet whether AD will be playing or not but the question is who's going to shine up between this two teams who are also possible to meet in the finals if everything will go along smoothly and no injuries that will happened to all the best players from both squads.
