Obviously, it's very different for any team to play in the road and if you don't have your number one scorer then life is hard against the thousand of fans cheering against you in a arena, very hostile crowd.

But I do think that the Warriors will just have to get a good win in the road vs a top team, just one win and they sure will get back their confidence winning away from home. And hopefully the second unit will bring his confidence as well on the road to help Poole and Klay Thompson offensively.

I sure wish it could happen, the confidence in playing away is what the 2nd unit of the Warriors needed right now, but for some reason, I am happy that Jordan Poole is doing great on his own, but at the same time feeling worried for the future of the Golden State Warriors with this kind of improvement means an increase of payment aswell, so there could be a player that is going out of the Warriors team, well this is for the next season, I am worried about but right now the Warriors are doing fine and that is all that matters,

Well, right now Warriors' away game will not happen until January 14 against the Spurs, so we can surely see if Jordan Poole can conquer that away game in no time because Stephen Curry will return on January 16,

Jordan Poole has the talent but he is not as clutch as Curry and Thompson, the splash brothers really are the reasons of the success of the Warriors. Poole getting added as a talent, he can be a good 2nd unit so they will not run out of offense. Once Curry will come back, no way Poole will be able to get his numbers now as the offense will be focus back to Curry.

I really think that is the real role of Jordan Poole for the Warriors he can not surely replace Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson just yet, but it is only the beginning for this kid and there is so much ceiling for improvement for him, and knowing the Warriors system will surely see him in a different light when he went on the other teams or if he becomes a player of another team, and because he already incorporated that Warriors way of a play Jordan Poole will be a big addition to every team he'd joined, that could change the pace of the game and the showmanship he always brings to the table many teams will  surely want something like Stephen Curry in their team but younger, and Stephen Curry have said to him that he his own,

^ Not just a triple double, but Jokic had a near flawless night in Denver’s win over the Celtics. He shot 100% from 3 point range, 100% from the free throw line, and had 0 turnovers. He missed 3 of 13 shots otherwise he would have had a game for the record books. 30/12/12 isn’t bad either. Denver is going to cause some problems in the postseason this year.

Bucks losing at their home court, gonna be very hard to swallow at the start of the year. I didn't watch the game but when I look at the scores per player, it seems that Giannis take a rest as well? as they were lead by Bobby Portis. So no Giannis and no Middleton and Jrue Holiday equals big lost for them.

On the other big games, the Nuggets beat the Celtics as it is the battle of the top seed in both conference.

Jokic another triple double, Jamal Murray didn't play but MP Jr did and had a good contribution at 19 points.

I think Nash would have been fine along with the Nets if they just gave them some time.

I have to agree with this but the Nets are under pressure as they really need to consider what's the best thing to do that will benefit the whole team.

If only they can keep Nash and Durant at the same time, things will go smoothly. A personal problem between them that is not exactly mentioned and surely no solutions to solve that not unless there is someone that needed to be let go.

Moving forward, seems the Nets are now slowly seeing the results of their decision. Hope to keep it that way.

We only did hear the issue between Durant and Nash from insider news, neither really claim or denied that there is some friction between them. But in the end, Nash has to make a sacrifice and after he left we didn't hear anything negative from Durant.

But let's be honest, after Nash left the team is in better shape now. So the decision is good for the Nets management to fire him and then kept Durant and Irving for at least this season as they have the longest running streak now if I'm not mistaken. And it's going to be a great run for them if ever they go the Eastern conference finals because they were close 2 years ago.

That left Steve Nash with no choice because the Nets management chose the superstar Kevin Durant over him and moved-on to find another head coach in replacement of Steve Nash. I'm just inclined that they chose not to disclose the real issue because there's really no reason on their behalf to let the public know, freeing Steve Nash was already enough news for the public to know.

And honestly, that got me thinking that the Nets will really have a hard time this season because of the unnecessary firing of Nash but I'm surprised to see the opposite thing because it turns out that they are on a much comfortable situation now without Nash. Now, they are sitting next to the Boston Celtics in the ECF.

