Boston is now really back, two wins in a row, and both in a easy way
expected Miami to go Florida NHL route, sweep from position 8, but they are looking exhausted at the moment

Boston will obviously make finals with Denver more interesting, Miami would hardly get any win if they enter big finals
looking forward to next match, are we going to game 7, and big turnover

Yep! Celtics are indeed back! But will they manage to win the next game of the series ? that is the big question. Because no team has had a comeback from 3-0 in NBA history and I don't think Boston will be the one to break it and most likely series will go 4-2.

I agree with you that Celtics vs Denver will be a better final but Heat has proved this playoffs that they are indeed a good team that deserves to play the finals.
Celtics is not out yet, they are able to win 2 games and I think game 6 will also be a big win for them. Celtics might be the first team to create new history, let's just find out.

Heat proves a lot already from being a number 8 team going into the finals if they want to advance they should act better in game 6. Hard to choose which team will win honestly .

We sometimes overreact due to the Celtics' comeback. However, let's look at the big picture. The Celtics won one on the road, which is acceptable, and won Game 5 at home, which is also fine. But the Heat won't allow themselves to lose again. Game 6 is their final opportunity, and they need to treat it that way. I believe Butler will be in cheat mode in Game 6 and will help end the series. The timing is great as it's a home game.

I'm sure bettors won't be placing their bets on the Celtics, given their two-game winning streak. However, the Heat in Game 6 will undoubtedly be a different team compared to the last two games.
Let's hope so because I will be betting for them again.

I just have doubts and not because the Miami Heat is not a skillful team, it is because they are undermanned now. Gabe Vincent is hurt and I hope he can play in Game 6. Caleb Martin almost hurt himself too in the game tonight. Just one more bad injury will put the Miami Heat down because they are forced now to use their reserve to fill the holes in their roster.
Haywood Highsmith did not play much in this playoffs unless it's garbage time but tonight Coach Spo was forced to put him in because of their lack of players. Kevin Love cannot stay for so long because of his ankle injury, Lowry also cannot play the full 40 minutes. This will be up to Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler now. They must play in a higher level, maybe higher than their last 3 wins in games 1 to 3.
The tide of the series are shifting in Boston direction. If Boston wins the game 6 it will be their series to lose but it will be hard to win it in Florida. Butler needs good night to make it happen.

Looks like Boston wasn’t ready to go fishing just yet. They outplayed the Heat in pretty much every category and with Bam being Miami’s leading scorer it won’t be easy for them to get a win. The Heat are still in control of this series so there isn’t reason to panic just yet, but I’m sure they don’t want to lose the next one and let this go to game 7.

No panic yet, but there will be a developing one comes game 6 especially when the Celtics are still in rhythm and will most probably going to outplay the Heat. 2 consecutive blowout games doesn't sound good to me even when the Heat is up 1 game away from the Finals. Like what I've said, they should never be comfortable until the job is done. Jimmy needs to wake up and shake things up to awaken his inner Jordan. Another lose on Saturday means they're most likely gonna throw this one away. Thing that I don't want it to happen as it validates the ESPN's analyst on the Heat's chances of winning, I can't take it that's just straight forward disrespectful.
Hope the Heat will finish this one up in game 6, because they're not gonna like it heading to game 7 lacking a lot of momentum.

A need for big adjustment for the Heat especially for Jimmy. Bam can't carry it alone, but with the whole squad, the winning chance is still good
for the Heat moving back home.

I would love to see Jimmy pressing the button of his cheat mode. Earlier it was the shooting stroke of Boston, especially the 3's that hurt
Miami as they really dominated from the rainbow arc.

Tight defense and good rotations of the ball is what I'm expecting from the Heat playing at home.

Jimmy won't have a bad game every time; he'll get better, especially on their home court. The Celtics have been fortunate to secure two straight wins, but they need to remember that the Heat only need one win to end the series. Therefore, the Heat must give everything they have in Game 6. It's now or never for them because losing Game 6 is akin to losing the series. It's not realistic to expect a win in Game 7 at the opponent's home court.

