Good to see that the Lakers took their win against Brooklyn Nets. Well, KD has said that he wants to play with Lebron as it's no longer happening at most times but, Lebron didn't play.
I like it when I see that shots coming outside from the Laker's side were getting the basket. It is where they're struggling and that's why if this continues to happen then they'll be able to at least tie their standing and go back to what's been expected of them. I also saw the news that if Lakers management will trade AD, he wants to go to his home town, Chicago.
That will be big for the Chicago Bulls if it happens. KD, he badly needs some help on that Nets team, but I doubt it will be Kyrie. What he need is a guard that could spread the floor and not someone who plays the same isolation game as him.
The face of frustration is present after watching him play against the Lakers, Patty Mills will just bring the ball down, pass to him and that's it.

Milwaukee Bucks still struggling, now down by 9 versus Atlanta Hawks. Giannis Antetokounmpo in minutes restriction while Jrue Holiday is out and so is Middleton.
As for the Nets, when they were with Kyrie everything has f up. The Bucks might have lost against the Hawks but that single lose is still nothing compared to the other teams that are now swimming with loses.
They're still at the top on the standings, currently at 2 while the other teams with known superstars, they're even below the rank of 10.

I can say that the Los Angeles Lakers surprised me the most this year. They started the season badly. 2nd from the last in the western conference with 3 wins and 10 losses. LeBron James failed to save. The important thing is to be a team and we have seen this once again.

There is no hope for the Lakers this season and they are just playing nowadays to keep their body in shape and also for the fans. There is no way that with that kind of play they will gonna somehow get themself entering the NBA playoffs this season. Anyway, this is not the time to be sad when you are in the last spot because you will have a higher chance to get a once in a 20 years player like Victor Wembanyama, they said he was like LBJ when he was about to be draft into NBA team and maybe this dude is even more good than him.

News says that Victor is more talented than Lebron in the same age.

But for this season, the Lakers need to take if they want to have a inside track of the rookies. Nevertheless this will be another frustrating season for the Lakers and the Lebron himself.

They have been criticized since the start of the season, but there's no denying that they will continue to struggle and might have a hard time reaching the playoff. It will take a lot of effort for the aging body of Lebron to bring the Lakers this season.

How about Joel Embiid putting up the best stat line of the year so far last night. He got 59 points, 11 rebounds, 8 assists and 7 blocks. A monster night. He also scored 26 of the 76ers final 27 points. He did it all while shooting 19 of 28 from the field. They’re saying it was a Wilt Chamberlin style stat line. Not bad. Just yesterday I was reading that the 76ers were trying to work a deal to get Durant to Philly…
If Embiid could put up those type of numbers on a semi regular basis, Philadelphia would be unstoppable. I'm not sure what lit a fire under his ass but definitely impressive.
If he is the lone superstar of the team, then he might do it more often, but he isn't the only one.
In our current era right now, there are only a few instances where a particular player scored 40 or even 50 in 2 consecutive games and the last one that I remember was Kyrie back when there is still that vaccination mandate.

Embiid did that stat because Harden didn't play in that game, and I don't think that he can still do that if Harden played. He can do that on a semi-regular basis and it's true that it is impressive but having a secondary offensive player is still better than doing it all alone. Still impressive for him and Garland on the other hand scored 50+ points but they lost unfortunately.

The classic Heat grind and the familiar Suns late game collapse has been on display again hehe. I'm glad I didn't bet on this but great game. Good point distribution for both teams overall but Bam's aggressiveness made it possible for the Heat.

AD is important factor for that win also there rooster is quite doing well that's why they defeat brooklyn in that game. If they do that consistently and do much better play also avoid turnovers I think they can continue to get win against other team.
To say that they'll do it consistently is really what they have to do. But, I don't think that we can count on it when their very first start on this season isn't that consistent at all.

Lakers just need to establish their big 3 and they can get those win streaks together.
That's the hard part and we don't know if the same consistency will be shown after this game. Although it's a good boost every time they win and just like how they won their first win, they've celebrated to boost their morale. And that's what they have to look after every win they make, to look after for another win but the next game is with the Pistons, also struggling on standing, let's see if they'll have a consecutive win.

wow, I confess that I didn't know about this performance by Embiid.
I just watched some highlights of the game that I saw he dominated the game in the final moments.

Watched the first few quarters, and for me it's kinda boring though, so I switch from the Lakers vs Nets game to GSW vs Kings. And then we have Garland as well exploding for a 51 game performance in a lost against the Wolves.

By the way, is there really that possibility of Durant going to the 76ers? Or is this just some rumor?

There are a lot of rumors surrouding Durant, there are even some rumors if him going to the Lakers in a trade with AD. But still, he seems to be enjoying his Nets stint without Kyrie at the side.

The Brooklyn Nets play is just too obvious. Just don't let Durant get the ball and all is well.  Grin
The Lakers won thanks to that lack of ball rotation from them. Plus, AD is superb today as he leads the team with 37 points and 18 rebounds.
This is the Lakers that I want to see, transition plays, everyone touching the ball to get their rhythm, and letting everyone contribute on both ends of the floor.
They did a great job even without Lebron, I hope this continues.