The Sacramento Kings have been surprising this year, at least to me.  I didn't expect them to be on top of their division but there is one secret weapon that I was unaware of and hadn't considered...  The beam.  People in Sacramento, including the players, are going nuts over lighting the beam when they win games.  I've honestly never heard anything like it.  I think all teams should adopt something similar.  The sense of pride folks are feeling when seeing that light after a win I truly believe is a motivational factor.  Trading for Sabonis wasn't such a bad move either.  Smiley
The Pelicans is doing great this season as well. Not to mention Ingram is out because of toe injury and still unsure when he will come back but he says he will once he feel 100% ready. Good decision from him, better be healthy before playoffs. CJ, Zion, and him found their rythm. They are sure a contender this coming playoffs.

Don't want to get hyped on how Sacramento Kings are doing so far but even with their impressive performance this season, that would change once it's now playoffs time just in case they were able to get a playoff spot.

Sabonis, can't argue that this guy is really good but it's not that he's on his every day's best compare.

Missed those days when Sacramento Kings is always a big contender and threat, that was way back in Webber's dominance when he was surrounded by good role players e.g Bibby, Christie, Stojakovic, Williams (who always doing insane assists).

The Memphis Grizzlies are one of the most ambitious teams of the West this season as well. The Sacramento Kings, which they will host tonight, had a remarkable performance especially in November. They closed the month of December with a rating of 8-6. They have shared their trump card twice this season. Memphis won in the first game and Sacramento in the second game as the away teams. The Sacramento Kings manage to win the overall handicap in their last game in Memphis. Therefore, even if they lose in this match, i think they can stay in the handicap. They have that potential.

I expect a more comfortable Memphis win tonight. Even though Kings had a good form they hardly won their last matches. Their defense has problems and they concede too many points. Morant is on form and Jackson and Bane also help him scoring. Adams is a big threat in the paint. I'd pick him over Sabonis.
About handicaps I see +7.5 for Kings. I think Memphis can easily get a two digit difference win. So I don't agree with your post at all.

Normally the Memphis Grizzlies are a much stronger team and won this game without difficulty. But the Grizzlies have always struggled against strong teams in their last games. They played against teams like Pelicans, Suns, GSW and for some reason I think they will be tired in this match.
So in this next match it looks like the Sacramento Kings have a chance to win the game Smiley

They won against the lead leading team the Pelicans in their last game but it was close, against the Warriors they were blow away and so much with their trash talking as they haven't established anything yet in the league. So instead of Ja and Bane opening their mouths, they should focus on the game itself and try to proved that they can do anything with Ja in his prime.

Yes, Sacramento is one of the biggest surprises specially when they got Sabonis, it seems everything has click on their end. So he is a good addition to the team, I mean he is really good, even when he was still with the Pacers. But with the Kings, it was a different Sabonis, however they are going to travel on the road so it's going to be a big test for them to win, but again with Sabonis and others playing good, they will have a good chance to win here, just saying.

I honestly do not think that Beam has absolutely anything to do with their wins Cheesy. I mean sure it's a good motivator but if you are bad then you are bad and you won't be winning games anyway. The difference is that their division has been filled with teams which are not good this year.

Suns was the only team that was good, Warriors were champions but both lacking Steph and they sucked all year, Lakers has been bad since the title, clippers filled with injured players and so forth, it is not because Kings are good, in fact they are 5th in the west, so not that great at all in the west and lacking many games so they could drop a lot as well, like if they lose 4 in a row, they could drop under the playoff spot all together.

On another subject, Luka is doing unbelievable things and we can't not talk about it. Last 3 games: 48.67 points - 13 rebounds - 10.67 assists. I mean, come on. Even though he is not one of the players I personally like, he is surely amazing. Doncic is a person who works with trash talk like MJ. More precisely, if you trash talk to doncic, you are most likely activating doncic's god mode and unpleasant things are happening on the field. Devin booker tested it last year, for example. He is one of the most exciting players right now and definitely one of the most important players for play offs, maybe the most important one.
Pops said he will try to keep Luka Doncic under 50 points in that game against the Spurs. He made 51.  Grin
Jason Kidd said he was not the type who trains hard but when it comes to competing, her inner monster will come out. What more if this guy is training like hell?
Luka is truly amazing, his skill set is unique, and he can slow the phase down or speed it up by creating a fast break by passing the ball for a home run like what he did versus the Spurs, I think he made 5 home runs there.
Whenever he and Jokic will have a match, I will definitely not miss it. That's like a battle of the geniuses.

Poole getting added as a talent, he can be a good 2nd unit so they will not run out of offense. Once Curry will come back, no way Poole will be able to get his numbers now as the offense will be focus back to Curry.