Jimmy's success leans on the teams 3 point shooting.  Jimmy plays in the paint and within 18 feet of the bucket.  If the heat don't light it up from beyond the arc the other teams can just pack it in tight and chokehold his game.  Weirdly enough Jimmy suffered with Vincent out of the starting lineup.  Heat have to win game 6 otherwise I think this one is over for them if it goes to a game 7.

No one expected this to happen since they almost gave that game 3 and they look like they gonna give up the season this year but guess what? they know only trail 2 games to snatch to the NBA finals and the Heat cannot afford to give them such an easy win again if they don't want to be the laughing stock this year they will gonna surpass the Lakers if they just lost after a 3-0 advantage against the Boston Celtics. now that they are 1 game away to push game 7, I wonder what will be the plan for the Miami Heat because so far it's not working for them in these last 2 games. they need to win this round because they need to prove to themselves that they can win championships without the help of LBJ and Wade.

I really don't want to say that it is already a close game for the Miami Heat now that the Boston Celtics have gotten their momentum but only 1 win for the Heat and they are advancing if in the next game and the Boston Celtics are exhausted then it will surely be a win for the Miami Heat, but I really want the Boston Celtics to advance than with the Miami Heat but I have lost a bet for the Miami Heat and looking at the game of the Celtics it is a viable thing if the Celtics can get a technical match against the Denver Nuggets than with the Miami heat in my opinion,

If the Boston Celtics advance, we will have an evenly matched betting situation, as both Denver and the Celtics are top teams. Currently, as I checked the betting lines, Miami is listed as +3 in Game 6, while the Celtics are now at 2.10 odds to win the series. So, for those who believe that the Celtics will come back and make history, it's a good opportunity with favorable odds. It would be wise to take advantage of it now, as the odds are likely to drop if a Game 7 is played.

Outplayed indeed, and the Boston Celtics have shaken the Miami Heat in this game, right now the Miami Heat is struggling to get their rhythm back and now that the Celtics have surely exposed the Heat's defensive strategy if this continues until game 6 then game 7 will be a sure win for the Celtics, 2 more game for the Celtics and this is game for them while 1 more win for the Heat and they are advancing to the finals,

There are probably a lot of underestimation to what the Celtics can do to Miami in this game. If I were Miami, I should have given my all in game 4. Now the Celtics have gotten so much momentum from just 1 winning game. That was enough for them to get fully fueled up to dominating the Heat once again in game 5. This series is bound to be long and challenging now. Great job to the Celtics for getting back after buried 3-0.

You are right this is the error that the Miami Heat have made and I think they don't have any answer yet to the offense of the Boston Celtics, and as the saying goes the ball is faster than man, and this is what the Celtics are doing just shooting the ball from afar, and not engaging in the paint, I think this is the Miami Heat's fault for forcing the Boston Celtics into something like we don't imagine, but this could now be a very difficult game to predict, for sure

Gabe Vincent's absence was a significant loss for the Heat, and hopefully, he'll be able to play in Game 6 as it's a crucial game for them. The Celtics have already dominated the Heat in the last two games, so if the Heat remain undermanned, the Celtics might make history by coming back from a 0-3 deficit and winning the series.

Hard for heat to do that since Celtics is gaining back the momentum plus their one of contributor is injured so if Vincent will not play on game 6 maybe there chances to win decreased. I guess Celtics now dictating the phase of the game and its really good if Heat will adjust since if they cannot answer the offensive sets provided by celtics most provably they might get choke this series.

Miami still have 2 chance to defeat Celtics so hopefully their 2 straight losses cannot affect their morale.

Now that they are only 1 win ahead the nerves might come into play for Miami.

They looked dominating and full of energy and confidence in those first 3 games but now you can see that they definitely feel the pressure.
Sometimes the smallest things can change a series and it would be amazing if Boston can rally back to win this one.