It's pretty promising that the Lakers won the game without Lebron. But in this match they won, their opponent was the Brooklyn Nets, it should not be forgotten Cheesy
The Nets may be in a crisis right now and it may be difficult for the team to recover. I think they have been one of the most inconsistent teams in the league this season. Some matches can be played very well, while some matches can be played very badly

Unpredictable Nets but like what he posts above you stated that Lakers made a good adjustment in rotating the ball and allow every
players inside to have an equal opportunity to touch the ball.

It's a good play to execute and Lakers manage to do it the right way, while with Nets, even KD also tries to lift the team but Lakers
did well in defending his teammates.

Lakers win with AD's good stats, something that he really capable in doing way back from NOP.

Here are my picks for tomorrow's game

Orlando Magic VS Charlotte Hornets

The stake odds for this game are 1.86 for the Magic and 2.00 for the Hornets, right now there are many injuries for the Magic and Paolo Banchero is questionable right now, but most of the main starting are still available and can play, while the Hornets have Gordon Hayward and may return on Nov 16, and Dennis Smith Jr. is questionable if he can play, for me I really like the newcomers for the Magics, and so my pick is the Orlando Magic,

Houston Rockets VS Los Angeles Clippers

The stake odds for this game are 2.80 for the Rockets and 1.46 for the Clippers, for the Clippers John Wall can not play and return on Nov 15, same goes for Kawhi Leonard on Nov 15 aswell, while the Rockets have Jalen Green questionable if he can play while Jae'Sean Tate is injured and may return Nov 20, but for me, the Los Angeles Clippers is my bet,

Milwaukee Bucks VS Atlanta Hawks

The stake odds for this game are 1.59 for the Bucks and 2.44 for the Hawks, right now the Bucks may have a problem because of their injuries, AJ Green may return on Nov 23, and Jrue Holiday was the new injured And may return to Villa while the list of questionable  for the Bucks was Grayson Allen,  Khris Middleton, Pat Connaughton, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and MarJon Beauchamp while the hawks got Bogdan Bogdanovic has knee injuries and expected money was on Nov 10, but for me, my pick is the Milwaukee Bucks and could win this

Golden State Warriors VS San Antonio Spurs

The stake odds for this game are 1.31 for the Warriors while 3.60 for the Spurs, Right there isn't any injuries for the Golden State but with the spurs they have, Blake Wesley, Zach Collins, Malaki Branham and Romeo Langford and for this game because the Golden State Warriors doesn't have any injuries my pick are the Golden State Warriors,

I also feel the ball stops at him and he will also hold the ball in rotation then stats added when their play became successful. This hurt on other player because maybe they get bored on that situation. If Lakers could win without Bron in the rooster then maybe its time for the management to decide on what adjustment they should do to maximize all their resources since its huge shame if they lose again and will not reach at playoffs.
I do believe he is trying to create a play that's why the ball takes time on his hand but it could be done better.
Example: Draymond Green
Not just that, he complains to the referees often when he felt like it should be a foul. The game becomes 4 vs 5 while he is still at the other end of the floor explaining to the officials. That happens when you are a star and then a veteran.
Transition plays were non-existent unlike what we saw today. It's always best to attack while the defense is not yet set.
The Nets may be in a crisis right now and it may be difficult for the team to recover. I think they have been one of the most inconsistent teams in the league this season. Some matches can be played very well, while some matches can be played very badly
Seth Curry was the key player back in their 2 game wins before the Lakers.
Before that was Harris' job but his 3-point shooting percentage got lower at 34% compared to 47.5% in 2020 with 69 games played.

I still believe that both Warriors and Lakers will make it to play-offs and I'm surely they will find a way to do it.

It's still too early to tell, for the Warriors I believe they will, but for the Lakers, it's questionable for me.

I do not know what is wrong with the warriors and why they are losing lately but on paper, they are supposed to be a strong team. Maybe there is too much offense in their team that defense is already neglected. They are giving the opponent too many scores. This season they are 119.2 opponent points per game. They are the highest so far. This shows how lacking they are in defense.

The Lakers are questionable to me too. At the rate they are going, they will not make it to the playoffs. They may not even make it to the play-in. They need drastic changes to their roster in order to improve their standing.

The Lakers desperately need LeBron, but it's obvious that he should fully recover first. Otherwise, he risks aggravating his injury again. So it would be quite expected if he missed the upcoming game against the Nets. Of course, we can't rule out that it might be a close game, although I'm more inclined to think that the Lakers could lose their 6th game in a row.

Actually, the Lakers still have a good game, but they just can't close games. They had a good game against the Kings and only lose by 6 points. Westbrook is performing well with 21 points and 11 assists. They could still beat the Nets if Westbrook, AD, and Walker continues to have good game. They just need to figure out not having that 3rd quarter woes and close games.

It seems you predicted how the game would end mate, the 3 players you've mentioned end up doing great and became the reasons why they defeated the Nets despite being named as an underdog because Lebron James is not playing with them. I like the game earlier and hopefully the Lakers will remember what they did because it's not about who will lead them, it's about teamwork just like earlier and that almost all of them are passing and touching the ball to find the right player to do the attack. What they showed earlier is the exact performance they need, Loonie Walker could be your best shooter if you will find him the right spot.

I predicted it alright, but I still lose my bet. Too bad for me, I did not trust my own analysis Cheesy
