Game 1 for the Nuggets and Blazers, this is another high scoring game IMO but I like the home team to team to take the first win.
It's gonna be tough for Lillard's team as Jokic has been very dominant inside, and this guy is a passer and can find open teammates.

How are they gonna stop Jokic tonight? Let's see but doubt they can.

I'm seeing another 30+ points for Jokic in game 1.  Lips sealed
That's right, Nuggets win and Jokic got 37 points, he dominated the inside play and put this in front of the home crowd, very tough for Lilard even he have got 39 points on it's own, the battle between this two silent stars is really much anticipated, they needed to lift the spirit high and make sure that the team will play together, both do have the chance to avance, the question will be, who's are too eager and dedicated to win.

76'ers is up against Toronto but not that big. It's a close match right now. Almost end of the third quarter. This will be a interesting game and 76'ers is trying to avoid a 0-2 deficit.

Leonard already with 26 points already. Again, this is playoff time, that's why defense is really that good and we may see a lot of low scoring games.

Raptors rally and even taken the lead, now in the 4th quarter, they are down again.
This is a good game and I think the sixers will take game 2 today.

It was not enough though, as they have lost game 2 94-89. Jimmy Butler has a big game today, scoring 30 points. But it was a tough battle because Toronto keeps coming back in the end of 3rd and in the 4th quarter. But they fell short, Embiid hit a crucial drive with 2.4 seconds left to give them a 3 point lead and Harris sealing the victory with 2 free throws.
That's why I call it a good game because it was a competitive one, although Raptors are down in the beginning but they never give up.
The last open shot which is a 3 point shot if it went down, we could have seen an overtime, but it's not really a day for the Raptors.

It's officially 1-1 now. (even)

James Harden played bad today he made 9 out of his 28 shots and that includes 4 three pointers made out of 16 shots, the only reason he made 35 points tonight was the 13 free throws he made. He played so bad that even P.J. Tucker who has 0 pts in the match had a higher +/- rating than him. If he keeps this up than I don't think Houston would even win one game even at their home as this team shouldn't rely on Harden doing the work as they know that GSW will be focusing on shutting him down.
Low scoring game as both the Warriors and Rockets are offensive teams. James Harden scored 35 points but only two of his teammates scored in double figures while 5 players for the Warriors scored in double figures. The Warriors put a premium on defense against Harden, as long as they minimize the output of Harden i think the Warrior's chance to win the series are good.

I was about to bring that up, it was a low scoring game for such a high tempo team. So it really means the defence has tighten up or players are pressured. Interesting to note as well the Curry seems to be committing a lot of fouls in this playoffs. They really did a good job on Harden, GSW just stay with him and didn't take his bait. Even Looney just put his arms up and dancing with Harden. I don't know how many alleyoop he did, but GSW is watching that as well.

....They need to get over it.

Mistakes, errors and what else should have been done are surely discussed now by Bucks.

That Game 1 loss should served as wake up call for them to do some adjustments. This is their first loss in post-season and looks like they was surprised coming from an "easy" opponent to a difficult one. Relax indeed.

They were literally 3 behind and harden had a shot to tie the game and he still went for waving his arms and falling down and asking for foul instead of pushing through the foul and shooting a proper shot. He lived with fouls and he died with fouls so I felt great.

Surely he wants to bucket it and not just to gained a foul. I think he realized in mid-air that it will miss so he try to steal a foul which the refs didn't called. That was a closed one. Durant surely will be pissed-off if his last second turnover results into losing that game.

I felt both amazing and sad for the rockets-warriors game. There was a lot of games where harden got cheap calls and he literally works to get calls so I hate harden with all my heart but I have nothing against rockets as a team, whereas I like warriors but I am so done with them it has been what 5 years now ? I think it is time we get some changes. So, when this game started and harden tried to get contact and get fouls ALL game once again like he always does but when refs didn't give any fouls he was literally helpless, all his best work is getting fouls and if he can't get the calls he is not saving any game at all.

