So it will be game 7 for the East. Let us see the West tomorrow if they will also go for game 7.

Lebron did a nice job rotating the ball and I think 4 players in Cavs have double digits in score.
Love is out but theyall stepped up. I dont think he will be injured. It might just be still hurting that is why he didnt come back. We will see him again at Game 7.

Van Gundy says, "who says homecourt is not an issue?"
That made me smile a bit. But it doesnt really work in the West side. Grin

With Chris Paul being ruled out of tomorrow's game I don't think that the Houston Rockets have a good shot at taking the Finals spot in game 6. And to see that the game will be held on Oracle Arena with the Warriors having a Home Court advantage chances are they might go to Game 7 as well. Its the first time in many years I have seen fours teams battle it out this close. Whoever goes to the next round will be worthy to faced the other side.

Chances are, there will be Game 7 as well on the West as Chris Paul will missed their first attempt to go to the Finals. We all noticed that Houston only uses or played 7 players on rotation, and missing the vital link will really affect their game.

Harden will be again put on a greater pressure specially on the offense. If Warriors can get good defense on him and force him some turovers, we might see another Game 7 as well.

That is a possibility if Houston dont give their all on this game 6 later.
There is one thing I am worried again.
Like you said they got 7 players rotating and now missing Chris Paul.
If they lose to this game 6 there may also be chances that they are fatigued on Game 7. So they really have to do finish it if they want the Finals.

Hate to see games with injuries at last minutes. It will be the first Finals of Paul but look how shitty life is. Grin

Team coordination would be much effective if all players would really be on rotation and as expected Lebron would really push the game to 7 and this would really be a good time to bet. Going all in to Cavs this time.
Cleveland Cavaliers in Game 7!

Probably just a concussion for Kevin Love. Rest is needed and I'm sure that he will be back for the crucial Game 7. James took over the game so its really hard to see them losing in Game 7 however, I still think that home court will be big for Celtics. We can't rally asked for more, James really shows that he can carry this Cavaliers to the finals. He hits dagger 3's and even have a look at Tatum as if so say you are not good enough to defend me, you are still a rookie, Boy!!!. LOL.

Anybody else love Shaqtin' a Fool?

Well I'm one of them watching in online though and no players are excepted from Shaqtin though and its really fun to see those guys making those kind of ridiculuos mistakes.

I only watched it though online in Youtube so I don't know if there's some latest upload. So yes, sometimes its better to watch those kind of segment and away from the grinds and enjoy and have a good laugh at NBA players.

Cavs won on Game 6 against Celtics 109 - 99. I think its expected because in this series, the team who is in their home wins the game. Now will the Celtics win on their home for Game 7? Or James will dominate on the court of TD Garden with Love still injured with his head.

I like how the Cavs play this time. James dominated as usual but the help is there especially for the bench players of the Cavs. What is your prediction in Game 7? Will the home team win or not Cheesy.

I cannot really give a solid prediction between these two teams, because the Celtics plays very well in this series. While on the other hand Lebron is hard to defeat in game 7's that even Paul Pierce said, he wont trust the young Celtics to compete against Lebron in game 7. He knew it, because he's been through it.
Nevethless, its a good match up for the ECF series.

Huge blow for the Houston Rockets as Chris Paul is said to miss the crucial Game Six against the Golden State Warriors because he has sustained a hamstring injury the team said earlier today.

I thought so.
That face before the end of the 4th quarter tells it all.
He is just forcing to get up so that he wont look weak at his team mates and not let the focus out of the game.
He is a good actor and it looked like justa cramp but it is his history of injury.
Now Houston, what will you do to fill up that blank. They dont even have a good 2nd team. They cannot force it all to Harden or he will be fatigued just like Lebron.

Sounds like an easy win for the GSW in game 6 right? Lets see what will happen, if someone will step up in behalf of chris paul except harden.
I think Paul wont be able to comeback even if they can make it to the finals?
I hate watching the finals with an unhealthy team, specially the superstars.
it's rally unfortunate just when it looked like the Warriors were going to lose the series .now they somehow have the advantage even though they're facing elimination as they are still 3-2 behind. Houston was already on players going down from 7 men to now 6.  they have to use now Gordon as a CP3 in the starting lineup while Green will be the 6th man they are really in though spot and no guards in their bench to fill Everyone is either older or slower just can't keep up with the pace on the floor so i guess James Harden has the opportunity to become legendary with the unfortunate injury to Chris Paul so maybe this will go to a game 7 or will James Harden lay to rest any MVP discussions.

Isn't it exciting though? The top teams slugging it out and both of them are not giving any edge. I thought the Warriors is really done with the losses but the momentum shifts again. I agree with you that Gordon will be used as they have no other options but now. James Harden really needs to come up big so that everyone will have no doubt that he is the real MVP and doesn't wilt under pressure.

I don't think game six will be easy for GSW.  CP3 is a crazy talented player, but the rockets bench runs really deep.   I think if they maintain how they are playing and the culture they have built I feel someone will step up and not perform as well as CP3 of course, but maybe 2 or 3 of the "others" will put up amazing games in a situation like this and I think Houston closes out the series in six.

Let's take a break for the moment for playoffs discussions. Smiley

Here are the All-NBA team squad:

First Team:
James Harden,  LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard , Kevin Durant

Second Team:
DeMar DeRozan, Joel Embiid, LaMarcus Aldridge, Russell Westbrook, Giannis Antetokounmpo

Third Team:
Stephen Curry, Victor Oladipo, Karl-Anthony Towns, Paul George, and Jimmy Butler.

My respond:
a) Where's Chris Paul Huh
b) Seriously Lillard over Westbrook? Not a fan of Beastbrook here but we are talking about first team here.
c) I'd rather place Victor Oladipo on Second team in exchange to LA.
d) Steph Curry missed lots of games but still got a spot.

For those who doesn't understand what's NBA All-team is all about, head to description at Wiki for much detailed information. Smiley

I like what was happening in the NBA 2018 playoffs. If I remember it right, this is the first time that the West and the East have this type of competition in the playoffs. The Warriors and the Cavs are down 3-2. It only shows that there's still a chance for other teams and its not just the warrior-cavs rematch every year. I hope that Houston and Cavs will make it to the finals. Warriors are just too strong so we all know who will be the champs if they make it to the NBA finals. Glad that they are down 3-2.

Obviously it's not the first time.

The start of Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors conference dominance start on 2015 playoffs where LeBron James came back on his original team and Steve Kerr named as rookie coach for the Warriors (Season 2014-2015). Since then, both teams are having a good playoff run each year and always meet at NBA finals. But the dominance is much more noticed at the Warriors especially when superstar MVP Kevin Durant joined them turning them to a more monster team.

And now both teams are downed by 2-3. Let's see if they will able to breached their respective challenges as their opposing teams are competitive too.

Can we see again a same team in the finals? Or the streak will now be ended by Celtics and Rockets? Let's wait... Cool

I think he is talking about how competitive the teams are because the game is almost unpredictable. WCF do not care if it is a home court or not. We can see that both Houston and GSW have stolen a win from both homecourt making Houston break the GSW record of not losing there.

At the other side. The young player of Celtics taking the lead also but also using their homecourt advantage. We know Lebron and the Cavs are good even in the road but still the Boston prevented that from happening for not losing in their home.

Now what will it be. Just like harizen says, who will take the the crown? Will it be a new one or will it still be just like before?
Bets will be getting higher in Game 7. (if there will be one)

The Houston Rockets are indeed trying their very best and they are just a game away from for winning Western Conference title and to me as soon as they go to the finals, they are going to win the Championship irrespective of who they meet from the Eastern conference.
