Well actually I think that by 2020 STO would have kill ICO into extinction and the upcoming bitcoin halving will only have impact on bitcoin price and no other thing

I do not know whether there are better or worse projects in the coming year, because we have not seen whether there are many better projects on this year. Market conditions on this year are still unstable and there are no signs that Bitcoin will rise high, no one knows will the future of crypto and no one can predict market prices. so let's we'll see on this year how many promising projects and fraud that will occur. It almost impossible to predict anything in the crypto market because you never can tell what will happen in the next hour,talking about bull run,it will come in due time.
I agree with you as this have been my believe also. Since 2017 i then realize that it is almost impossible to understand and predict what will the market look like next. In 2017, there were so many predictions and some even predicted Bitcoin to 50k. Many of those predictions if not all have failed so far, so prediction 2020 now which might likely come true or not does not make any sense because it might be up or down the truth is we don't actually knows. 
The current situation is indeed unfavorable for the development of the ICO, but for the next year there must be a lot of good hopes for ICO to grow and continue to run well and provide benefits. The challenges for the future and ICO are going well, supported by an improved market situation.

I really agree the correlation of bitcoin halving and the price impact of it. but hope the good ICO will come with that was wrong assumption.

It is still very difficult to say what the ICO expects in the near future. One thing is clear: in their previous form, ICOs can no longer exist. Too much fraud and too little confidence in this type of activity. Either the activities of the ICO will be regulated by the states, or will be transferred to STO, or will be changed in some other way.
I also hope that many ICOs will stay alive and have a future. At present, it is understandable that many ICOs die because their readiness is not optimal and misused by fraudsters to get their results.

too many existing ICO and I think not all of them will be the butts with good value. 2020 could indeed be a Summit but it will only apply to the ICO well-deserved supported with good technology and could rise. I do not agree with this because with the present situation in crypto currency it is not certain that ICO will even last long or have any better effects in the market conditions

We can not even say with certainty what will happen in the crypto currency in a month, maybe the crypto currency will fly up and ICO investments will come to life, and if the price does not rise, then the ICO can finally die
I agree that 2020 will be a good year for new projects. But I think that STOs will change traditional ICOs in the near future. When the market will recover, new projects will continue enter the market for raising funds.

ICOs suffering is not only because project owners afraid of their tokens/coins get dumped but also because the number of useless bad projects is increased greatly and with investors becoming more smarter and actually raised their awareness the chance of bad scammy projects raising any money has decreased greatly too so even with market recovery I do not see a real chance for bad ICOs and as others said a lot of ICOs are already changing in to STO, I am in 2 ICO currently that decided to change to STO model even tho they started with standard ICOs model, the real future is for STO.
The only year when its gonna be crypto's year its that time when they change the way the offer tokens or "investing" in their platform. For example recent projects like Sylo always mentioned that their tokens are for their eco-system use so investing in them won't guarantee profit, but instead it will help the platforms eco-system.

Probably according to it you think that Bitcoin's price will be in better position in 2020. But this increase can be before or after it. So associating it with 2020 may not be true.