Poole needs to make work of handling the ball around and not just relying heavily on passes and assists to make a play. Currently, all eyes are on him and Thompson as they're the ones putting in the points and getting the gears going for GSW while Curry is away. The good thing with GSW is most of them know how to score points from the three-point area, so it's not really that hard to rotate the ball around whenever the defense is tight. But going back to Poole, I think he's a great talent, obviously not just a substitute and can complement his playing style with Curry. The guy knows how to play with the team when he doesn't need to do the scoring, it's just that when he's the one tasked to do so, he kind forgets that it's not a 1v9 game.

They are very impressive on their recent wins at home, without Curry, they still manage to win. Also, there was one game where Thompson rested, they still win, that's really impressive. however, I'm concerned about their road record, because as good as they are at their home, they are playing worst when they are on the road.

Probably it is a problem if they are winning at home but losing on the road is surely bothersome I think the Warriors without Curry can not do it, Jordan Poole is used in the limelight with the cheering fans with him, but surely for a player hearing negative things with your crown could surely affect your performance and your productivity, this is a psychological thing with basketball and I think Stephen Curry has already clear those tendencies when playing on the road now it is time for Jordan Poole to clear his head up and try to be out of the open for once,

I think Klay can carry Poole in terms of mental fortitude and conditioning the mind of the rookie on the road. Plus you have Wiggins nearing his return to the game. The rookie's got the best support that he can get on the team, all the while proving to people that he's the real deal and his talent is not only for his home court. They just need a little more wiggle to find their groove, and even though they've lost a lot recently on the road, I still believe that they'll be able to bounce back and get a good record before Curry joins the team after resting from his injury.

Lebron will break the record no doubt. Doesn't matter when, but I think records should be broken down by decades or changed when new rules are introduced. Kareem had played 3/4ths of his career by the time 3 pointers were added in the NBA not that he would have shot many, but Lebron has shot and made a ton.

The three-point line was added to the NBA in the 79/80 season, which means Kareem had a chance to make three-pointers for 10 seasons as he finished his career in the 88/89 season. Just out of curiosity, I checked his stats, and it looks like he didn't want to make three-pointers at all, given that he made only 18 attempts and only scored one three-pointer in that time. So this rule had no effect on Kareem's performance because he didn't even try to score from the three-point line.

The game between the Heat and the Jazz is intense. It looks like the refs are trying to rig the game to give the Jazz a chance to win, the foul called when Lauri try to shoot beyond the arc was wrong, there was no foul, it is very clear in the replay, and yet the refs are happy to call that foul. All FT attempts are successfully shoot but Herro was the Hero of the game as he had the last shot to win the game.

He has been questioned because of his performance not looking good in their past games but this time, he proved them wrong and they are working to snatch that number 6th spot after this incredible win by Herro. if they can follow this one with some number of wins, they are not gonna be far from securing that spot this month. They were really a good thing with constant appearances in the NBA playoffs these past years. Will they gonna get back to the finals this time?
Their offensive performance is not stable. This could be their biggest disadvantage. They can't be consistent enough offensively and losing too much games when they should have won on the paper. I personally like their stars but Bam Adebayo and Herro is not too much reliable players. There was a joke about Bam on twitter: “cryptocurrency in a human form”. I can't help but agree, except in the end, one will win through crypto but can't be sure to win with Adebayo.

Poor Bulls, they made a huge comeback against the Cavs, but feel short when DeRozan missed a jumper in the dying seconds.

This team needs to play solid 48 minutes of basketball and not just allowed the other team to make a run, even having a good 3 point shooting night against them. And the probably this kind of games are so frustrating to them and that is why we heard rumors of either Zach Lavine or DeRozan wanted to get out of the system because it is not working.

Yea:( my team Bulls really had bad luck last night as they made that great comeback just to have that missing shot in the last seconds and it hurts to be honest as they really tried everything they could in the end of the year in order to give new hopes for play-offs and it's still reachable if somehow they will start a short winning streak.
They did came back against the Bucks but this time they failed. That last shot of DeRozan did not sink in, that could be a great game winner.
Anyway, it's not a problem if you bet on the spread as it's only a one point win and Bulls do cover.

Then , I'm happy in the other side because Mavs won ...just by 1 point as well but it was a grinding game from both teams and Spurs really look great on home court.
I'm happy too despite Mavs win because it was only a point win and Spurs have covered the spread too.