Denver is waiting and I'm not sure if that's good or bad for them. Once the finals start they will have rested for 10 days, it sounds like an advantage but they can also feel a bit "rusty" after that time. Game 1 will show us of course but until then we have to find their opponent first. I'm still with Miami. I fell they can close it out at home this time.

The Nuggets are a pretty strong team for now even they have the upper hand, maybe because some players can be relied on and are superior to other teams.
Right now, they are considered the best team due to their performance in the conference finals. However, I believe that whichever team advances to the NBA finals has a decent chance of making the series very interesting.
Yes you are right and the Nuggets have proven it and they managed to have a chance to make the series interesting but for Miami I don't believe they can. Grin

I honestly don't think Miami will be able to close out the series.

Let's just see, if they can't do it in 5, then I think the series will likely end in 6 at Heat's homecourt

Miami Heat vs Denver Nuggets is the NBA Finals Matchup.
In the 5th match Boston won the match again as I expected with a score of 110 - 97 so while the winnings from the 7 matches that will last will be 2 - 3.
Hopefully, in matches 6 and 7, Boston can beat Miami again.

I can still remember what Smart, and Brown said in an interview before Game 4. They said "Don't give them 1."
Heat lost in Game 4, and that's where the Celtics gained momentum. Now the Celtics won again in Game 5 110-97.

Now we are seeing the Celtics that we used to see back in the regular season. The Celtics team who is shooting threes at a high percentage. The Celtics team who is at the top when it comes to defense. The Celtics again shot 41% from the three point area, and now they're 38-2 when they are shooting more than 40% from behind the arc. Aside from that, the Celtics' defense lead the Heat to have 16 turnovers, and scored 19 from it. The Heat didn't took the lead the whole game. The Celtics got the momentum from the start of the game, and never looked back ever since. 4 starters of the Celtics scored 20+ points or more. They also manage to stop Butler and score only 14 points.

As for the Heat, well it's good still that the points has been distributed to all of the players, and it just shows that anybody can still score, and take over the game, but in a game like this, it's good that you will rely more on your star player, and that is Butler. Putting all of your trust on him to score would be better in closeout games like this. With this, the Heat are giving the Celtics more momentum to make a history.

Now the series is back again in Miami's home. Would you expect the Celtics to make history, and force a Game 7, and win it on their home? Or we will see the Heat closing out this series in Game 6?

If this kind of poor game from the Heat will carry on in game 6, we already know the answer. But I doubt Coach Spo would not do something about it. For two consecutive games now, the Celtics are not just beating Miami's game, they were able to maintain a wide margin. This is worrisome. After this game 5, Coach Spo probably has what Joe Mazzulla had after game 3. This can't go on like this. Something will be done.

The way I see it, if proper adjustments will be made, the series will end in game 6. Game 6 will be the last time the Heat will be playing in their own Miami. If they fail this time around, history might be made when the Celtics will go back to Boston for game 7.

I highly doubt that Celtics could do anything to win, not just game based but the series. Why? Because not only they are trailing 3-1, you need them to win one more to put pressure on Heat, then another one if they can snatch a win, and then another one thanks to momentum... That's 3 games in a row and you are expecting Heat to just be dumbfounded during all this time? Obviously not, just a single game, one game where the ball doesn't drop as well as you hope for, and you got yourself a loss of the series.

I still think that Heat will end it tonight and we are going to see them get a few days rest, it is going to be an easy game for them and I do not see a way out of this by Celtics, no matter how much they try and how hard they work, it won't happen.

How can you say this will be an easy game for them. Gabe Vincent is out and they are playing in Boston.  Closeout games are really hard this will be anything but easy.  My guess is that Boston wins by around 15 or so.  If mii doesn't take out the crowd early this is going to be a long night for miami.

As we saw early in the game, the Heat have been dominated by Boston. I'm not sure if Boston will be able to end the series tonight. Not having Gabe Vincent, who is a great defender and scorer, is a big problem for the Heat. However, let's see if the Heat can come back. Maybe you are right that the Bosston will win by 15 points, but let's wait until the game is over.
