I think that such projects have already begun to appear, they simply cannot announce themselves in such a market as it is now
I agreed with this post but now daily comming new ICO's with scam project. So we hard to find whats the best ICO project. But i think good ICO's will be hit in next year with new crypto cycle in 2020.
I bet we will see better and baddass projects in 2020 simply because bitcoin halving is 2020 ,since what most devs care about is market condition and fear of dumping there tokens 2020 will be a better target for upcoming projects and that doesn't mean there won't be scam projects too ,profits is all we care about isn't it?
A lot of people say that ICO is dead and finished, but I think it doesn't die at this time. Since the beginning of 2019, I see that ICO is showing signs of returning when there are many projects that have received a lot of attention from investors I bet we will see better and baddass projects in 2020 simply because bitcoin halving is 2020 ,since what most devs care about is market condition and fear of dumping there tokens 2020 will be a better target for upcoming projects and that doesn't mean there won't be scam projects too ,profits is all we care about isn't it?
What does Bitcoin halving something to do with ICO, it's regulation of the ICO is what we all need to many scam and failed ICO because they cannot provide a decent platform for the community even if there is a bear market as long as the project is good it's still going to get funded.
Now everyone who is left at the market is interested in profit and technology. Only two types of investors are currently in the cryptocurrency market.
By 2020, scam ICO would have been decimated very well because most investors will be very wise then. ICO promoters too would have come up with methods to discover scam ICO. So it will not be easy for ICO then. Any ICO should be a very serious ICO.
no one will ever know how ico is going to develop in the future, because all the possibilities that will occur with the ICO in the future can happen, it all depends on how the ico is developing this year.

I'm looking forward for STO since ICO have some issues because of legitimacy. STO would be the next thing before the ICO and investors will be also look for it as it is for them. STO is kind of security for the investors that will be going to be the early stage of offering where the tokens should be back by tangible assets. Great step for investors that gives them less harm and risks when investing on this kind of industry. 
There are a lot of new REAL and USEFUL crypto projects are developing right now - during the bear market phase. They all mostly private. As soon as we see a significant market recovery signs these project will start to pop up just like in late 2016-2017. So yes, this standpoint has to be considered as well.

We are still in the early stage of 2019. Last year it was not good for ICOs. Too many fake ICOs wanted to make money. These days the real ICOs who are really in need of fund will suffer for those fake ICOs, the scammers. Now people are to scared to invest in ICOs.I hope it changes.
I admire your positivity and I may not totally agree with your prediction but I am really looking forward to this year and the coming years. Why I am not really convinced with what you have declared? Because anything can happen even this year. We are just at the beginning of the year but we are seeing some light somehow. Hope for the best and it will come!
Some potential updates can bring the market rise high again, so I'm also agree that even this year some possibilities can happen as we learned fromprevious experience that market rises without prior notice, the corrections might be ended and more newcomers will be attracted to bring more investment
plus project like BAKKT can also be a big changing factors with the new strong run around the market this year.
maybe in 2020 there will be a lot of surprises that will come in the same time as Bitcoin prices, the rumors will go up again, but if you see it in 2017 there might be some truth.

I didn't believe in that we just assume that there will be a good market on it but best is not that much, we consider that in the last year that people say 2018 is the best investment for crypto but as you can see the market is fully down and no one can benefits as it is.
Why did you choose the year 2020? Why not for example 2021 or 2025? Or maybe the cryptocurrency will no longer have such opportunities as they had before. Therefore, to speak now seems to me not entirely legitimate.
I doubt that for 2020 it will be a good year for projects, especially those relating to ico, because ico can also be able to grow without having to wait for the market to return to normal. I see some ico ending sales some of these have developed rapidly, but yes indeed there are also ico who are affected if the market returns to normal
If all that scam ico market will fail and only legitimate projects will ask for funding then yes 2020 can be good year for ICO

Nope, you cannot predict so easily that 2020 is the best year for the ICO since there will be a lot of thoughts about it. 2019 would be the most irritating year for the crypto.

I'd like to believe it, but I doubt it will be so. Of course I want to get back to 2017 and take advantage of ICOs, bounties and hyip once again, but STO won't give so much liberty and insane bull market like it was in 2017 IMO.
