I don't know what about bitcoin in 2019, but it would be good for altcoins, especially such ltcoins like Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple or EOS.
In my opinion, 2019 will not be like 2017 but rather as 2018. So far, there is no indication that 2019 can create any new hype and the prices will go up.
I think that in the near future we will see where the market will move. If we drop below $ 3,000, then I’m sure that you can forget about cryptocurrency for half a year. But if we rise to 4500 dollars, then this is a good signal for a reversal.

If ETF is approved? 2019 is going to be far better than 2017 but if it is not approve we may have sideways trend throughout the year. I don't think the ethereum hardfork is going to affect the market mush and if it going to affect price it might be on ethereum and other of its tokens. In my own opinion, it's till too early to start making comparisons about which year would be better. The thing there is, that 2019 might not bring tye astronomical increase we witnessed in 2017. 2017 Saw the rice of so many things, ICOs went sky-high raising millions of dollars, many shitcoins were skyrocketing without any tangible project. This year will be more of survival of the fittest, the best will win.
2017 is indeed one of the best years. in that year there has been a tremendous increase and has even created success for many people who invest. after that, in 2018 there was a drastic downward trend, a decrease in the level of trust even made the situation worse. well this year we all hope that there will be a positive change, a fairly stable trend at the beginning of this year can be an illustration that the number of users and transactions in digital currencies has increased. this is still too early, but we all continue to hope that the best will happen throughout 2019.
ETFs are not yet accepted so we cannot conclude this year will be better than last year.

if the same position as 2107 is seen from the chart then 2020 should be the same as at the end of 2017. where BTC goes up very far, and maybe that won't happen if the ETF is approved

2019 will be a stable year and I think the altcoins will grow back to the average speed. I think the SEC will not join us because a decentralized market is difficult to control. Protection systems need to be very big to manage everything.
