I have been having the same problem but I think its a cudaminer thing for me I have 2 rigs one ati one nvidia. The ati rig usually shows 90% of the hash rate where my nvidia rig will show 60%-75%. Its just not 365 coin I think its keckak coins in general as this happens to other coins/pools as well. Both rigs yield a total 1.25G/hash a sec and ill see 950M/hash at best. I decided to switch back to solo mining and it works out pretty good. I get about 8-16 blocks a day. 3/30/2014 I got 14, 3/31/2014 I got 8, Today so far 12hrs I am at 9. So solo mining at this hash rate is somewhat feasible.

I think it's only approx. speed.
I do not have big hash power. At this moment Sgminer - 215Mhs/s, DwarfPool - 183Mhs/s.
I think it's normal.

there are asics for pure keccak, but it takes time to implement they to coin mining, and also capitalization of all keccak-coins must be high enough that the devs will be interested to develop such coins-asics. anyway, always possible to change algo after certain block.