Why is anyone not talking about Celtics winning against Milwaukee in game 1?

Because Milwaukee loss in game 1? LOL.
We have a lot of Bucks fans here, including me of course, and I'm surprise with a huge upset in game 1.

Yeah I am also one who is rooting for the Bucks.

There are points for me into why they lose the game.
1. When Giannis Antetokounmpo is not winning the fight in the paint, their coach is taking him out. Very wrong.
Giannis is young and he can even play that 48 minutes of the game. Let him heat up.

2. Eric Bledsoe is shaking. One play there is when Bledsoe is looking for someone to pass the ball and yet there is no one guarding him. He still did not shoot the ball.

3. Screens. Give Giannis some screens and not the other way around.

4. It should always be Giannis, Giannis, Giannis. That is the only play. He can shoot or dunk and even pass the ball when he is doubled.

Conclusion: They are being eaten by what happened last year. They need to get over it.

Even though I don't like Harden's style of play because he always tries to draw a foul he was definitely fouled on that 3 pointer.  Winning game 1 was crucial for the Rockets to win this series.

Right, but they have lost game 1 already so I guess they are not at a disadvantage.

Boston is looking really good and I think they will the team to come out of the East.

Based on their last performance? Yes, but Toronto also showed a lot of heart against Philly so it's a tossed up between Boston and Toronto.

I couldn't believe the Spurs didn't foul in the closing seconds in game 7, that is just unacceptable.

Also surprises me, but I guess coach has some plans that didn't work out in the closing seconds.

Kyrie Irving had an amazing performance yesterday but still I don't think that the whole team looks good.
It was more of Antetokoumpo's performance that let Celtics win. He was so outplayed and he could't reach his top of his performance and show that he is one of the best players in the NBA championship this year.

Very huge upset. I didn't think it this way but it does. Giannis having 7 makes in 21 attempts look kinda not the Giannis we saw from the first round. Well, it's normal for the team to look for Giannis at every possession. Hands down to Al in giving Giannis a hard time finding the basket. As I'm watching the game, I thought to myself that for every possession that Bucks have had, whenever Giannis has the ball, he directly will go to the basket. And for that some sort of mentality of him, you can see 2-4 people guarding him.  Grin. No joke, 2-4.
If they won't adjust, they will suffer the same devastating loss.
Celtics have their own star player but they played well as a team, Tatum hasn't scored much in this game and it's not necessary since the bench players have really stepped up. I hope game 2 will be an opposite and we will see a dominating performance of the bucks so they can silence the critics.

True story, most of the people here love and are fans of Bucks hehe.

I'm also upset that our very Giannis' team lost to their first game. They lost even with the home court advantage, kudos to Celtics, Kyrie Irving did great to this game.

In game 2, it should not only be Giannis who should step up, he needs his teammates to be aggressive an score, they cannot go down 0-2 as it they might be eliminated early.
I'll tune in for the game 2 and I'll go along with some bet and ofcourse with Bucks.

We can't say if it will be 0-2, there's plenty of games to come for Bucks and Celtics.
In this playoffs so far, we have witnessed that both teams can win on the road, so Bucks losing at home is normal, still bucks is the favorites here though Celtics already got 1 win, but if this would go 2-0 for celtics, this would be a different story, so it's like a do or die game for the Bucks in game 2.
Betting with the bucks is good, but you can buy points since the spread is so high being the favorites.

I was a bit shocked when I see that the Bucks lost against the Celtics in their home in Game 1 but I think this is a waking call for them that they must not be too cocky. A huge upset in this game and I didn't expect it to be honest. Now those who bet for the Celtics won around 100-200% of their bet Cheesy. I'm a Bucks fan too but I'm still with the Warriors Cheesy

Warriors won against the Rockets in game 1 but its just a 4 point game. They must step up a bit if they want to beat the Rockets. We know how the Rockets play.
